Had the buffet . Was OK . Could use more taste

Had the buffet and the food was cold and flavorless. It was also very expensive.

Great food and service. I also particularly enjoyed the ambiance.

Husband and I went for supper last night, food was cold, we ate at the buffet and I told the waitress, and she informed kitchen but no offer to discount food and bill was high. I couldn t eat it. We won t be going back

The food here is not particularly good, but it is indeed delicious Chinese food. The buffet is not very delicious.

We arrived just after the buffet had ended. We placed our orders, but the rice seemed stale, and the food was average. Unfortunately, two of our family members fell ill afterward.

The food was very tasty and the portions were large. Very unexpected by the high quality. The venue is very large, and the staff worked hard to cover the area. Several large parties were also there. Very pleased and satisfied. I will be happy to go again.

Incredibly disappointing. Food: pineapple sauce was like water, ginger beef tasted like it came from a grocery store deli counter, beef and broccoli was slimy and tasteless, green tea tasted... off?, egg roll filling was soggy....and we didnt even get Fortune Cookies. Water glass had a lip mark on the rim. The waitress was friendly, however never checked on us once food was delivered. Mall Chinese food is 100x better, sadly.

Was craving Chinese food and thought we d give this place a go. Quite disappointed. Ginger beef was bland and soggy. Sweet and sour pork had no flavor. Mixed veg was swimming in liquid and was mostly bok Choy and cabbage. The chow mein was tasteless and over cooked.

Never disappointed, food is awesome. And the service is great.

Everytime I get Chinese in Lethbridge, I have high hopes. Of delicious, flavourful, salty saucy food, like I remember from Calgary and California. And every restaurant I try I seem to be more disappointed than the last. While the egg rolls here were good, I had asked the server for normal Chow Mein. She said the Chow Mein was Lethbridge Chow Mein, a cabbage dish, and should get the Cantonese style. So I did. Instead of the dish you see when you Google Chow Mein, I got boiled vegetables on dry noodles with a sauce that looks and tastes like water and corn starch. No flavouring whatsoever. I had higher hopes for the Ginger Beef, which said hot. While the flavour profile was closer to what I expect for Ginger Beef than some other restaurants, Ive had mild salsa with more heat than this Ginger Beef. It was more like ginger flavoured sweet and sour sauce than hot Ginger. It seems the only place with decent Chinese in this town are New Taste of India and Fusion BBQ, neither of which are Chinese restaurants.

Horrible service, horrible food. New employees each time Im there, food wasent hot, insisted they knew what they were talking about for my order and I got the completely wrong thing. Waste of money, wont be returning again. No care for customers, just want the money.

We got takeout for about five of us and the staff was friendly and the food was the best Ive tasted in Lethbridge in a long time. The only real disappointment was the ginger beef being not spicy at all even when we asked it to be extra spicy.

I just rated this place check out my new dynasty rating this place is a must visit for Chinese in Lethbridge we dont have alot of good places for Chinese in Lethbridge but this one satisfies on every level from staff to their amazingly clean restaurant to the good food its Chinese like how I remember mom bringing home as a child hands down the best egg rolls never to hard and the batter flavor is perfect the wor wonton soup has alot of stuff more then the typical 3 shrimp and 6 wonton you get lots and its good the baby corns for some reason can be hard but everything else is perfect or dont even matter nd if you had an empty water glass here or seen a worker not in his/her best mood Id be shocked Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu and even booster seats

The staff were great. I have never been to a Chinese buffet quite like that before. What they had was good but they didnt have what we expected. There were no noodle dishes and there was no ginger beef or chicken. There were no labels indicating what the dishes were and they had some dishes I really couldnt correctly identify. I love a little mystery but that is taking it too far for me.

This place really surprised me! Moved here about a year ago and I must have tried at least 7 or 8 Chinese places so far...Id have to say overall, this was the best! Egg rolls were excellent and every other dish was good too. Big portions, friendly staff and the price was on the lower end as well! No complaints at all

We come back here every time we visit home. Still the best Chinese food in the city, hands down. Wish they had this type of Chinese food in Minneapolis. Lethbridge / Southern Alberta is very lucky.

We ordered 6 dinners on New Years Eve it came on time but all the food was cold but maybe thats expected for New Years Eve. I had ordered the day before the shrimp dish was unedible tasted old. The staff on the phone were very friendly.

Way to greasy for my liking. The dry ribs are the battered kind and way overcooked. Sorry, won t be back.

Ive been going to this restaurant since I was a baby, food has always been the same amazing quality, always had the same great service. Their buffet cant be beat, I personally love the deep-fried wontons and special wonton wormein. (probably spelled that wrong sorry!)

Food arrived really quick- but was definitely taken from the buffet and reheated. Terrible.

Sorry to say extremely bland, no flavor, no color, no green veggies of any kind, too much batter. Even the sweet and sour sauce tasted weird. I could only eat about a third of mine and my mom only took about 10 bites as we couldnt get ourselves to finish it. The server asked how it was we said it was okay and when she came to take away our plates full of food she didnt seem to inquire as to if there was a problem with the food.

Refused entry to a disabled person, claiming they thought they were homeless. Did not apologize to citizen.

So,I normally post-high praising reviews,However its come to my attention that a family member came in there and experience an unpleasant experience. She is disabled, and cant walk without a walker. I dont know who trained the worker but discriminating her and refusing her entry is NOT in any means professional. I thought the staff were nice and caring to everyone. I hope this doesnt happen again, no one deserves that kind of situation to happen go them ever. Please do better Modern Chinese... we deserve better service then that.

Rude workers who label patrons refusing service and entry while family is inside waiting for her. She is disabled and they judged her based on race . Remember your on treaty 7 territorial lands and have some respect for disabled individuals

This place literally locked a disabled lady out of the restaurant when she was trying to gain access because her family were inside and she was supposed to join the celebration. Do not support this restaurant until they do right by this lady and her family

Ordered delivery tonight, the delivery was fast but I was quite disappointed with our food. The chicken chow mein was horrible! There was more chopped cabbage in it than noodles itself. Was nothing like an authentic chow mein. The fried rice was also bland. I do not recommend.

Had an unpleasant experience with this place and was refused entery upon arrival I went to open the door then someone came outside as I was getting ready to go in then was refued entry. This happened on March 24th of this year. I have a physical disability and use a walker as well. Went to have dinner with my family this night this happened and was refused entery upon arrival. Havent stepped foot in this place since this happened its a public place and we should all be treated equally. I was allowed in after 20 minutes or so later on and my family was already in the restaurant waiting for me I felt so discriminated against my background and with having a physical disability. Would love to go back but scared this may happen again to me.

The food was excellent we got the meal for 3, the special wonton wor soup, and ginger beef made mild. The food was delicious. There was a pineapple dish and it was AMAZING. Even better than the food is we were seated promptly and it was the FASTEST I have ever been served in a restaurant. The server was a sweetheart, she was very accommodating and immediately bringing out some rice so my 5 year old could find her patience, but it wouldnt have been necessary. They brought the food out right away. The server was great with my 5 year old and super accommodating. 10/10 for service. I have had better fried rice, but everything else was as good or better than anywhere Ive been. The soup was great and full of meat and veggies, all without being super salty like most other places. The beef and broccoli was very good, the pineapple, I believe pork, was delightful-so good. The chow mein was good with great flavour and a good mix of veggies. Ginger beef had a nice crunch without being tough. The chicken fried rice was not terrible, but it didnt have the wonderful flavour the rest of the dishes did.

Family of four came for the buffet but it was not available, so we ordered many different things off the menu. Everything was delicious! Parking: Parking access is currently tricky because of road construction in front of the building.

Surprisingly large location but food was overall very disappointing. The shining star was the ginger beef which was good, but the other items we ordered all had their issues. This was a friends suggestion and he is now banned from suggesting again.

It was pretty good, we were a party of 10 and the food was hot and came quickly, my only criticism would be to serve the rice and chow mein at the beginning, not at the end. So I called with an order and had my credit card in hand another call came in and I said yes I would be patient after 15 minutes I was no longer patient Dietary restrictions: So after being on hold all of a sudden my order shows up...without my no onion or no pepper restriction. Now if I would have been called back I would have made it clear. Felt bad for the delivery driver paid for an order I cant est. Shame Shame

Still not happy with this place went here for dinner with my family back in March on March 24th for my older sisters birthday dinner and I was refused entery upon arrival and it was so sad. I was indicated a homeless person thats why I was not aloud in upon arrival I am an aboriginal individual and I do have a physical disability as well. Not my place to go again it was a not so great experience to have done. Just wanted to let everyone know of this. It took about 20 minutes til I was aloud in and mg family was already inside waiting g for me. Will never go there again.

Very disappointing. Sliced chicken & satay sauce the texture of the chicken was mushy and the flavor of satay sauce is supposed to hot, not flavorless. The other dish ordered was steamed spareribs & blackbean sauce, when ordering it I asked the person that took the order if it contained garlic because it doesnt state that on the menu and I was told yes. Neither my husband or myself could taste any garlic & there wasnt a single black bean in it. We havent ordered from this restaurant since it had the executive closure order & tonight we thought lets give it another a chance. Huge mistake on our part, what a waste of $50. 3/4 or more of it went in the garbage. I had to eat some soda crackers because it gave me such an upset stomach, the soda crackers didnt help. I had to stop while writing this & run to the bathroom to vomit not once but twice. Not even deserving of 1 star X a million.

Clean restaurant. service was amazing, plates were not left on table for more then a few min. Lunch smorgasbord and food was fresh and stocked regularly, for the most part amazing flavor.. chicken balls had a lack of flavor, but were crispy. Over all it was a good experience.

Very good Cantonese food and chop suey. Large portions, ready in 20 mins for takeout, and the containers were still steaming hot when we got home. Restaurant was very diligent to accommodate severe sesame allergy. The dishes were not exactly what we expected (based on other Chinese restaurants weve been to in other places, and one of us being Cantonese) but everything was very tasty and we would order from here again.

Had Chinese at the two places in Lethbridge currently allowing dine-in. This was far and away the best one. Good quality, fresh, and great service. Go support them!

Door was opened for us as we approached, we were rushed to a table by a man ( we assumed was the owner or a manager) the young staff member at the front desk attempted to ask if we had shown our proof of vaccines but he kept saying follow me follow me...the waitress came to give us menus and asked for our drink order, did not ask about proof of vaccines. We are both vaccinated and have proof but this restaurant did not make sure we were therefore we can assume that other customers were not checked either. For that reason alone we would not return. We both ordered a dinner for one, presentation bland and just so so. Lots a batter .

All you can eat lunch buffet is amazingly delicious! You order as much as you like filling out an order sheet! Yum! Jim Lockhart is a dork! If hes vaccinated why is he worried about anyone else getting checked. Hes Protected.

Great service, great fresh food. Im not a huge Chinese food fan but there was plenty enough on the buffet to get me full and leave me wanting to come back another time for more. I read a ton of reviews before we dined there and Don lived up to every word everyone else wrote about him. He was attentive, happy and had great timing when he came to check on us . They actually expected me to drive back down to replace it. NO HAPPENING. You would think they would offer to send me my correct order. Very disappointed Sorry for delay in updating. I received a call the next day from the manager. He was very apologetic. He told me to keep the original and he will have the correct order ready for what ever time I wanted to puck up. Hmm... Just so everyone is clear here, this is the New Dynasty restaurant that just had a massive health closure due in part to having copious amounts of roaches... Like its the same restaurant, same owners, same staff, and same food.
