I loved Tony Romas Lethbridge! Cozy vibe,friendly staff and the food was amazing-especially the grilled chicken mashroom pasta, wings and ribs!Prices were fair for the quality. Highly recommended for nice dinner spot!

2 hours.. for horrible ribs.. save your money..

Very frustrating experience :(. We stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel for a tournament. We were a large group of people. We pre-ordered all of our meals. We arrived at our reservation for 5pm to an empty restaurant and waited over an hour for our food. Some of the kids meals took even longer and some of our orders were messed up as well. The server also was clearly still expecting a tip. What was the point of pre-ordering?? If you are a large group, just go somewhere else. We won t be back :(

We came in with our team and Our server Katie was so great, it was very busy and she took care of the kids and all the Adults. We will be back for sure!

We were in town for a ringette tournament and our entire team ate here twice. Food was good and our server Katie was great! She s very efficient and has an awesome sense of humour which made the experience even better!

So we had a terrible experience with waiter Ian! First he was very arrogant coming in you already before he even served us we got a terrible vibe. Rude slow as hell. Nose up in the air! That s even before our food came to the table. We tip based on waiter friendly ness and service! I whispered to my husband no tip off the bat! Sorry! Anyways going forward we are charged under cover service fees per recite had no idea about. Which is fine but arrogant Ian made sure to make statements on how it s industry policy his performance was terrible. Sorry but we go by performance! Anyways lesson learned. We will not be back to this location. Much better places with incredible people who love doing what they do that actually deserve to be tipped!!! Food also was over cooked for the steaks of two (my husband and son) but hey Ian deserved the tip didn t he!!

Tony Romas is not what it used to be . The hardest part for me was the booth that we were sitting in was so dirty and who wants to eat with seeing dirty seating. I just couldnt even enjoy the food with how many dirty finger prints on the seats.i wont be coming back anytime soon service is just okay.

Very disappointing food. Chicken overcooked and tough. Too salty. Broccoli overcooked. Jambalaya chicken tough, sausage and shrimp meager. Menu much smaller than it used to be. Used to be a special restuarant, not so much anymore.

Absolutely awesome food. Huge portions. Delicious. Something for everyone on the menu.

The food was great the waiter was so rude and in rush to collect her money before even we finish our drinks we told her please give us sometimes we will pay once we done with our drinks also we were in deem conversation and she is back less than 45 seconds asking us to pay your bills its not her first time she always in rush and rude when it comes to bills, she wears glasses. I felt so disrespectful the way she asked to pay my bills even though I didnt finish my drink. We were going to order dessert, but after seeing her attitude and low service, I changed my mind because of her, which was my last time to visit for that location.

Overall it was a really crappy experience! I always used to love coming to Tony Romas for all you can eat riblets on tuesdays. I always order the honey carolinas, and im very familiar with the flavor of these. Today, the hostess couldnt even be bothered with seating me properly without attending to 2 other tables as she wasbtaking me to my table. Then she took my drink order. Which is a simple glass of ice water with a lemon wedge. She seemed to struggle with that. I got 2 cubes of ice and no lemon wedge. Once I was able to get her attention. I asked about my lemon and it still took another eight minutes to get it to me. I ordered my all you can eat riblets with the honey carolina sauce. I got the original sauce, so I sent it back. Now I will point out that it took about twenty two minutes in total to get my dinner. When I sent the wrong order back, it took less than three minutes to get me what they called honey Carolinas. Personally, I feel that they scraped off the wrong sauce and poured the right sauce on the riblets, and it caused an awful, disgusting taste. As I mentioned today is tuesday, so its all you can eat riblets. After being there for thirty minutes, I still was not even offered a second helping. Not to mention, I didnt finish the first hopping because of how horrible they tasted. I then went to the front counter to wait for my bill. So then I could pay and that took another 10 minutes before. I was even acknowledged. I could have easily walked out and not paid for anything. I just feel overall, very disappointed. I will not be returning to this location!

This is a mixed review. Good and bad. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Booths were comfortable and it was quiet where we were so we could really enjoy the conversation and reminiscing that we were doing after a hard day. I had the Mediterranean pasta which I found to be very tasty and well cooked. The shrimp were done perfectly and not rubbery or over cooked. However another family members salt and pepper wings were not edible for her. They were even visibly over salted and they were still served to customer that way. She still tried them but after just one, could not eat them. Thankfully another family member helped with some of them. Unfortunately though the person who ordered them should have been able to enjoy them. My other 2 family members also enjoyed the food. Two of us also wanted to have a mixed drinks and we both found a completely lack of good variation. sadly in the evening the service was not great. They only ask about food before you ve really had a chance to start and checked on beverages once. They didn t seem concerned about one parties lack of eating with their item of food. On a side note the staff in the morning the next day was AMAZING. The breakfast time server was so kind. Checked on table multiple times and ensured that tables left happy. She even handled herself so well and professional in a difficult situation. We hope the rest of your day was better. You were amazing!

Hands down, some of the best food Ive had in a while - every bite was a delight! The service was top-notch, and the cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. Ill definitely be returning.

Great food

Was there for lunch after doing some swimming at the Holiday Inn. First I will start with the service. After our food order was taken our server never really checked on us. It wasnt until we were mostly done our food she came to check on us. Next lets talk about the food. I ordered the Roma burger with fries, the burger was cold and the fries looked like they had been sitting under the warmer for a while. My husband ordered the steak sandwich medium rare and his steak was also cold and his fries were mostly the small crispy small pieces that looked like they were under the warner to long. Our son got the kids pizza and fries, looked like a small frozen pizza that was microwaved. Definitely will not being coming back.

Food was cold and poorly made and server was barely visiting our table. On top of that a 15% gratuity was added for four adults and two toddlers. Insane. When I went to the bathroom both toilets were plugged up. Paying an exorbitant amount for mediocre poorly made food that ended up half eaten with poor service means we will not visit any Tony Romas again.

Horrible! Service was non existent, yet you charge a 15% gratuity on a table of 4 adults and 2 toddlers for lunch! Maybe say that before seating us as we would have left. No wonder the restaurant was completely empty. Food was horrific! Cold, unappetizing and just gross. Would have said something to our waitress, but wait, she never came around! My friend could not even take her son to the bathroom because both toilets were clogged. Will not be back!

The food here is fantastic, especially those mouthwatering ribs! And the service? Always on point. Plus, the restaurant is kept super clean, which I love.

Stone cold broccoli, tough chicken breast and garlic mashed potatoes that have the obvious taste of spuds from a box. First meal Ive sent back in years. Im from out of town and was looking forward to it. VERY disappointed.

Was staying at the Holiday Inn this past weekend for my sons hockey tournament. We received free children breakfast coupons from the hotel for Tony Romas so went and had breakfast the one morning. Was pretty disappointed with our breakfast. Not only did they mess up our order, my one son ordered french toast and they brought him a pancake and then both my husband and I ordered eggs benny over hard and the yolk came runny, but the food also wasnt great. The sauce for our eggs benny was very watered down and didnt have much flavor. Regretted not saying something to the server, but he didnt really come around until after we were pretty much finished and I dont really like to be difficult. Has been bothering me though when the breakfast still cost us over $44. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I was looking forward to a valentines day supper with my wife,we were waiting for a hour and half we wernt even offerd water and when they did show up with wings of a appetizer they were cold old and green,absolutely disgusting,never going back to this place again! And the servers ignored us like we didnt exist.

Quality was horrible I was better off getting my own salad in a bag CUZ THATS WHAT I GOT n fry my own patty fOR a burger.it was tasteless n was not worth 95 $$ they charged us I wouldnt go there again n I would never recommend Toni romas to anyone.very disappointed, it definitely went down hill .so sad cuz we enjoyed going there !!

We went for dinner once and will never go back. A large group had pre ordered there meals and they didn t tell us until we had already been waiting 30 minutes that it would be a long wait. It ended up taking about an hour and a half to two hours. We where there with three kids who where so fussy and hungry by the time our food came. And the food was not very good.

My co-worker and I waited to be seated. Upon being seated the service was mediocre , the waitress didnt tell us her name. She was just there. I asked about the spinach dip and explained my allergies. She went to check for us and came back stating it was okay for me to have. we ordered the spinach dip My co-worker ordered an alcoholic drink, water and not your mommas chicken. I ordered the loaded baked potato soup, iced tea, and the salmon wine piccata (sp). When the food arrived it looked good. Upon Eating though issues soon arised. The soup was SALTY! I could not eat it. That dish sat on our table without being removed until we were almost ready to leave. The fish was Inedible too salty. I asked my co-worker to try some to see if it is me. She spat it out! I could not eat anything. We flagged down a staff member who said she will give us a menu. Nope Never came back to give us a menu. Our waitress was flagged down to get a menu. And I ordered a salad with the dressing on the side, of course they put the dredding on the salad. The Salad came with no fork. The waitress said she will bring a fork. 10 mins later no fork. I flagged her down again to which I waited another 5 mins for a fork. There were only 4 tables that had people. Wait times for receiving items was Long!!! The meal I couldnt eat was comped. We will NOT be going back.

This is the 3rd time I have tried this Tony Romas and for the 3rd time. They have disappointed me yet again. The wait staff were acting like a bunch of children, They were laughing up and having a great time but ignoring the guests. As for the food on the menu well not all of it is available at this time. And we showed up at 4:45 in the afternoon Save your time and your money and go somewhere where youre going to get something you want. Personally I will never go to this restaurant again.

I would never go back! Horrible service, slow, did not bring things we asked for. We ordered a meal that said two chicken breasts, it was one breast cut in half and then so over cooked it was like jerky! Everyone s food was cold or cool (strangely the plates were hot though) and took 45 min to get our meals! Coleslaw spoiled too. The kids meals come with dessert but they were out of dessert which they took another 20 min to tell us. It was not until we decided to leave that they even told us. Automatic gratuity added, and I did not get the choice to leave a lesser tip as that is what was deserved. Honestly go ANYWHERE else

Vile and overpriced food. Normally if I get bad food I say nothing and move on. However the food looked so bad I feel like it was intentional. I just didn t eat it. I really recommend if you value you re time, health & money go elsewhere.

Wanted to gift a supper for my family who lives in AB. I am in SK. No delivery option available. Only pick up. First complaint was that I was not able to pay over the phone prior to pickup. The family picking it up had to pay. Second complaint was that the order was incorrect. Charged for a more expensive entree. Family did not know what was ordered as it was a gift, so did not realize. Disappointing experience when oniy wanted to treat family to something special.

Wait time for appy was good, but for our actual food was crazy long. They said there was a mix up in the kitchen. I have a dairy allergy so that really limits my food options. After checking multiple things I made my order, After waiting over 45 minutes for our meals I was told I had to pick a different side because the veggies werent able to be dairy free after all. So I ordered a garden salad that ended up coming out with multiple flavors of cheese all over it. When it came back it was just lettuce, cucumber and bacon, none of the other veggies that were on the first one. The dressing that came out was just oil. It was a very frustrating meal. There was no discount given. Although the staff were very nice I dont think Ill be going back. Dietary restrictions: Not easy to navigate allergies. Kitchen was not careful with them

Very clean place the servers pheasant very spacious. Its a very good place for family and friends for meals and to have fun.

my party and I were in the restaurant for about 30 minutes and it was the worst experience. we had to leave just after getting our drinks which took those 30 minutes to get to us. first, I was opening a present from my sister. it was an expensive item of jewelry. our server (who never introduced herself to us) was standing near by watching me unwrap the gift. after i had opened it, she leaned over the table to look at the jewelry. she asked for a closer look, and after holding it closer to her so she could see, she attempted to rip it from my hands and said YOU CAN LET GO . it was incredibly inappropriate. my sister had ordered a drink which didn t end up to be what she thought it was. she didn t drink it, and only asked for water instead. the drink was still on the bill at the end and when asked if it could be removed, we were presented with a $10 voucher that didn t even cover the charge of the drink. she also didn t ID any of the people ordering drinks, but did ID someone who only ordered water.

we came in to celebrate my sisters graduation and the service was . ridiculous. we were trying to have a personal moment while gifting my sister a bracelet and the server came over and was completely inappropriate, placing her hands all over the table and making a big show of the bracelet; doing so much as even reaching over to attempt to grab the bracelet from my sister, even barking at her saying you can let go! it was a very strange interaction and made us all very uncomfortable. furthermore, one of our party ordered a red sangria which tasted nasty and could only take a sip. when we brought this to the servers attention, she sort of made a weird face and seemed confused. we asked that she take it away and off of the bill, and that we just got a water instead. (another one at our party agreed that her own drink some sort of bellini was also nasty.) it was at this point that we decided to simply pay our tab and leave. i paid the tab and noticed afterwards that the sangria was still on our bill even though it was taken away. when we said this to the server, she became abrupt and rude and threw some change down at the table as an attempt to refund us. overall, not a good experience. go spend your money elsewhere where the drinks will taste better and are cheaper. not impressed

I ordered dinner for our family to go. The order ended up being taken town wrong and we were missing a meal and charged for a Caesar salad instead of getting ribs and a side Caesar. When talking to the supervisor she refused to understand the situation, not only did they not offer to replace the ribs she refused to refund the Caesar salad we didnt order. I will never go to this Tony Romas location again based on the service we received.

We used to like the food there.until we met the Philippine woman(maybe Vietnamese who looks like the manager.she is extremely rude and impatient to us(specially if you re Asian)while we ordering food and pretty much throwing plates on us,with this crazy attitude she dropped huge chunk of hot fries on my mom s thighs didn t bother to apologize.beware of this employee!!we will never go there again!

We were in Lethbridge this past week as we purchased a car from there and we decided to stop into Tony Romas for dinner. We were excited as we absolutely love the food at Tony Romas and we haven t had it in awhile as the one in Calgary closed down. Our server Joseph made us feel at home with his friendliness and prompt service. Will definitely be back again soon! Thank you ;-)

Was a nice place. We had a good waiter/bartender. The salmon was great, but the mash potato was my favorite it was so good.

Since the last time I came a few months ago, the quality of the food has definitely dropped. The Chicken Spinach Stack used to be my favorite. The chicken was absolutely tiny compared to the other times I ordered this dish. And it definitely doesnt taste as good as it used to. I cant barely taste the garlic anymore on the Garlic Mashed Potatoes. The dish was filling but not that tasty. My husband ordered the Steak sandwich, and he said it was okay. He didnt care too much for the mashed potatoes either. Our waitress was very nice though, always made sure we had our drinks filling. Even though the pop we ordered was pretty flat. Im pretty disappointed as Tony Romas used to be my go-to restaurant.

My daughters hockey team had a group event at the Lethbridge location this weekend. The GM communicated with us that they would like our preorder as we were such a large group, 45 people. Not only did they have the appies ready within 5 minutes of our arrival, our mains came out 15 minutes later. They treated us all wonderfully. The food was delicious, the service was amazing! Thank you so much for such a great night out with the team. Kid-friendliness: Our server was so great with the 20 children that were in our party. She was very kind and patient with them.

Refused to take gift card because it was purchased out of province, upon reading fine print it states every Tony Roma in Canada can accept said gift card. Only got an appetizer then left.

Very disappointed in the services. We sat for 10 mins waiting for someone to take our drink order. When asked about the whereabouts of our server, they just said they were busy, when a server was clearly standing in front of us making small talk with our customers. We ended up leaving & received no apology

Worse service ever. They put a hot plate in front of a 4 year old,food that was suppose to come with garlic didn t no refills on pop or water. We asked if they could do a kids meal into a adult portion they yes but no it came out wrong then my 8 year old granddaughter got her meal after we were all done I complained they then had the hostess come and clean the tables never came with our bill we had to go and get it. I would never recommend this place I wish I could give it a negative rating but that option is not available

We thought this would be a great place to go for our parents anniversary supper as we ve always thought it was exceptional, until last night. We had a reservation but when we got there, they we confused as to where to seat us. First, they didn t think they had room, then they inquired if we all wanted to sit together (there were 8 of us) to which they said they would have to seat us at the high tables in the lounge then, after which another hostess came and said they had a table in the dinning area. I always thought a reservation meant they would have a table waiting . After finally being seated, we sat for 20 minutes before we finally flagged someone walking by asking where our waitress was as no one had even greeted us or taken a drink order. Finally someone there. They take our drink order and food order and then we wait until our appetizers arrive and still no drinks. Another 10 minutes and our drinks finally come. Then our meals slowly trickle out, one by one. Worst experience in a long time. We made the mistake of ordering desserts - they took another 20-30 minutes to come out to the table. As we were finally leaving the restaurant a family that had been sitting, waiting to be seated for about 10-20 minutes where told they couldn t serve them. It was only 8pm and the restaurant is open until 10. They weren t given a reason (we were standing right there) and they would have been okay hearing it except for the long wait before being told no. Just horrible customer service all the way around.

The food was really good. I was not too crazy about the service. Took forever to get drinks, then 15 mins to get our order in. Didnt see our waitress after that until we were almost half done our meals. If the service improved, it would be a 5

Very disappointed in the service, we have been coming here for a long time. but just suddenly we ve been getting bad service thought it changed. Messed up on my dads order and the ribs were under cooked very hard to separate and tough. so they made us wait over hr for our food, and took forever just to bring my sisters drink out. And also the waitress was very rude! So we just left the restaurant how disgusting!! Tony Roma I hope you get better employees that are willing to take there job seriously!

My wife and her friend went to tony romas in lethbridge for lunch on March 9/2022. Very bad service. I was thinking of going there, but not any more.

Staff are great!

Got seated in about 5 minutes. There were 3 or 4 other patrons. We waited for 15 or 20 minutes and the server never came so we left. I suppose service cant get much worse than that.

One waitress/hostess for Saturday morning breakfast. We waited forever to be seated, half our drinks took over ten minutes to arrive. The waitress was very rude and dismissive of people trying to get their meals. If you can t staff your restaurant properly, maybe don t open?

The food was always great until I ordered some items that I know are very good (when I ate in before the pandemic ) I was very disappointed with the Caesar Salad,it looked and tasted like a packaged Caesar salad from Walmart. I have had Caesar salads from Tony Romas before and they never looked or tasted that bad. The kickin Shrimp appetizer had a long dark hair in it ,definitely spoiled my appetite. I wish I could have enjoyed my meal,but not that time. I really hope the food quality will improve .

I love the layout of the this place. Its really neat inside and the service was good even though it was really busy.

Very bad service took my order wrong and when I asked the server if it pork she is like no all our ribs are beef. I ate two bite and I feel it is not beef I called her and ask you sure it is beef she is like yes it is beef. I asked to show me in the menu if it is beef she brings the menu and it was pork not beef never go again.

Took 20 minutes for the hostess to notice us. Then took over 20 min for someone to come ask our drink order. My daughters ribs came out ice cold. There was three tables in the place at the time. They were not slammed. We will never be back.

Came in, and got served right away! 2 waitresses were helping us get drinks, and gave us some good suggestions. Thursdays pasta is 16.00$ amazing deal, lots of food. I asked for a medium rare steak, and it was served well done. We sat outside for 45 minutes without anybody checking in on us; we thought they forgot about us, until we finally got our food. When we asked for the bill, we sat outside for 15 minutes before I went inside to pay. Slow service, good food. Edit: we were there around 12:00pm Thursday. The server was an older lady with a lot of tattoos. I threw out the receipt

Man what a experience, food was decent, great mash potatoes the kitchen killed it, the two stars are for the service. We called ahead since it was an hour till closing and they said it was fine. We waited in the front to be seated and the waitress didnt acknowledge us for five minutes and when she did she kinda barked at us what we wanted and if we wanted a table for two, we said yes and she said arent we closed now? I responded not for another hour, it was pretty dead there, only two other tables. The water we got had a bug in it so we asked for another one that didnt come our till after our meals. The waitresses argued right behind our booth a couple times, and yelled across the room a few times and they all seemed to just want to be done their shifts and didnt try to hide it, making comments like ah almost done. When passing our booth. They didnt want to be there and made us not want to be there as well. Hard to have conversation over the staff arguments about orders right beside us. Very uncomfortable experience.

Excellent food... Excellent service

A friend and I ordered the dry ribs for an appetizer and they were really good, dont get me wrong! But... We also ordered the shrimp salad and the strawberry pecan salad and they were awful. Not only that, but after mentioning that they were missing ingredients and the shrimp was way over cooked, the server (Mimi) told us that they couldnt be wrong because nobody else had complained that day. To add, after this encounter we were told the kitchen did say they missed ingredients on one salad and we would have it removed from the bill, and the second salad would be reluctantly discounted. Bills come, theyre not discounted at all but we were at the point where everything else is closed and were now heading back to our hotel room extremely disappointed. Would not recommend for a) the quality of food which was $46 for a dry rib appy, 1 soda, 1 gin and tonic (which was also incorrect) and water), but also our server was terrible by immediately insisting we were wrong and they couldnt have made a mistake, only to find out they did make mistakes. 0/10. Brutal.

It was great i dont know our waiters name but she was awesome we had my sisters birthday party here just a small family gathering they put the cake in the freezer for us that we brought and brought it back to us thank you

I was staying in the hotel attached to this TR. The only thing keeping this from being a five star review is the fact that from day to night the service was completely different. During the day the service was prompt, friendly, accurate and deserves five stars. The night shift workers seemed to be bothered by me coming into the restaurant, tried to sit me at a dirty unbussed table, forgot my drink order, used the wrong onions in the onion loaf, serving staff spent their time talking to each other and ignored the tables. Night shift deserves a one star review. Consistency is paramount in restaurants. If you want a great experience come in the morning for breakfast, if you want neglect come for dinner.

Must have been training as the guy kept coming every 1 to 2 minutes to see what we wanted to drink let us get settled and figure it out especiallyafter the second or third time, sorry it took us 10 minutes to figure out what all 5 wanted but you did not need to be at my table asking about 8 times in that 10 minutes. Also if a child drops something they are playing with dont grab it immediately and throw it out, that is asking for a very upset child. I used to go to Tony Romas in Calgary and it was a great experience. This felt like a fast food restaurant and the food wasnt much better Update We were there September 4 at 630 at an end table right in front of the bar 3 adults and 2 young children

The food isnt as good as I remember it. The food tasted either bland (chicken strips and pasta) or spicy (the potato soup that I was looking forward to and was sorely disappointed by). My dads baked potato was served cold. The place was empty and I can see why after eating. You would think being attached to the hotel, it would be busier. We wont be going back. It was a very disappointing birthday lunch for my dad.

Inedible pasta left on my bill. Work dinner, I ordered the Mediterranean pasta. Large portion, but it had no taste; no flavour of pesto, tomato or garlic as advertised on the menu. When I advised the server, she took it away but did not remove it from my bill. When asked why she said there was nothing wrong with it. The server didn t mind taking our forced tip as the party was over 6 people. I wouldn t go back.

The food is good here but when you come in and the first thing they tell you is: because you come with your family we will have to charge you an extra 15%! then I lose interest

My family and I had a delightful dinner at Tony Romas this evening. The baby back ribs with Carolina Honey sauce were delicious! Its nice to go out and enjoy a meal again!

The beef ribs to die for so good!!! The service was fantastic the spinach artichoke dip was amazingand the house salad and dressing delicious Thank you for a great date night!!!

I had great service, our server was very friendly and polite, and the food was excellent. I had the Sizzling Shrimp for an appetizer, and it is so delicious. Just thinking about it makes me hungry. I couldnt decide on one, so I had three different kinds if ribs for an entree. All were perfectly cooked.

I have a health issue which the waitress Peggy and the hostess Christy (I think that was her name) were excellent at accommodating me!! They didnt treat me like it was a bother at all which I very much appreciated!! The food was excellent! It was hot, fresh, & cooked to perfection!! In fact its the best Tony Romas Ive ate at!! And Ive ate at lots of Tony Romas as its my favorite restaurant!! Peggy and Christy were very personable and attentive!! Management needs to employ more people like Peggy and Christy! On my next visit to Lethbridge I will be eating here again so I hope to see Peggy and Christy!!

Just left and the service was terrible. 2 couples that were seated after us got up and left. Unfortunately we had already ordered. Had to get up and go to the front desk to ask for butter, napkins and a glass of wine. Kind of complained about the service and it was met with kind of oh well. Asked if Ray the owner was there met with a sharp no! Might not be back

We were excited to find out they had an all you can eat pork riblings with French fries for $16. Both of us paid the extra $1.50 for the baked potato. I cant say that these ribs were the worst Ive ever eaten but they were certainly far from the best. They were extremely dried out and tasteless. After I put more of their BBQ sauce which pretty much tastes like vinegar with chili powder in it they tasted even worse. We really liked the feel of the restaurant and were given a quiet secluded booth. On the way out we took a stroll through the lounge where quite a few people were sitting at the bar watching hockey. Our hostess and server did a great job

First time here and I must say I did liked it somehow. The frozen strawberry daiquiri is what most made me happy. Ribs, just okay I guess. The only thing that gave it a big no was the rice, its hard and tasted horrible, seemed like its just an instant rice that you can just put in the microwave or something.

Been driving for 3 days and stopped off in Lethbridge for the night.. Ordered food to go and this is what we got: The wrong pasta dish because the server didn t have the decency to tell us the one we ordered was no longer available. No forks. Disgusting spinach dip. Rock hard steak that was eaten cold. Soggy fries. $90 wasted. Whole family inconvenienced. Rewarded with 1 measly piece of cake and a $25 gift card that is ONLY VALID IN LETHBRIDGE OR MEDICINE HAT. Thanks a lot guys.

We went to Tony Romas tonight for the first time in many years. The service was SLOW. We ordered and said we might have additional people coming but we werent sure. Eventually more people came and their orders were taken. It took almost an HOUR for our food to arrive. We had two very hungry young kids that were miserable waiting for their food. My husband enjoyed the flavor of his ribs but he said a chicken breast in the same sauce would have tasted better because the ribs were so dry. Online they say their ribs are smoked and yet there was no smoke ring or smoke flavor. I ordered the Miami burger and it was SO greasy. My hands were such a mess that I had to use the rib wipes afterwards. There was a puddle of grease on my plate and it practically ran down my wrists. The flavor was okay but definitely not even close to what a $20 burger should be. I got mashed potatoes instead or fries and I was told there would be no added charge which there wasnt but I foolishly assumed that gravy came with the mashed potatoes only to discover that the gravy I ordered which was the size of a sample cup was $2.50! Seriously? $2.50! So ridiculous. Our check was confused with the others at our table and we had to explain to our server the many mistakes. We were not impressed and will not return to spend our hard earned money on a meal like that again. Such a disappointment for what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner for my father-in-law.

My compliments to the chefs there. The food served to us was beyond perfection. I cant remember the last time I had such melt in your mouth ribs. My family also enjoyed their meal to which they replied was amazing. The wait staff were amazing as well. Keep up the amazing food and service

Ive been here two times. The food has been ok, but having the same waitress both times with very bad service. Walking by our table multiple times over 20 minutes with our cups sitting empty right at the side and not doing or asking anything until another waitress told her to the first time, then the second time the same other waitress walked in and did the job for ours. Still havent had the ribs yet, next times meal.

We went in Monday morning for breakfast, the food was amazing. Our server went above and beyond giving us great service all while training other employees and serving other tables. Service was very fast and overall had a great experience. Will definitely be going back!

Perhaps we caught them on a bad night but I have never experienced such a long wait for food before. I would not recommend this place if you have anywhere to be after... we waited over 30 minutes for beverages, over an hour for our food order and not even everyone had received their meal after that hour mark. And the quality of food was decent at most, which is incredibly disappointing after how long we waited. Not impressed
