The food was delicious! My steak was cooked to perfection. The Alfredo was great. And loved the soup and little cowboy salad. But the best part of all was the superb service provided by Kas. She was nice, friendly, simply amazing! Thank you!

Food was awful. Paid 25.00 for a small piece of hamburger in a bun and fries. No flavor. What a waste of this seniors time and money. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Went for my anniversary dinner! Delicious food! Great staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly, food came at a decent pace and was all hot and good. Fries are out of this world good, tried to get a long island iced tea, forgot my I.d and couldnt get my long island but atleast they are doing a good job of I.Ding people and not caving and just giving it to you. Overall. 10/10 would go again and recommend ot to friends and family

Food was good and they had TVs that could be seen from everywhere inside. Our servers were good but they changed halfway through and they missed our appetizer so we never got to try it but the food we did get was really good. Been to both locations in Lethbridge and they were both consistently great.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We walked in and were immediately offered a space to sit that was suitable for my children. They were prompt for offering drinks and provided a list of the childrens menu (chicken fingers, Alfredo pasta, burger, apple juice, orange or milk). When I asked a passing server, she was friendly and checked the total of my gift card. The greeter was amazing and friendly. Our server was also phenomenal and made sure to make my daughter feel welcome.. she even knew some paw patrol characters to my daughters delight. Great atmosphere, amazing food and good pricing! Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, but there isnt a paper copy. For seating they were able to provide high chairs or boosters and choose locations that work great for parents who may have to tote more then just children but bags or seats. Excellent! They even made sure to put in childrens meal quick so they arrived before kids got mad. Only down side is they dont have kids cups, but provide a short glass with a straw. Meals are huge portions as well which is lovely :)

Browns in Lethbridge South is a good spot to go. Their staff is attentive and accommodating, the ambiance is pleasant, and their food offerings are consistently good. Top notch food and service with a nice atmosphere

Overall good, but they changed the spicy chicken sandwich.. it used to be on a large ciabatta but..now on a small hamburger bun which seems like half the serving for the same price., I asked for grilled chicken and the piece was so thin inside. Nor was it spicy at all.

Terrible experience. Upon entrance, we were greeted by 3 servers and then were sat at our table. That part was lovely. After we were sat. We waited almost an hour for service. Browns was not busy. I watched 3 servers walk past us. I caught eyes with one server, she then turned around and pretended to be busy. Other servers were standing around visiting with each other. We then left because we didn t get any kind of service within that hour. We went to moxies after this experience, and they were amazing and efficient.

Quick, and nice service.

We often order Browns via Skip to the hospital on busy evenings. Tonight, our portions on 3 of the 4 items ordered were about HALF what they usually are. Disappointing that we paid full price for half the amount that is usually served. Called the restaurant to inform them, basically, a too bad and the bowls are big, and you can come get a new bowl if its that bad. not impressed and very unlikely to order or visit again.

Typical Browns always good

Was disappointed today with the quality for myself and my brother. Typically we are very happy with the quality tonight not so much,the blockhouse burger seemed much smaller than previous experience and the French dip very barely eatable the beef was sliced with the grain and very tough and chewy. Unfortunate and all for the low low price of 110 dollars for only 3 guests. The service bill times calamari and the blackened fettuccine were all good.

It took a while for our waitress to come and it wasnt even busy. I just had a piece of toast and a free range Egg. The toast was over done( which I dont understand how anyone can make a piece of over done toast) it was like a crunchy dry sponge. My kids garlic toast was burnt and another person we were with their toast was burnt for their french toast. SERIOUSLY?! Just overall not an enjoyable experience for any of us.

Garbage customer service for skip drivers, each and everyone is chilling and talking but order is not ready for minimum 20 mins after pickup time even if it s not busy restaurant. Extremely poor management for skip and online order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD ON TIME. Food

All three dishes we ordered were great, drinks on point and service outstanding.

Had a great time. All the food was good and we made all kinds of special requests due to diet restrictions. They handled it all like Pros. We were there early afternoon so it was low noise. The food was excellent. Burgers, bowls and chicken salads. No one was disappointed.

OMG!!! What a great place to eat. We were greeted at the door like we were old friends. Our waiter, Cory was amazing and the food was phenomenal. We will definitely be going back! Dietary restrictions: I am on a restricted carb diet and they were more than happy to make any of their handhelds into lettuce wraps. It was amazing.

Everything was great, the food was fresh, came out hot. The service was great, prices were very comparable to other places. I had a brunch dish, Angus hash bowl thingy, super yum! Husbands crispy chicken burger was HUGE and delish! My daughter wasnt feeling to hungry so just had the Buffalo wings and some fries... Oh, the fries are hand cut and perfection! Were from Calgary and will DEFINITELY eat at the location here!

I mean. Browns is always great. Food was great. Atmosphere and the people are always amazing. Food took maybe a little longer than I expected, but thats hardly a complaint when Im having a good time.

Food and Atmosphere are on par for a decent experience. How ever the service was a bit lax. Appetizers were ordered to come out first, but showed up at the same time as our entries, also took longer then anticipated as the place seemed empty with 6 tables dinning that night. Drinks were only topped up twice the while we were there. The reason the rating isnt lower is because our server mentioned he was being trained that night. With that said I do recommend eating here, just be prepared the service could be hit and miss.

I don t know what s with this place, but we had just the most amazing service. We ate here many times a few years ago, always got their fried chicken ramen bowl, and then it was discontinued which was really sad. Hardly ever came here after that. Now we randomly thought of going here again, called them and asked if their chicken ramen was back on the menu and it s back!!!! So we tried it again, and it s better than ever! If you re here and not sure what to get, I d highly recommend the fried chicken ramen bowl.

First they got rid of the Florida sandwich, now the butter chicken is gone!!!! Stop it. I love this place still. Great food, atmosphere and impeccable service. Only complaint.... Steak was the size of a chicken finger. Cooked to perfection tho

After my Husband (Lyle) and I tried a few other restaurants for eggs benny, we keep coming back to BROWNS. The service is top notch and the hollindaise sauce is probably the best in town (besides mine). We have Mimosas, which are awesome. Youd be delighted with their fresh squished O.J. The fried potatoes are O.K., but Id still prefer -on the grill fried not deep fried-more work. After 2 mimosas each and the tasty eggs benedict, their is not much room for anything else anyways. (for us). Sorry I dont have a picture- will take one next time we go. Enjoy Brunch at BROWNS on Sunday, but DONT take our table!

This is how a burger is done. Great sauce, great bun, you can actually taste the meat and it has a bit of everything in each bite! Been coming for years, better every time! Thanks guys!

Of the several times Ive ate at this establishment, I have not had any food that I enjoyed. However, this last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We chose to order delivery, and my wife ordered a buffalo wrap and I a donair. The wifes wrap consisted of a chicken only found at Subway or Tim Hortons type chicken. You know the real spongy fake type any my Donair was hands down the worst excuse for food imaginable. First off the lettuce tasted old, almost border line like an old McDonalds wilted lettuce, and was made of fake meat. Not even real beef. In fact I have seen the type of meat I was served, in the frozen food isle at Safeway. One should save their money when considering ordering this dish from here. You will get the same garbage, frozen fake meat at the grocery store for a fraction of the price. In fact this last meal was so horrible, that had I been dining in, I would have immediately refused the dish, and definitely would not have paid for it. My review will state that, this establishment sends way to much time trying to make garbage food look trendy or appealing with, pseudo artsy takes of what is clearly Sysco boil in a bag food. Not many items on the menu are comprised of home cooked food. I would strongly recommend THAT YOU DONT EAT HEAR. In fact a quick view of the other photos posted will demonstrate, the food prepared here, doesnt look very enticing

I don t have a picture, but there s a review on here by Ewen Erickson. The picture is bang on- their burgers are AMAZING! Like even the basic burger that they have is amazing. Well worth every penny! One of my favourite casual dining spots!

They said it was key lime pie. It wasnt. No one puts oatmeal in a pie crust. The pie was lemon. Even the server said it was lemon lime, not key lime. Thats 3 times Ive been to BSH and I wont be back.

Very disappointed in the portion size and lack of seasoning on these dry ribs. $16.50 for less than a half pound (13 ribs, three of which were essentially bones). Works out to over a dollar a rib. Issue was not addressed by management, who failed to provide me with an email to send these pictures to. The rest of the meal was good, well cooked and flavourful, but again portion sizes left something to be desired (pun intended).

The staff are so welcoming and very friendly. They will do whatever they can for you. Just made a Mother s Day reservation and they made every effort to make it work for us. This is our go to place and this is why we keep going back. The food is always fantastic too.

Terribly slow service. 6 other tables at most and still took over 30 minutes. My food was bland. Wifes was very good. Good service but with those waits I cant justify a lunch there.

Ive never been disappointed visiting a BSH, and the Lethbridge location was no exception. I was met at the door by the boat, and he was very helpful and prompt. The food came quickly, and it tasted great. When in town, Ill be back for sure.

I wrote a review for the west location as well, but in my opinion this location is the better one to go to. I just love the staff there, my spouse and I always leave feeling overwhelmed with positive service and phenomenal food. The staff has begun to notice we are regulars, which Im not sure if thats a good thing, LOL. I spend a lot of money here. My only stipulation in my review is I cant stand ordering delivery from Browns. The food is just not nearly as good when it gets to you, and the portion sizes for delivery VS. eating in is just too much not to notice, but you pay the same plus a delivery fee. However, eating in has never disappointed me and I plan on eating here often.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always fantastic!! The service is always fantastic. Having spent most of my life in the service industry and have won awards, also have been in management, I have found all of the servers there to be top notch. The last time I ate there we had a server that was so good. So happy, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love love going there. I cant say enough good about this establishment. EXCELLENT JOB TO EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE!!!! Owners and management good job and you should be so proud.
