The NYF in Park Place Mall has such incredible staff. Eula and her coworker, the fellow with the cool mohawk who seems to always be working were such a delight. Very Hard workers & extremely polite. If I could talk to their boss I would tell the boss they need a big raise & more vacation time. Those are great employees =]

Had just a Lrg fries with a water & malt vinegar. The fries I could eat were just ok but alot of black fries. No peeling so they can t see any defects or rot. Quite disgusting and disappointing.

Getting to Expensive you are rated 0 I was charged 3.00 dollars for no bun because Im Gluten-free I had to pay for my hot dog plus the 3 dollars thats a rip off plus no caution was used or care with my allergies will not be returning My brother and I were truly disappointed in how the food industry does mot take into consideration of people with allergies its so sad

Typically, I m not one to leave any type of review. This review is written because of how phenomenal these guys are. Richard, the head guy at the Lethbridge location, has a sense of customer service that people should take suit after. Richard genuinely cares about your experience as a customer. On top of that, his staff always have a smile on their face. I don t know his relationship to them, but it looks like a family bond with his staff. Not to forget, the food. The staff with put you together one of the best and most savoury poutine in Lethbridge at an incredibly affordable price. Like I said, reviews aren t my thing, nor really is poutine, but they got themselves another loyal customer.

Love coming to this location! I worked at park place mall for years and New York fries was always my favorite treat. I still come in once in a while for the bacon double cheese fries, and the staff is always so friendly and kind. Definitely recommend them, they are my favorite guilty pleasure meal

This New York Fries is Lethbridges best kept secret!! It is our FAVOURITE place in the city for a quick, warming, delicious, and fairly nutritious meal. With the now exorbitant costs of eating out, New York Fries is our most COST EFFECTIVE option as a family. A medium sized meal is about $8.50 which is a good price to begin with. If you produce your AMA card you get a 10% reduction. Their Fry Society loyalty program is equivalent to another 10% reduction. And, since they dont request a tip, that is another 10%-20% reduction in price. Where can you eat out for that price?! Also, I have two celiacs in my family and it is no small thing for them to have a reliably gluten-free place to eat. We go to this NYF branch regularly and the staff are super friendly, they somehow remember our favourite options on the menu, and consistently provide us with A+ customer service! As a city, lets show our appreciation for a business that is EXCELLING at delicious food, keeping prices low, and treating its customers well!

I was having the kind of day only grease and gravy could cure. Ordered from here via skip. I found it expensive and yucky. On the bright side I ordered extra gravy and got extra gravy which Ibaccidentally spilled on myself. Thankfully it was cold. IDK what happened to the NYF I used to love but like every other bad decision Ive made, this left me feeling fat and sad in a stained t-shirt.
