Nice friendly staff, good service. Food, on the other hand, was a disaster! My beef dip was tough as leather and out hamburger tasted like it was cooked yesterday and warmed up today. Not impressed. Probably wont be back.

The food itself was the only decent part of our overall experience. We asked for the brussel sprouts without parmesan or cilantro, but it came with both still on. We ordered drinks right away. We waited over a half hour for them and had to ask for them. We had 3 kids that ordered kids meals. They brought two adult mains first and then half hour later brought one of the kids meals, followed by another 10 minutes later and finally the last one came out 10 minutes after we were all done. Yes, they took off the total cost for the last meal and discounted the rest of the bill but our experience was soured before that. Thankfully the food was good, but we cannot come close to saying that about the service.

The server Maia was the most pleasant and enjoyable experience I ve ever had with customer service. This was not a one time experience with Maia, she is the greatest hospitality personality I have ever experienced and we have been and seen everything around this country and elsewhere. She is the main reason we choose Original Joes when it comes to an enjoyable time. We always hope she is on duty when we come and are so uplifted when we see her. Such a wonderful person and server. She should be manager in our eyes, she must attract and draw in so many people with her outgoing personality. We love her!!

Fish tacos were decent, but portion size was for a kid. 2 small little tacos, couldve eaten 5 or 6 of them.

The music was to loud

Hats off to the manager. We ordered through Skip the Dishes and we only received 1/2 the order, delivery driver clearly couldn t see the 2nd bag sitting next to it. Called to ask why and the manager quickly answered the phone and offered to bring the second bag ASAP. Within 10 minutes we had the manager at the door apologizing for someone else s mistake. Excellent service and this is why me and my wife frequent this place. Won t order online anymore we will definitely stop in from now on.

Server was great but the hamburgers and fries we ordered were not even remotely hot. It was disappointing but it seems more common now to receive your meal cold or luke warm.

Under staffed as the manager stood behind the bar on her phone. Over our visit 1 waitress was working her self sideways. Both our kids were servers. And both as we walked out said they are glad they do not work at that location.

Terrible service and quality

Not good. Terrible menu, signature burger doesnt even have cheese on it. Terrible waitress (jenica) kept us waiting for every aspect of our visit. Didnt get a good tip obviously. Wont be back.

We were in town for an event and have ate at Oringal Joes many times where we live. We ordered from this restaurant through skip the dishes (which we will never use again). Skip delivered our food to the wrong house and when the people told them they didnt order the food the skip driver then took the food left and called it delivered. After calling skip and getting the runaround I decided to call the restaurant to see if they could help deal with skip. They went above and beyond they called skip got the same rude and uncompropertive responses that we got. A huge shout out to Mia for helping us with this headache and them replacing our order when skip left us out to dry. Will definitely order from here in the future when we are in town.

Once again a wonderful meal on the patio and well taken care of by Dara! Always greeted with a smile.

Love OJs, consistently has good quality eats and fantastic staff. Favorite spot is the west side one, just a bit more going on out that way, and west facing patio gets some nice sun. OJs has probably one of the better draft craft beer selections in town.

Aaron the manager went above and beyond. He was very helpful. He gets 5 stars. The servers and kitchen staff on the other hand need training. 1 star service and food.

Too few normal height tables and normal height chairs. Why do places like original Joes go with high tables and chairs? They are impossible for many older people and downright dangerous for children. Normal height furniture is normal for a reason! If you want much of our business go back to good old traditional tables and chairs. Wheelchair accessibility: Original Joes is not suitable for handicapped people. You will be unable to pull yourself up to the height of the tall chairs and tables.

Me and my bestie ordered from here on skip and didn t have high expectations tbh but it was better than food we ve had at high end restaurants it was scrumdiddlyumptious 10/10

This review is specifically for the West Lethbridge location. Ive been a customer of this restaurant for several years and made significant effort to support them through Covid ... to the tune of a couple hundred per month on average. We went last night with friends and had a fairly good meal. The issue we experienced was the owner/managers new policy of charging customers for ketchup. Ive never griped about paying for gravy and other dips, but I will draw the line at ketchup. Our server was very open and said that many others are not impressed either, but management wont hear otherwise. Its not like they havent increased their menu prices either ... Anyhow, until management reverses this ridiculous practice, they have seen the last of my family and my money.

Aaron was absolutely amazing!! I am from out of town and have been here a few times now. Every time I m there Aaron does something to blow us out of the water. Get the Parmesan truffle chips and Cinnamon Bun Cheesecake. They are too die for!! Would definitely recommend going here for the food AND the staff

Good food, OJs has a pulse on what the public would like to see for beer options, hard to have it all and they do a good job of selecting good craft and old faithfuls. Great patio on the west side with good wind block. Go check it out!

Great patio, helpful and friendly service, was busy but not crowded, patio is out of the wind because of great windbreaks, and positioned to catch a lot of sun.

Manager was incredible at suggesting drinks and friendly, food was tasty and timely atmosphere was pleasant and accommodated lighting as the sun set.

We generally have a great experience at OJs west, in fact we were there only a few days prior. For our twin daughter s 21st Birthday and we decided to spend it on the patio. We sat at our table for quite some time with only water. A glass of water was accidentally spilled by one of our group with very arthritic hands. The table and chair was soaked and unfortunately the glass broke. The waitress quickly walked past and said not to touch the glass she would be back for it. 25 minutes later, no one had been back for the glass, to offer napkins, menus or take a drink order. I went up to the bar ask for menus and napkins and another waitress said she would send our server over. On the way back to our table our server asked if something was wrong. I mentioned that we had a mess at the table and needed napkins to clean up the water, that we had not been offered menus and had been there for quite a while. She pointed out that the menu was accessible on our phones however my 93 year old grandmother does not have a phone and would not be able to see the small print of the phone. We had been given menus at our last visit which was only a few days prior. The waitress tersely explained that they were training new staff and as I could see were very busy and that I needed to co-operate ; I was Shocked to say the least. The rest of the meal was very uncomfortable and neither my husband or I were asked if we wanted to order a drink once. Like I said earlier we generally have had a great experience at OJs but after this experience I think we will be taking a break from there for a while.

My bro and I were in town and wanted some wings, very happy that when we got there the wings are on special on Tuesdays. They were great wings for a good price and great service as well. We had Greek, salt and pepper, and honey hot (not on the official menu). All of them were good, had some fries too, which were also really good. Worth the drive over to the west side, there is also a location on the north side.

Excellent food! Plenty of great options, and with the 2 sides options was a good balance. Wish there was more floor level seating, instead of the higher bar stool chairs. Quieter near the patio so easier to converse and hear each other but suspect it was louder ambient sound on the bar side . Small but decent selection of rotating beer taps.

Please advise your waitress to focus on their work and how to treat customer rather than putting loads of make up and behaving rudely with guests.

Went in with a group of friends. My friend and I ordered medium well steaks, mine came out well done and his came out blue rare. I shared calamari with my other friend and it was overcooked and crunchy.

Good quality food, excellent service, a selection of great beers and theres always sports on. Its a nice neighbourhood pub vibe with consistently good food which is great for grabbing a quick bite or catching a game.

Staff is friendly, service is great. Usually we sit at the bar and watch the games. The house beer is cheap and tastes pretty good. Menu is great never had a bad meal here.

The best fish place in town has great new photos from and amazing local photography. They are all for sale. Come in for the fish and stay for the view. Just try not to buy a photo to take home with you. ;-) Love Candie and all the staff at Joeys. Allways the best friendliest service there at Joeys. Plus the secret is that Candie the owner makes the best home made dessert EVER! Usually Cheesecakes to die for. Is you have not been there for a while make sure to put it on your list to go there today. Dont delay or procrastinate. They may self out of your favorite flavoured cheesecake before you get there. But tomorrow is always ok aslo because then you can make plains to go with friends. There new hours are now 11am to 9pm Mondays throw Saturdays. With Sunday Noon to 8pm. How to see you there. Great date night spot!

Service was a little lacking. Food was on point and delicious! Decent portion sizes for the price. Banana bread French toast was delicious, and the fruit was perfectly ripe.

I am fun of Original Joes food. And I like I authentic food in every city. Not coweded during happy hour, it was easy to find place to sit. Pleasant staff and good food. Recomend Grilled Cheese burger and potato crisps.
