This place is fantastic. Best bubble tea in town. Their food is amazing and many sauces at the tables to put on to your own taste. The vegetarian options are not great because many of the vegetable dishes use meat broth, but overall great experience. I’d highly recommend.

First time visiting, we left dissatisfied. I feel bad for this review but I need to be honest. The service was lacking, and the quality of the food was not great. I ordered the vegetarian fresh rolls and they came out with browning lettuce and a strange sauce that was nothing like a peanut sauce I'm familiar with. Their peanut sauce seemed to be hoisin sauce that was watered down, with a few crushed peanuts sprinkled ontop. My brother ordered the deep fried spring rolls. He said they good but the price did not reflect the quality or portion size of the rolls. He got 4 thin and short spring rolls for a whopping $10.75. I wouldn't have a problem with the restaurant if the prices reflected the quality of the food being served. The soups came in one standard size (which isn't very big) for around $17. The vegetarian soup had about 3 pieces of tiny tofu. I was expected it to be stuffed full for $17. The flavor of the stock was fantastic but some of the items on the menu need to be readjusted for portion sizes, cost and quality of ingredients. $105 for three people to eat is way more than I'm used to for a Vietnamese restaurant. If you go here, just order the soup. I'm not even going to mention the cleanliness of the restaurant but that was lacking too.
Severe gluten allergy. They have clearly labeled GF items and a dedicated fryer. Highly recommend. Delicious. EDIT: it was so good I went again today. Just as delicious. No symptoms from gluten at all from my meal yesterday. 10/10 recommend if you have a gluten allergy.
Very clean and nicely put together, I loved their menus! Such good food! Came out quickly piping hot and fresh. I'm more used to my food being spicier, but it was still flavourful, I can tell it's a little toned down for the area. If you like your pho spicy, ask for extra spice. The servers were super quick and attentive, very very friendly. Never a water cup empty. Definitely a nice relaxing place.
If you are fairly hungry and want a sizable portion go to the other Vietnamese places. Especially don't get the curry chicken you will get about $2 of chicken in your dish. The food was well cooked and tasted good but it's on the expensive side for Vietnamese and portion sizes.
I love Vietnamese food, and so far ITea is the best I have found on lethbridge, their curry is amazing, pho is divine, their satay beef with spring rolls absolutely delicious! And such yummy bubble tea! Will recommend every time! New favorite spot!
I ordered the beef broth with sliced beef, tendon, tripe and beef balls. Delicious! The broth was very flavourful and the portions were generous. The honeydew bubble tea had the right amount of sweetness and the pearls were perfect.
Food is always fresh, doesnt take long when you put an order in.
The most delicious Vietnamese in Lethbridge!! In my opinion. Try the Double Rolls!!! Delicious!!! The Deep Fried Wonton is finger licking great!!! Parking: Have to pull hard on the heavy door!

This quiet little place in North Lethbridge is like going home to your parents. The owners are very nice and welcoming. The food they prepare is very yummy. The restaurant only has 8 tables. I love it! The prices are fair considering our times, and the portions are enough in my opinion. I always leave full. So if youre in the mood for a Pho or Wor Wonton Soup during a cold day, or if you want a bigger meal, I recommend #28, Satay Beef with springrolls, rice or noodles or a mix of the two, and salad. Yuuuummo! Enjoy your meal. Chúc m i ng i n ngon mi ng! Vegetarian options: I dont do vegetarian...but there are choices Parking: Plenty out front.

Lethbridges hidden gem!!! Always fresh and consistent. We order once a week and have dietary requirements that they take very seriously. Casual atmosphere when we eat in and takeout is always hot and well packaged!!

One word: Disappointed, this place sucks. With the good reviews I thought Ill give this place a chance. I walked in and ordered 4 spring rolls and 4 salad rolls. It was almost 17.00 for the spring rolls and they were tiny, maybe 3 inches max. For the small amount of food that really should have been 20.00 in total, it was 27.50. when I got my salad rolls it was gross old lettuce and they actually took the tiny shrimp that was in it and cut it in half, It tasted awful. It literally took 25 to 30 minutes for my food to even come. I will never be back ever again. What a joke.

One of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants in Lethbridge! The noodles and vegetables are always fresh and the meat well seasoned. Its generous portions for a good price. ITEA is one of those hole-in-the-wall gems that keeps you coming back for the food and service at a great price. I recommend the satay vermicelli bowls, double rolls, and a watermelon bubble tea with coconut jelloes
Best vietnamese in town, and Ive gone everywhere. Anything on the menu is delicious, its fresh, and its a ton of food for the same price elsewhere. Andy and his wife are awesome and can answer and questions and make suggestions. I get their hot and sour soup every time I feel a cold coming on, and Im fine the next day. Magic Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options, or will make it vegetarian on request

Easily the best Pho in Lethbridge. Weve been searching for an exceptional Pho sinse we moved to lethbridge and this place hit the spot. We also had mango bubble tea and salad rolls both great. Our new go to spot! Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

ITeaExpress is hands down one of my favorite places in lethbridge to eat!! #28 is my go to and the staff are always very friendly and prompt. If I could eat here every week, I would!!
Amazing food!
I got the vermicelli rice noodles and was pretty disappointed. The noodles were very soggy and they weren t strained right. There was a thin layer of just water at the bottom. The meat was also disappointing as the seasoning didn t mix well with the other flavours of the food. The sprouts weren t good it ruined the rest of the dish.customer service was good and the food looked good just didn t taste good at all. Can say I gave it a try but definitely won t be ordering here again unfortunately.

Its a take our place you dont want to eat in here. I mean, you can, but its best to take it home. Absolutely the best pho in town! We eat it as much as once a week! Youll crave it just like we do.

Ordered online but there was no time to come collect. So I called in to ask how long.... .5 hour. When I got there on time I was told to wait another 15 minutes. 2 other people were in with me that ALSO had to wait longer as well. Food is good otherwise.
In my opinion, this is the best Vietnamese in town. And the best deal too at about 14 dollars for a vermicelli bowl. If you are okay with a bit of spice, the sate pork is awesome.

Hands down my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Lethbridge! The owners are very friendly, kind, welcoming and always make delicious food! I usually get The pork vermicelli bowel with spring rolls and its always make with the best and most fresh ingredients. Ive only ever taken my food to go simply because of past covid restrictions but their dining room area is always clean and well managed.
The satay chicken here is hands down incredible! The best tasting I have ever had. The owner is also very kind. The primary downside is that the prices are super high for Vietnamese food. I paid $5.50 for extra chicken and I was very disappointed with the portion received.

So so so good! Had the pork satay noodle bowl and my mother in law had the pork and spring roll noodle bowl! Both were excellent! We also had the taro bubble tea with lychee jelly! Was advised to try the red bean and taro next time!

Holy expensive! 16$ for a small bowl of pho... got Dac biet. 1 tiny PC of tripe, 2 slices! Of meat ball. ZERO med rare beef. Decent amount of tendon 3 pc. Only bean sprouts as a garnish. :( ... purchased the spring rolls got 5 wonton paper wrapped Pcs of pure garbage.. the sauce was weak at best. Flavourful profile was equally as weak as the sauce. . For 12$!!!???? Easily the most expensive food in town next to the Italian table and fireside. Both terrible places, At least fireside has food specials both in far superior parts if town. ( debatable) Pho did taste good! Wont take that away from them. Not 16$ good. Not by a long shot. Open on Sundays which is actually pretty huge. Hence the 2 stars. Food taste of one of the 2 dishes was pretty good.. open on Sunday.

Best Vietnamese in Lethbridge. The pho leaves you feeling both more full & more healthy for less cost than anywhere else you can eat out. Parking: Not a huge parking lot, but more than one spot has always been available.

Just eating here recently out of the few vietnamese restaurants in the city even though its a bit small I find the food is great, service is done well, prices are good for the portions and the bubble tea has many great flavours available.
ITEA has by far the best tasting Boba in town and is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in town! The owners are amazing people who work hard and are always on the fronlines. Cant wait to visit again soon!

Oh my goodness, Ive never had Vietnamese food before and it was devine! So much tasty food for such a reasonable price. I had enough food for a meal and leftovers! I will definitely enjoy this friendly, fast and clean dining establishment again!

I will not return again. My friend asked if taro bubble tea is made with fresh fruit, they said yes, but when she got it, it was made with powder. She felt really upset, and when she tasted the satay soup, it was watered down a lot. Now its makes her felt even worst. Also, the price is expensive considering that all ingredients are a cut into small pieces. We went because of the high review, but now we know we cant trust it 100%. Terrible experience.
I dont write many reviews but I could not help myself in writing this one. I am eating a vermicelli noodle, pork, and spring roll dish. The vegetables are crisp, the noodles are cooked perfectly, the spring rolls are fantastic, and the pork is beautiful. I would recommend this place to anybody!
Everything was just at acceptable experience in terms of food quality and tasting as well. Besides, this is not Vietnamese foods as they defined themselves, totally wasting money.

Had take away from ITea on Dec 24/19(not the first time, certainly not the last). The portions were super generous, food was fresh and hot and delicious. Highly recommend ITea Express.
My favourite Vietnamese restaurant in Lethbridge. Pho stock made in house and not from powder, and delicious. Owners are very friendly and service is very fast. Have been to this restaurant numerous times and brought my friends and family here any time they come visit.

Bought the special of the day, dry ribs. Plus some bubble tea and spring rolls. Ill make this review quick. They gets 2 stars for the bubble tea and friendly girl that took our order. The ribs were probably the worst dry ribs Ive had in a very long time. Appeared to be deep fried a few times forsure with little to no meat at all. For $15 they were an extreme disappointment. The spring rolls were 4 for $8. Id say slightly below average compared to around town. Friendly people good service, perhaps just bad luck??

Would highly recommend their mango or taro bubble tea, both blended with fresh fruit. A lot other fresh fruits to choose from. Having worked at a bubble tea store before , I know the difference between stale and freshly made tapioca bubbles, and in this case the bubbles are made fresh here. Their pho noodles are amazing. The portions are a good size and the soup base is particularly outstanding, made with real ox bone and no msg. Always friendly service and on site parking lot.

How do you mess up bubble tea??? It was bitter and burnt and watery at the same time. My friend on the other hand got the matcha bubble tea and... how do you mess even that up??? Thats the easiest combination. Please take bubble tea off your menu. Otherwise, the place is clean and everything else is okay.

Wowzas! This place is a tragically well kept secret. The chicken vermicelli rice noodles were fantastic and the portions are huge! And you can never go wrong with a taro w/ pearls bubble tea. If you havent been, check it out ASAP. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.

June 12 - Just tried the beef noodle soup. The broth was delicious and the meat to noodle ratio was great! I also learned today that they dont add any MSG to anything! On a previous visit I tried the real fruit mango bubble tea. It was really good as well! I always avoid powdered bubble teas because they taste too fake so Im glad theres a place in town with yummy real fruit. Cant wait to try the other menu items!

I had the Boneless Chicken with rice and egg special and it was delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and rice was great. Bubble tea tasted like real fruit and felt authentic. Seating area is small but cozy .

My friend recommended this restaurant to me to satisfy my pho cravings. I was blown away by the huge portions and the flavour was amazing, it was better than the pho in Vancouver! I ordered the satay beef pho with a beef rib, it was not overly spicy and soup was very flavourful. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. If youre ever in Lethbridge, I would recommend this place if youre looking for an awesome bowl of pho.
Had the satay beef noodle bowl and added a beef rib. 10/10, just the right amount of spice, good portion. So good that everyone else at the table did the same. Also ordered a milk tea bubble tea, added pearls and red bean; delicious! Friendly staff, clean restaurant and washroom, recommended!
