Solid food with a good menu selection. Service was top notch, our server was enthused and attentive. Good vibe to the place in general!

You know, Ive always been a sucker for Browns. I do like this place, but everytime I go, I am left slightly disappointed. The prices are high for pretty mediocre food. HOWEVER, that oreo jar is next level good, and if you happen to go during their happy hour, the drinks actually are worth it. Service is for the most part good! I give this a 4/5 overall. 100/5 for the oreo jar. Seriously try the oreo jar, its enlightenment in a jar. Parking: Big ol parking lot. Lots of spaces usually. Its well lit at night and during the day the sun illuminates it. Plenty of places to park a car, van, suv and even a truck. Maybe not a semi truck or a bus but it might be possible (Ive never seen it). Youll enjoy parking here. Wheelchair accessibility: They got them double doors.

Its not my favorite place, but my family all like it and the staff have always been great every time we come

Never disappointed when we come here or get take out. Service is always exceptional.

Brown s west can be hit and miss, big miss tonight. Was initially told they would have to set up for a party of seven, then literally 10 seconds later was told they couldn t seat seven tonight. See ya! Not even an offer to wait for a table. Not a cool move in my opinion when you can see a couple larger groups in the dining area already.

Ryan has been our server a few times and he s an absolute riot. He is super friendly and attentive and we all have a lot of fun. Food is pretty good too.

Servers were picking their nose and bringing food, no sense of hygiene. And took forever to get food or waitresses at our table.

Ordered Take-out steaks, I understand the hesitation with steaks as take-out orders, as they may not be cooked to a specific doneness that someone may like, but the steaks with the pasta were amazing! Portions are a bit small but the flavor more than made up for it!

My wife and kids like Browns, but the menu doesnt do it for me and Im not a lucky eater. The service was great though. The food came out quickly, the server was friendly and the atmosphere was great.

The vibe was great!

The maitre d was able to seat us in a less cold part of the restaurant. The table server was fantastic. We had the calamari appetizers and the Thai chicken soup. Both were delicious. Fortunately, we were there at lunch-time so the dining room was less crowded.

Very good food, especially their French dip, atmosphere was good, though the employee there was very rude and not understanding, probably an isolated experience though seen as from what I had seen around me, most other employee services seemed above par.

Went to this restaurant for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, like, it was really flavorful. Plus, the vibe was laid-back, which made the whole experience even better.

The music tends to be a bit loud for my liking but otherwise its a great place! The blackened ceaser salad is my go to meal and I highly recommend it.

Ordered pick up Icelandic Cod Bowl, my favorite! Ready when I arrived and delicious as always. Easy online ordering and friendly staff !

The best Browns Ive been to in ages! Cant say enough about how great the food was! The service was well above expectations and this location is so clean and comfortable! Definitely on my restaurants to return to!

Lovely place, nice atmosphere, food is great but waited for over an hour for our dinner...

This is my new favourite restaurant! Everything was fresh and light, and the portions were generous. I highly recommend the deep fried cauliflower with dill dip. I want to go back again tomorrow for THAT! We also tried fish tacos with house salad and Caesar salad with blackened chicken. Everything was perfect, and the service was outstanding!

I used their pre-order system for the first time and it went smoothly. Staff was great and the food was delicious.

Other than the plates not being served at the same time, the food was excellent as was the service.

A friend and I went for supper at Browns on the west side. Our server, Natasha, was excellent. She did a great job of promoting their specials, wasnt too intrusive - you know How are the first couple of bites? and then stopped by again to ask about desserts. My meal was soup, salad and garlic toast and my friend had the cod bowl. The meal arrived in a timely fashion, and was attractively plated. The Thai chicken soup is my favorite from Browns and it was delicious. The salad (Cowboy) was plentiful, and looked great. My friends meal was similarly presented, and was hot and tasty. Altogether a great chance to get together to chat - a nice atmosphere for this, and then onto the rest of the evening.

Great portions, price, and good food

Had lunch at Browns Social House on a weekday and enjoyed it. The location is good on the West Side of Lethbridge near the edge of town and it is easy to get in and out of. Parking can be an issue as it is a busy strip mall but you can usually find a spot. The décor is nice with with a mix of booths and tables and screens around the bar and outside if you want to watch sports. There is an indoor outdoor patio that is mostly protected from the wind with a roof and opening in the walls that can be nice.

Brought our 9 month old to lunch with us , the staff were very accomadating. Greeting and Service was great the food was amazing , always enjoy the sushi My only recommendation , I ordered the kids chicken stir fry ( seasones chicken, rice , broccoli , edame beans , teriyaki sauce) for my 9 month old as this was the most toddler friendly option, I did not know the chicken would be seasoned and my 9 month old spit it right pit because of pepper maybe adding toddler friendly options to the menu like mashed potatoes , mini pancakes ..... other than that we loooooove Browns! Thanks everyone!

Will go again though Im running out of stuff to try on the menu lol Parking: There are a few businesses that are busy and as such it is not a big enough parking lot, however having no parking hasnt been a problem yet. Just have to sometimes walk a extra minute or park in the next lot over

Always love this place! Recently went in for lunch and had a wonderful experience, food was tasty as always, my bill time was quick and my server Libby was personable and pleasant to talk to.

The best Tarter sauce Ive ever had. Highly recommend the potatoe crusted cod.

I d give this restaurant a 6 out of 5 due to the exemplary service from Brittni! We are new to the area and came here for the first time. What a welcome! Great food, excellent service and Brittni took the time to review the menu, specials, drinks and then spent her own time making us a list of local attractions to see as newcomers to the area. What an asset to this company!! We ll definitely be back for another amazing meal, great deals and of course Brittni s fantastic service! We would highly recommend this location.

We often choose Browns as our first choice however, this time was an extreme disappointment. We were seated right away, but then waited continuously for service to the point where we had to request water. When it came time to order our food, part of our party was completely missed and our order wasn t even taken. When we finally did get to order, our food took over an hour, and our server never checked back or kept us updated. We saw her standing at the bar chatting over and over again, while our drinks sat empty, never asked if we needed refills, when there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant at the time. My food was horrible, I ordered the dragon bowl, my chicken was burnt to the point where it was dry, not edible and my vegetables were still raw. Our server never checked back once to ask how the food was, and even when my food sat on the table uneaten, she didn t inquire about it, ask whether I would have liked a box or if there was something wrong with it. When it came time to pay, we waited while she finished chatting with her coworkers at the bar. We had to physically get her attention in order to pay and leave. Incredibly disappointed in our visit tonight and not sure we will be back as a result.

Very accommodating as we were traveling with our somewhat large dog who was welcome to be with us in the patio area. Food and service was spot on. Reminded me very much of Witherspoons in the UK.

Great service, friendly atmosphere, and the food is great! It may not be the best place in town... But when you show up, you know what youll get, how good itll be, and have a good time along the way.

The food was not bad but. Our server was actually great but the length of time it took for the kitchen to prepare the meals for all the tables around us, including ours was terrible. Im not sure if the kitchen was missing staff that day or if theyre usually this understaffed and slow but it took an unreasonable amount of time for our meals to come (over 40 mins). Again I have no complaints about the food or the server.

I have never been in the restaurant but I get takeout and delivery all of the time. The food is AMAZING. idc if its a chain, idc if its just pub food. Its amazing. Even the fries are better than most pubs in the city. I got chicken tacos last night and there was an incredible amount of crispy double dredged nuggies in them. My only complaint is they dont have poutine.... Just get some curds. You already have delicious gravy. I crave it in my dreams.

We do come to this location here, and there, and most of the time the food is great. So this review is only for this one dish. I tried the Szechuan Beef Noodle bowl. This was the first time ordering this dish, the flavor was great. But the only issue was barely any Beef in the dish. Sorry I forgot to take a photo.

My chicken wings were tasty but under cooked, kinda pink and bloody. The other two meals were good, chicken fingers, and cesaer salad and blackened chicken. Waitress didnt do much about asking about food or drinks till we were finished, so not great, spent most of her time chatting up other staff.

Always a good local watering hole. My wife and I love it and my mom loves it too! Food is always great with friendly service. Keep it up!

Great food and brews

During my Road trips In Alberta and Saskatchewan, its good to find a place to chill with customers and have great dinner. We came here tonight and We ordered lots of things, but my Tiki Tuna was my favorite of all! Good service too!

We came in on Friday night for dinner and everything was outstanding. Food and drink was amazing, our server Maddie was even better. She was very knowledge and friendly.

We usually sit in the covered patio. To me, this is a proper pub menu. I can always find something I want to eat. Last time, I discovered their key lime pie - almost as good as mine!

Kind service staff , good atmosphere/ambiance, met expectations with food quality and portion size.

Tonight we decided to spend our date night at Browns Socialhouse and man did we make the right decision. From beginning to end we had one of the best dining experiences we have had in Lethbridge, period. We shared the nashville chicken sandwich and the beef dip and they were delicious. My boyfriend and I agree that it was probably the best beef dip we have had at a restaurant. The drinks were also really great and there were a lot of fun options to pick from as well as classics. Our server Joel was a huge factor in how enjoyable our evening was. He was attentive and really friendly. I feel like he went above and beyond to have genuine conversations and truly seemed to enjoy his job. I also appreciate that he shared his opinion on menu items and what his favorites were. We sat on the patio which is such a nice option for the summer. It is so nice to have a sit down restaurant on the Westside with this level of service and quality and we cant wait to go back!

Went with my friends for the first time and had a great time! Lethbridge isnt known for its food scene but this is one of the better pub food type places in town. Great options on the menu, nice atmosphere and a friendly server. Will go back many times in the future.

My fiance and I came here tonight for dinner and drinks. It was a great experience. Food was great, drinks were great, and our server Ashley was beyond amazing. Will come again :)

One of the best restaurants in Lethbridge.

Very busy when we got here on Saturday 6:30pm. Great service by a man,I forgot his name - sorry. Young Asian man- sorry. Best way to recognize great server. Very attentive and helpful. Need more accommodating people like him. Had the half nachos. Good but not great due to all the essentials were in the middle and underneath in the middle. Extra crispy chips. Definitely would give it another try though. Party of 6 and only complaint was due to high open ceilings it was so loud. So...... keep up the good work and all best in the future. Agh.... again I forgot to take pictures due to great company

Every time I visit Browns, I am always surrounded with such a positive environment. The staff is amazing, the service is above standard, and the food is phenomenal. By far my favorite restaurant out there, everyone should eat here at least once...one visit is enough to get you hooked! Also, their breakfast is weekends only, but it is so good. Their eggs benedict has to be the best Ive ever had...and the fresh orange juice mimosas are a must have.

As a skip driver browns is pretty terrible to pick up from. They make you wait in a grossly overheated room and you generally have to wait 5 or so minutes beyond your appointed pickup time. Staff is very friendly though.

I thought this place would have been something decent for myself and my buddies to hangout at but I was wrong. The beer menu is very limited and the food only mediocre.

Had Abbey as our server. She was very friendly, professional and efficient. The food was excellent as well. Abbey and the chefs set a high standard for brown social houses. Highly recommend.

Service here was excellent. Came down to take my daughter out for lunch. Even though they were slammed, the service was great. So was the food.

We are frequent patrons and use skip alot. This time we ordered and were very disappointed with our order. My wifes and my orders came with fries and there was barley enough fries to cover the bottom of the cardboard container they supplied. The coleslaw was so dry that it look like it had sat out for hours. A very disappointing meal.

Quantity of food in dish needs to be increased. Food itself is good but I wonder how taste varies in both the outlets of Brown Social!
