Let start with the positive. The bartender was cute attractive and sociable. The down falls are kitchen related. They over cooked the chips. Put some kind of lettuce or cabbage filler in the lobster rolls ( thats a sin right there) the mushroom pizza was bland. Ive been told to stick the chowder soup and fish with fries not chips.

Stopped for lunch on the way home, the service was good, but the food was pretty mediocre, and it was absurdly expensive.

Edited to add- when they asked me to email so they can make things right they will only do so if you live in Lethbridge once they heard I was from elsewhere (which has the same chain restaurant ) they ignored me. Dont waste your time or money. If you have over a hour to sit around and wait with no drinks then check them out!! Was really looking forward to trying out this place. After being seated waiting 20 mins for our server to come ask if we wanted drinks then proceeded to wait over an hour for food with no refills of our drinks or napkins given. We maybe got checked on twice by our server. People behind us ordered after us but received food long before we did as well as multiple refills without even asking.. beyond disappointed we ordered easy meals and they were very mediocre sadly when we complained nothing was done not even a small discount.

The food and waitress were excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great except for the load music. We meet relatives for dinner on our way through and could not visit because of the volume of the music. Background music is enjoyable if it is at a moderate level.

3rd time at this restaurant. The 1st time over a year ago was very good. I had ordered the fish & chips and my meal was excellent. 2nd time a few months ago I ordered the fish & chips again and it was so-so... the fish was alright but the tartar sauce was horrible. I asked the server what was in the sauce and she came back and told me she couldnt tell me.... ok?? My husband and I decided to give it one more chance today because we had a $50 GC. Once again I ordered the fish & chips and this time the tartar was even worse! The fish was crispy but soggy and had no flavour. Husband ordered the smash burger and he said it had zero flavour. The beef patty was pale in colour and he had to salt it to add flavour. We were never given water, had to ask for utensils and no soda refills were offered. Disappointed and will most likely not go back.

Typical bar restaurant, this is an east coast place, it is mostly fish / sea food style food. We did not know this and turns out they just have one burger on their menu. It was a good burger but was hopping for more choice, we should have done more research. Apparently they are known for their fish and chips. The food was good despite this, i would recommend but check the menu

This is a great place that we try to eat at whenever we are in Lethbridge as a family. Lovely service, amazing kids menu, and an open, clean, comfortable environment. My son is 8 and LOVES the fish and chips! 10/10, always recommend!

Im never fond of writing bad reviews but after hearing nothing but good things about this place my experience was sadly a regrettable one my burger was flavorless and bland, and when I brought it up to the server she was rather rude, saying everyone else really likes that burger and they dont normally get complaints. I told her something must have gone wrong with making mine then because it tasted bland and unseasoned. I work in kitchens, I know what an unseasoned burger tastes like, I also know that this shit happens and its not big deal, but she really fought me on sending it back. I ended up being charged for both burgers and had to call them to get a refund on the burger I didnt even eat. I get mistakes can happen in the kitchen, and I personally hate wasting food so I normally wouldnt send anything back unless its pretty bad. The server definitely treated me like I was trying to swindle a free meal even though I told her I would pay for a new burger and even offered to keep my original side so they wouldnt have to toss everything. we were transfered to a different server as our original servers shift had ended and the rest of out meal was enjoyable and she was very polite. I believe it may have been an accident that we were charged for both burgers in the switch over but it was still a pretty lame experience to have as a first time customer. I will say their nachos are excellent and if i eat there again thats probably the only thing id order unfortunately

Great service every time, and while all of the food weve tried has been really good, I do love their lobster rolls and pizza! Great atmosphere, love the decor too! Wonderful for a night out with friends, family, or a casual date night.

Finally went to Blower and Grafton. I was quite disappointed with the food. I had the fish tacos with the starter blueberry salad. The tacos were a decent size but had a minuscule amount of fish in them. It was 90% cabbage and some diced tomatoes and some kind of sauce. The taco shells, I believe, were supposed to be soft, but they were dried out. The salad was mostly arugula, with a few nuts and no blueberries. The meal lacked any flavour, short of the sauce on the tacos. I have 3 more $50 gift cards, which I will be giving away. Very disappointed. Update: Gave it another try, and was again less than impressed. This time I had the Smash Burger and added bacon and mushrooms. When a burger costs $25 it has to be better than what I was served. Honestly, it was no better than a Whopper at BK. 1 bright spot is their Beast from the East beer.

What a delight to be able to take our dear friend with gluten sensitivity to somewhere with choice tonight. We have been traveling this week and sharing meals out, and her choices were so very limited-until Blowers and Grafton!! Service from Graham (like the cracker) was high energy, timely and great! Great food all around. Great energy. Next time we re in Lethbridge we will be back!! Dietary restrictions: Diverse selection for folks with gluten sensitivity. Separate fryer for their deep fried foods (where applicable).

I just got back from Halifax so I was in a good position to make a comparison. We both got OG Donair, quite disappointed to tell you the truth, it didn t measure up at all. No cheese, not much sauce, dried up donair meat and overpriced, you d never get away with calling that a Donair in Halifax!

First time going here and ordered the Og Donair , very dry I ve had way better , but the fries were good , our server was good , nice place but probably won t return .

First time there and might be awhile before going back. Service was very subpar. 6 PM didnt get meal till 8. However we did have some appetizers. Had to ask twice for cutlery. Appetizer asked for one more egg roll. Never got it. Waitress forgetful. Asked for extra on meal. Had to take back to correct but forgot added sauce. Asked for drink.at meal. Had to ask. Pizza ordered was supposed to be mild sausage it was very hot. Great place for casual dining!

I stopped in for a late Sunday brunch and got the classic benny. The food was delicious! It was a little smaller than I expected, and the eggs were poached harder than usual, but still very good. I love the homemade tea cakes the benny came on. I could also tell that the hollandaise was homemade, not from a powder pack. It came with a large portion of potatoes, which were perfectly crisp and not at all greasy. The coffee was also great, strong and smooth. The restaurant has a chic, sporty aesthetic, with several TVs that were broadcasting baseball at the time. The servers were all very polite, and the bathroom was clean and stylish. Overall all, good food and nice ambiance. The price of brunch was actually very fair, too, compared to restaurants of a similar niche with similar quality.

Blowers and Grafton in Lethbridge offers excellent service that stands out for its attentiveness and professionalism. However, the food does not quite match the high standard set by the service. The fish tacos, in particular, were disappointing, with flavorless filling and overly hard shells that detracted from the overall enjoyment. While the staffs friendly and efficient service is commendable, the food quality falls short of expectations.

Philly cheese steak sandwich was really good, the fries were crispy and delicious

3 tables of ppl in the whole restaurant, wouldnt let us sit outside, greeted us and then never came back to take our order. Fail. We left. 2 bar tenders dancing around with one person at the bar to serve. Clearly not well managed.

We were not happy with our fish and chip dinner last Tuesday. The fish was so greasy that we could hardly eat it. A small piece of fish not the size we usually get. This is not our first time but might be our last.

First time customer. Went for dinner after 8pm, not very busy. Very nice establishment. We ordered the fish and chips. The fish was terrible. The batter was crispy on the outside but the fish was cold, watery and soggy. There was no flavor to the fish, very bland. I tried eating with the Tatar sauce but the sauce has horse reddish mixed in it which made it worst. I only was able to get through on piece of fish and ate most of the fries. I basically paid $22 just for fries. Id still gave over a $7 tip for the good service. I left the restaurant feeling very disappointed and had regret going there. I will probably wont be going back again.

My favorite donair in Lethbridge, I had one bad experience though but the owner nicely offered diner to apologize. We got their steak sandwich and lobster mac and cheese, both of which were very good. Waiters were very nice too, I reccommend.

Easy to get to, lots of parking, handicap parking close to the door, interior is nice, atmosphere was relaxed, and service was great. We had the mussels in white wine to start; it was exceptional and would have that again. Then we had the fish and chips; good over all, wish the fries came dusted with something to amp them up a bit, mushy peas would be a nice addition to the fish and chip dish; although perhaps more British than Halifax.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Shell Yeah Birthday Lobster Dinner. My only small complaint was that it was not piping hot. It was delicious none the less. My server, Macy, was an absolute delight. Her service was prompt, attentive & very friendly. She is a great asset to your business. This was my third visit to Blowers & Grafton and I ve enjoyed each. I ll be back. Me and my family absolutely love this blowers and grafton and it s our first choice restaurant in Lethbridge. The atmosphere and staff are friendly and our wonderful server mason and manager I believe named taylor, were incredibly accommodating and upbeat when we went in last weekend for my mothers birthday.

I will come back to try the fish and chips one day but the food I had there yesterday really did not live up to the hype of the place. We had the following: Oh Canada pizza (mediocre), garlic fingers with bacon topping (overdone af, difficult to bite into at all, cheap cheese and not enough garlic), lobster artichoke dip (actually really good but very small portion). These are all items that were recommended by the host herself so idk what couldve gone wrong. Cocktails were all weak and pretty tasteless. Service was excellent!

I love coming here. It s the only place besides the east coast where I can get deep fried clams and chips. The seafood chowder is amazing. Kid-friendliness: They are so great to the kids and the kids menu is awesome.

Had our family lunch yesterday. The food are delicious! The Oh canada & Garlic Fingers pizza are perfectly cooked and would love to try the other options, one of the best pizzas we ever had! We also got their philly steak and donair, both of which were also delicious! We had a great dining experience! We will coming back for sure!

What can I say but great food, great service and great atmosphere.

Service was pretty slow, took about an hour to get our food on a wednesday night at 8pm Steak tasted like burnt wood. Didnt even eat half. And does this tiny amount of bread with cheese look like a 15 dollar menu item to you? Been to high end steakhouses that charge less for something like that except with real quality bread and cheese instead of the cheapest processed garbage they could find at the walmart across the parking lot. 86 bucks for 2 people to eat with no drinks. Yikes!

food quality went down, owners/management is horrible, they fired 200+ employees within a year and a half and just about every top selling waitress was let go without reason many without getting 2 week notice and some without last pay period pay it s a miracle Alberta Health services hasn t fined these guys into bankruptcy.

Cool place, something different on traditional pub style. The food isnt out of this world good but there are some decent eats. My favs are the Philly cheese steak and the wood fired pizza. They dont have a big selection of beer on tap and its mostly an in franchise made suite of beer, not the best. Every time Ive been there they were out of the others . The patio is exceptional in the summer, very impressed with it and the staff/service have always been great. The only night that was a let down was when we showed up on a Friday and it was unknowingly karaoke, which kind of ruined the Friday night vibes.

A very customer friendly place staff 100% ...food ..not so much. We have tried to make it in to try the food several times since it opened so we were looking forward to trying it...but we will probably not waste our money again . We realize this is not ocean front fresh but we have spent many days eating Halifax street food ..and this is nothing like it! Very expensive for quality and quantity served.

My husband and I had a Sunday lunch together around 2 pm. We didn t expect that our lunch would take over 2 hours! We were seated and not seen until 15 minutes later. The restaurant did not appear overly busy so we were extremely confused. After our drinks arrived, we didn t see our server to take our food order for another 15-20 minutes. We ordered an appetizer and it was brought out quite cold.. our mains were served by someone other than our main server (without cutlery) and still about 1 hour and 15 minutes after we ordered. My steak was overdone and the cut was super fatty.. we were not impressed at all and will likely not return.

If you think you will get a decent Halifax donair, think again.

Booked a reservation a week and a half in advance for their Valentine s Day surf and turf special. My fiancé and I don t go out often, so this was a splurge and we were so excited- nearly talked about it everyday leading up to it. We have also went there twice before for lunch and enjoyed it. We get there and they tell us that they ran out of their lobster. Okay, not a huge deal, yes it sucked but we still had the steak and shrimp to look forward to.. so we thought. The manager came over and said that they completely sold out of everything and asked for the regular menu. I m just confused how that happened when they messaged us a week in advance confirming we are having the surf and turf. There was no call in advance informing us that the surf and turf is no longer available to give us time to find us another place to book reservations for the evening. It s Valentine s Day, so finding a nice restaurant with steak is hard without reservations. We settle, we both hate conflict. The server was amazing and checked on us frequently, so happy about that. I got the chowder and presentation of the food was beautiful, unfortunately the soup was cold. One side completely felt like it was sitting on the counter for a while and the other half was just under luke warm.. completely upset and decided to box it up because I hate conflict and the server already said it was a busy night. Safe to say I was greatly disappointed. I ve never left a bad review anywhere, but this just didn t sit right with me.

Went for Valentine s Day (not until 830). It wasn t very busy but it took 15 minutes just for someone to come and take our drink order. Probably another half hour before they came back for our food order. Ordered the seafood chowder to start, which was good but lukewarm at best. Ordered a side of poutine which was cold, garlic fingers which came out burnt - but they did replace with a fresh batch and they were good and lobster Mac and cheese which again was lukewarm at best. All in all not the best experience.

My wife ordered the fish tacos and she loved it and I ordered Daves hot chicken sandwich It was delicious. As well as the chips and gravy. The mussels I had was lacking flavor I think it could use more garlic and possibly some shallots. Our waitress was great and gave us suggestions. But I would definitely come back the prices were reasonable the atmosphere is nice. I think its a breath of fresh air to see another place serve seafood.

4th time we have been there, food quality has gone down on each visit. Our last time there my wife had a bowl of clam chowder with fish & chips, I had scallops & fries. The scallops were at market price. My wife had a glass of wine, I had a glass of soda water. I had a $50.00 gift card , when I gave it to the server she adjusted the bill. What a shock when she told me that I still owed $58.00. I guess it must have been the market priced scallops, which by the way were extremely disappointing, there was 6 of them about as big around as a quarter & about a 1/4 of an inch thick. I have 3 more $ 50.00 gift cards but will probably give them away. A very disappointed herring choker.

Edit: my husband and I went back for dinner on New years Day and had an absolute lovely time. Our waitress, food and overall experience was wonderful and we will definitely be returning. Food was good but we waited over an hour for our lunch in a half empty restaurant with people who arrived after after us receiving their food first.

Had a great meal. Service was good, a little slow but in fairness it was a bit busy. We had the lobster & artichoke dip, garlic bread, fishermans feast, lobster rolls, fish & chips and chowder and the poutine between the 4 of us. Everything tasted great. The gift cards from Costco is a great deal 79.99 for 2 50.00 cards. Glad we tried it and would definitely come back again.

Food is delicious, lots of variety. Donair meat is spot on ( I lived in Halifax for 33 years ). Only spoiler of the night was our waiter who kept forgetting things ( coffee creamer, extra cutlery, refills ). Other than that we enjoyed our visit and will be back.

this place has gone downhill since it s opening, unfortunately. staff doesn t seem to b properly trained. poorly ran by management . long wait times for mediocre food. i can t recommend this place to anybody. not even john taffer can save it.

Lets say ordered delivery and skip the dishes took 1hr 45 m to deliver. The pepperoni I ordered was hot not mild so couldnt eat it. The manager when I called went above and beyond to correct my order with no issues.Redelivered my food in 36 minutes,was perfect and very delicious. Have never had such an amazing response to a bad order/delivery. Will recommend give them a go you wont be disappointed. Thank-you so much for the positive experience its very rare now a days.

Ordered the Seafood Chowder. Have had this in the past and was nice. Tonights dish however was just full of small potatoes so very disappointed. Music is just a tad bit load, would be nice to be able to talk without raising your voice.

This place was awesome. Used to go here with friends, but their management is nasty. Every server I ve had so far has been let go from this place. Often with zero reason. The managers sound insane from multiple friends I ve talked with who have worked there. Firing over 30 servers in 5 months or less generates pretty bad word of mouth. Definitely not going back here after I ve heard how this place is run. I feel bad for the original guys who opened this place, if they know what it s like or not. The place looks awesome. Donairs got steadily smaller. Ordered my first large donair a few months ago, and while it was over priced, it was large. Lots of meat, very tasty. Went back a month later, ordered the same thing, much smaller. Not worth the money at all. Went today, even smaller. Not worth $25 by any stretch of the imagination. Wont be back. Sure miss Sams Donairs... for $12 it was twice the size of this ripoff.

Noticed the sign Blowers & Grafton yesterday in Lethbridge and then the reference to maritime street food. Thats when I knew I had to check it out. My mom (78) and I got a booth around 2PM on a Tues. They were fairly busy. The customer service was exeptional from the first moment we entered. The atmosphere, decor and choice of seating types outstanding. My mom ordered the shrimp poboy. It was sloppy and so delicious. The sauce so tasty, super moist fresh bun, fat shrimp and fresh veggie accompaniments. I ordered the softshell clams. Where else can you get that!? They were a delicious treat. I was really hoping to find deep fried oysters, but i guess the west coast is the only place for those. The seafood chowder side was packed with fish and clams, thick, tasted like it was made with real cream and no fillers! Very good. Our server was fantastic. Im going to Lethbridge again tomorrow. Were going to have our lunch there again. I cant wait to try the nachos or a donair! Parking: Located at the south Walmart shopping complex, near Home Depot and Costco. Went to karaoke with my girls and had such a good time. The place was packed and everyone was dancing and singing along. The drinks and food was really good too. Will definitely be going to the next one. Shout out to the bartenders and staff for a great night.

We went in for dinner tonight and had a great time. Our server Graham was so good and really funny and knowledgable! We had the new chicken and Lobster pizza and it was amazing:) The manager Robyn came over to chat too which was a nice touch! Will absolute Be back.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! Love the restaurant decor, awesome customer service from all staff, and amazing food. My husband and I will definitely be making this place a new favorite.

Lobster rolls had maybe 2oz of lobster over the three rolls. Tasty but skimpy. Much better experience than last time I was there when it was freezing cold in the restaurant. That made me nervous to go back but we did and it was warm. Finally! Much better!

Food was average but atmosphere and service made up for it.
