I like that they offer a free appetizer with their apt and a drink.

Service was good at both lunch and dinner.

Had a delicious meal here today with my wife. The ambiance of the sports cafe and the service in their special outfits from sailor to Christmas angel are especially nice. Our waitress, dressed as a Christmas elf, was very friendly and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We chose a Cesar salad for 2 and 1x chicken wrap and 1x Canadian Burger. It tasted excellent and was more than enough. Parking: There is also enough space for our camper in a large shopping center.

I came here with a couple of friends, and Alexis, our server, was wonderful!! She told me about their slider deal and helped me navigate the app to get a free appetizer, so I got a pretty good deal of food! The appetizer was also wonderful. I definitely recommend this resteraunt and Alexis! <3

We had booked for a Bachelorette, our service was awful, my food was forgotten (we sat in the back by the kitchen, next to the register, over heard another server ask about my food, asked if it was missing and my server said no)

Canadian brew house. In what world are these worth $20.49 + tax? yes they are sliders and didn t expect huge sandwiches but 4 mini one bite sandwiches off of your feature menu is ridiculous.

The Shepard pie is awesome. But nothing beats the beef and cheddar Yorkies. Friendly staff. Fast service. Food

They never served us. My wife and I spent 15 minutes sitting and they never cleaned the table or came near the table. I dont know if its because we are Latinos and the restaurant is only for Canadians. There was no one at the entrance and we asked a waitress, she told us to sit wherever we wanted and attended to three tables that arrived after us.

The staff were friendly but the food was not enjoyable. They only had the roof top patio open and all the tables inside were roped off. Its just not a pleasant atmosphere and we spent our entire meal swatting at wasps.

We just passed by the brewhouse and it was still closed at that time, however i can say when my wife entered the place, the ambiance is cozy and live at the same time. We will definitely try their food and service but i can say the atmosphere felt truly canadian.

Was visiting from out of town and decided to stop in for a dinner and drinks.. food was amazing. Was a line at the door even though it says seat yourself 7-10 empty tables but all were dirty for over half an hour. Finally found a table and felt like I was in the way as people were constantly walking by bumping the table. .. .. Went back to give it another try as I absolutely love brewhouse in other cities. Quite disappointed. Wont be back anymore.

The food was very delicious, definitely recommend the garlic fingers! All staff was very kind and helpful, in particular our waitress Alyssa. She was quick and attentive to all our needs and made the experience very enjoyable.

Came for lunch on a Monday and only the rooftop bar was open. Service was great though they seemed a little short staffed. Sadly the food was mediocre, bland and not hot.

We booked a table for the Stanley cup final and our server was Elisa (I think blonde with 3 little plats on each side) very nice and attentive. Atmosphere was lovely to bad the oilers lost. Only downfall was the no rickards red on tap & my husband absolutely loved his Montreal sandwich but my tuna poke bowl wasn t great and the ribs were so so tiny.

This place is amazing!

New to Lethbridge, looking for a nice place to relax, it was just ok. Service was just ok, she never screwed up but just wasn t pleasant. Several things made her service just ok. We just ordered an appetizer and beer, so nothing difficult. I certainly wouldn t rush back. Kinda got the feeling she didn t want to be there. It was not busy, it was a Sunday and there was maybe 6 tables total on the deck. First we looked at the cocktail menu looking for the beer menu, it wasn t there. The waitress came by and asked what we wanted so we asked what kind of beer you had. She said it s all listed on the back page and walked away. So we looked again and no there wasn t any listed so we had to call her back. We told her we couldn t find any beer menu, so she grabbed the cocktail menu and turned to the last page. Nope no beer menu, so she grabbed another from another table. We all felt like she was pissed at us. We almost left at this point. Like I said, it just didn t feel like she wanted to be there. So after we were done, we asked for our bill and she acknowledged our request. We waited and waited and couldn t find her, I walked up to the bar and found a very friendly waitress who walked over to a back room where our waitress was eating. She came and got our bill and I asked why we had to wait and she said she didn t hear us .oh yeah no manager ever came and checked on us. In fact we never saw any manager the whole time we were there

Food was great. We walked in and were told to seat ourselves. One whole side that we walked up was just dirty tables. Went to the other side and all were dirty except for one. Either have some clean tables available or seat the guests yourselves. The server that we ended up having was great.

Terrible atmosphere when you walk in the floor is dirty. was not busy and there were many tables that were very dirty and the floor and seats were dirty. The service was terrible and even though there was lots of work to do many of the waitresses were standing at the bar and talking with eachother. The bathrooms were disgusting and needed to be cleaned.

My daughter graduated on Friday and booked a reservation for 10 people on the previous Tuesday. We were given 3 booths. Not sure what you need to say to get your reservation placed together. Very frustrating. Toilets didn t flush. Grease on table. My son in law didn t get the gravy he requested. Edit Ate there Friday. Still sick Sunday

Went to this location for lunch and was thoroughly pleased with the food and service. The waitress was attentive and was very aware of the dietary restrictions of one of our group who is celiac. Unfortunately, the dedicated fryer was down, but alternatives were suggested and were enjoyable. Food tasted great and was consistent with other Canadian Brew Houses in other provinces. Loved coming here and will definitely be back!

The quality of the food is good. But the drinks

First time there, best poutine I ever had, (brisket poutine). Staff was really friendly. Definitely going back to try different things on the menu! Food

I booked the patio upstairs on March 14th for 20-30 people for a University Graduation celebration happening on May 31- plenty of notice. The Request was for Rooftop Patio and the manager (at the time-John Pogorzelski) assured me as long as it wasn t raining it was good. He moved on from his position in early May but CC d me and the new manager (Gordon Gladue) in an email so Gordon was in the loop. On May 23rd, I sent Gordon an email confirming all the details and the fact that the sun was shining and forcasted for the 31st that the patio should be an go- but I never received a response. I drove to Lethbridge (2 hours away) on May 25th and had lunch there and proceeded to ask a waitress about my upcoming reservation because I didn t receive a response from the manager Gordon. She went to the computer and was shocked to see there was no reservation in the system for me!!! What??!!!! Anyways . she added me in right then ( thank goodness there was room) and she was very apologetic. I assured her it wasn t her fault and thanked her Fast forward 1 week to Graduation day! Show up to the restaurant where we are all seated in the corner of the restaurant (not even sitting together) and I am upset!!! It s sunny why aren t we on the patio as I had reserved 2 months ago? My waitress AMY COPEGOG was INCREDIBLE!!! She could sense my frustrations and she dropped everything to start moving tables around to accommodate 24 people!!! She was AWESOME!! She could see I had balloons and pictures to place around what was supposed to be all of us sitting at the same table and she did it! She made it work and we all ended up having a great time and were able to socialize with everyone. Amy also took all of our orders, and she even remembered all of our names while she served and chatted with us! Amy is the Reason that our celebration turned out as good as it did- Thank you AMY COPEGOG Your manager Gordon dropped the ball but you picked it up and saved the day!! I give AMY s Service an 11/10!!

Best burger Ive had in a long time.

i asked for a cosmopolitan they did not understand . i had them remake it twice . pretty disappointed in the bar. seems like no one understands what they are doing. College university dive bar vibes. not worth the visit only if you are in school in town or a 10 minute drive . waste of time . extremely disappointed in this place after driving an hour and a half and asking for a cosmo getting a double vodka, Cran.. i will never come back . do not waste your money if youre a tourist or new to town . they are strictly a terrible college bar.

Great food, great service, I usually dont give 5 star reviews, but I havent had any issues with my last experience at this brewhouse. If youre looking for something to do to kill time, check out the bowlling alley in the basement

Great place to enjoy a meal with friends and keep an eye on the score / game tvs everywhere, food was awesome too. I had the tuna poke bowl and it was delish. Server was great too! We sat on the top/ patio, it was very nice... would recommend it.

We had a team lunch at this location. We made a reservation , we pre-ordered food and a was a complete mess. You would think they would have been more organized with the notice we had given them with the amount of people we had. Service was slow, took forever to get our drinks, people and kids waited up to an hour for their food. The system they had did not work, there is a reason we ordered by jersey numbers. The staff was not pleasant, the food was cold by the time it hit our table, the food was disappointing. We would ask for thing and never received it, food was coming out wrong. The Brewhouse is my go-to place for team lunches/dinners; we always had a good experience and has been well organized with excellent service but his location, I would not recommended it especially for a group.

We went for drink and appies during a Game 7 playoff match. Food and drinks were great but above that our server Marley was awesome. Super attentive through the big rush of orders!

I am a big fan of boxing and always come to the brew house to watch fights with many of my friends. I had a very unpleasant experience today. I called the brew house and asked if they are showing one of the boxing events happening and one of the employees said that he will need to check with his manager. I called two hours later and spoke with the staff and they confirmed that they will show the fight. I confirmed the EXACT fight and made them aware that this is a paper view event. They confirmed and told me that they will have it on. I get there with 8 friends and asked them to put it on. They said they cant. Manager was very rude about it and blamed it on the head office. I informed the manager that I called twice, confirmed the exact event, informed them that it is a paper view event, booked a reservation, and once I get there, they get defensive. Absolutely terrible way for the staff to handle it.

Its a sports bar but they did have a picture of Ralph Kline, but the young waitresses had no idea who he was. Still a great place and their wings are great!

We visited Lethbridge for a hockey game. Preordered food for the kids for 430 (ordered two days prior), didnt see a server til 515 and some kids didnt get their food/drinks til 630. We were told at 505 when we asked if we had a server that they were waiting for night staff to come on. Had to get our own drinks and hand out our own cutlery. One server for a group of 40+. Management didnt show face or apologize. Our server was kind but way too much for one person to handle. Very poor planning, next time dont accept a reservation if youre ill prepared to manage it.

They do not pay attention. They leave the basement open as overflow and let people go and sit down there, 1 hour later no servers come to offer menus or drinks and yet they still serve other tables in the same area

I feel as thought the Brewhouse is a hit or miss with the service in the summer time. BUT my girlfriend and I went out on a Friday night, during a hockey game and it was great. It wasnt too busy, so maybe thats why. We got some sangria and appies. I highly recommend the steak bites, 10/10. Our waitress was great, checked up on us, and made sure we were happy.

Came here for my birthday, and the service was the worst of my life. We ordered jugs as fast as we could and they took 20-40 min to arrive. I could understand if they were busy but they were not, and there was more staff than customers, so no excuse. She was also short and impolite. Will never return. **Tried to connect with Tyler but he told me he was too busy planning a weekend event and I never heard back from him again. Retried them on new years eve and im pretty sure all the drinks were watered down, comment from others at the table were the same

Went for lunch with family. Food was ok. It s what you would expect from a pub. Our server was the problem. I ordered a Pepsi and it was watery (I had 2 other people at the table try to see if it was just my taste buds). When it was mentioned to the waitress she snapped and said the machine/pop had just been changed. Did you want something else? She asked me in a snotty tone. When she came with our cutlery we were in the middle of a conversation. She put the cutlery down and as she was walking away said you re welcome again in a snotty tone. Few other rude snotty comments were made. If we were rude to her maybe I can understand the attitude, but I don t appreciate the tone when I m charged $4 for a glass of half ice and watered down pop. She s very lucky my Aunt paid the bill because there would have been a big fat 0 under the tip amount.

Great food, the servers are really friendly and doting without being pushy or coming by too often. Weve gone a couple times since landing in Lethbridge on the 13th. Will be going back.

Amazingly delicious food (I went with all appies, but everyone at my table had something that looked mouth watering!). Our server was such a doll (I think she said her name was Amy? If you see this- sorry if I got your name wrong!). She was super friendly, polite, helpful in answering questions, and just an all-around lovely person. She did a great job of explaining the big group policy, the specials, and describing foods we had questions about. I would totally go everyday if I could! PS. BE sure to get the Kactus Cuts. They are THE BOMB. I went nuts with 3 appies, 3 drinks, and gratuity so my tab was $100 but most at my table only paid around $30.

I used to love going here but the quality and service has plummeted. We went for a friends birthday, and they stuck us downstairs. No cutlery, no server garbage food.

Went for new years eve. Regrettable. Charging an entrance fee yet being understaffed is inexcuseable. Food was ok... if it ever got to you. Half our order didnt. Drinks were also a shot in the dark. Chance you might get what you ordered or more likely end up with something completely diffrent. Left disappointed at 11pm and celebrated rest of new years at home.

Great sports bar. They had tons om tap, the atmosphere is awesome. We came for the poutine. The fries were oddly sweet, the Donair was awesome, but the gravy was absolutely cold. The cheese curds didnt melt. The fries were soggy under the mound of cold gravy. Totally disappointing for the assortment of poutine available. Definitely recommend for atmosphere. Service was amazing. Absolutely do not recommend the poutine.

Atmosphere is good but the food isn t great, even for a restaurant of this kind. The atmosphere and decor is nice but our table had fruit flies all around it bugging us while we ate - in the middle of winter. Obviously there are some cleanliness issues.

We were a large hockey team and parents and were moved twice and despite preordering meals took over an hour to get food and drinks. Management offered our organizer a free drink for the inconvenience. Finally, when meal arrived it wasn t the correct one.

This is not Brew House, nothing is brewed here or even made here, it all comes off a truck from sysco. But great if you have no taste, love inauthentic chain restaurants and arcades for adults. The only redeaming quality is the roof top patio with views of a loud dusty highway.

Our server barely talked to us, took 10 minutes to bring us drinks, and our food was cold/barely warm. It would be understandable if it was a busy night, but it wasnt as well as there being multiple servers on the floor. Terrible experience all around.

Worst dining experience I ever had. Took 10 minutes for a server to even notice us, took another 10 minutes to get our first drinks and it took an additional 10 minutes to get our food orders taken. Food took a good 20+ minutes and when we got it, it was cold/soggy. Wasn t busy and multiple servers were on the floor. This was inexcusable. Two younger men were quickly sat after us by our server and she took no time in making sure they got their drinks/refills and food. Came here for my birthday and gotta day worst birthday dinner.

Our server looks miserable and not happy. Very un professional. No enthusiasm to talk.when I got my drink there was a hair in it. When she came back to take our order I told her she just said ok. No sorry about that nothing at all. Just said okay. Very un professional

Service was both fast and slow. Server walked away with only half the drink order then took forever to come back. Contradictory signage tells you to wait but the servers chirp at you sit anywhere like you should know apriori. Food was good, I recommend the nachos for two - it will feed 4. Great atmosphere, the patio is fantastic.

I have been to the brew house three times and twice have had a terrible food experience. First time I took my mom for lunch, both had the beef dip. Neither of us could finish it. The beef was tough and and the dipping sauce was very salty and not very tasty. The third I went was with my husband all we ordered was a side caeser salad and nachos. The salad looked like it was sitting out all day, no flavour in the dressing whatsoever. The nachos had only toppings on the very top, the chips looked like they dumped the bottom of the bag on the plate. If that wasn t enough the place was not busy at all and it took about 45 minutes to get our very simple order. Nope not happy and definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered a ceaser salad gluten friendly..... was soooo gross it wasnt funny. Salad tasted like it was rolled in paper. Gluten free bun which they used for a wannabe garlic toast tasted like a dirty dish sponge. Was soooooo gross.

Their beef dip is really good. In comparison to Moxies, it is worlds better. Their patio is really nice to have dinner on, the one thing I found quite silly was that they had these misters that kept going off and soaking half of our party cause the pipes were leaking? Other than that the service was good, and the food was great.

We went last night for my daughters 18th birthday and we had one lovely waitress but the rest of it was aweful we sent back multiple uncooked dishes. And we made her, her favourite cheese cake. They told us they could put it in the freezer for us and it sat out side for so long that it melted and my daughter went home crying. They wrecked her birthday and I can sadly say that I do not recommend going to this establishment. We can never get that back and it s heartbreaking to see my daughters 18 th birthday wrecked. And not kid friendly at all I booked a bowling reservation on the phone telling the person who took my call that it s my whole family including 3 minors and we went to go bowling after our terrible dinner and they refused us because we had kids with us

I am new to lethbridge and Canadian brew house has been the one place where I feel invited, accepted, and like I am at home. The food and service is fantastic. Not mention the extras they have like the photo booth, basket ball hoop and glow bowling. And to add am amazing heated patio.

I just had one of the most delightful servers I have had in YEARS. This gal was delightful, friendly, outgoing and attentive without being smothering. She smiled almost the whole time, even when she wasnt with customers. Kaitlyn, thank you for a fantastic experience. Tyler, hang on to this one. Shes a model for veteran servers.

Food and drinks were very disappointing. The drinks did not taste fresh at all, others were too watery. When the bartender came out to ask what was wrong with the drinks he was defensive about it and quickly walked away from our table while we were still talking to him and he commented while walking away that the drinks were too strong for us . No one in my group of 8 was happy with their food. Definitely not going back.

We had the most amazing manager named Gordon. The bowling was off the charts. We had so much fun!

We were able to host a large party event (50+) flawlessly! Right from booking the reservation, Samantha was quick to make sure that we had everything we needed. Even last minute, she was great about maximizing space for our party. When we got there, another manager and the AGM were quick to help us with setting up the basement microphone, and all the tables we needed! Service from our servers Alyssa and Sydney was exceptional. Fast, genuine, and clean service. We couldnt have had two better servers for our party. Truly a good show of hospitality. Well definitely be coming back for another visit. Thanks Brewhouse Team!

This was my first time visiting my hometown Lethbridge Canadian Brewhouse. I am a die hard Airdrie CBH supporter and was very much looking forward to seeing the Lethbridge gang. Well, I can say I could not have asked for a better experience!! The staff are as professional as any I ve ever seen at any of the Brewhouse locations. Owner Tyler came by and introduced himself. The ambiance is exemplary and all of the servers and management were totally first class. Keep up the great work! Here s looking forward to my next visit to your fair establishment!

What happened to this place? When it first opened the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and quick. Now the food is mediocre, the pop was basically water, and the service sucked.

I would like to preface this by explaining that I do know how the tip out works for servers at the end of the night. Where if a deficit is present, it comes out of the servers profits for the day. However, after my friend admittedly did not tip on his $20 order, he was completely reprimanded by the server in a joking way. It of course, sucks for the server, however it is completely unacceptable to treat the people visiting your establishment as they did. If I were to pay AFTER hearing that degredation, there would have been no tip from me either. Regardless of the good food and atmosphere, it was completely disgusting, and I will not be returning. To the owner, I stand by my unfortunately bad experience, but I must apologize for my strong and admittedly reactive wording for my review. It was unnecessary; for, that you have my apologies.

Always love being here. It can get busy, it can get slow and either way you kinda get sidelined. But the food and good times are totally worth the busy spells, the wild nights, the party events and everything else. Absolutely LOVE going for the hockey games 10/10 recommend that. Some of the staff are very warm and welcoming which makes it very easy to fall in love with the place. PLIS BOWLING!! Whaaat?! They have bowling in the basement in case you didnt know, 10 pin just like youre used to but the lanes are shorter so beware that curveball HA! Bowling is so fun, you have so much fun that you forget where you are and time flies like you wouldnt believe. Did you know that at the Brewhouse 9pm becomes 2am very quickly if youre not careful?

IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY ON OCTOBER 11 AND WE WENT OUT FOR DINNER IN THE EVENING, I ORDERED A VEGETARIAN BURGER AND THE BURGER THAT I WAS SERVED HAD A BIG LONG BACON STRIP ON TOP OF MY BURGER. THE SERVER TOOK IT BACK AND BROUGHT ANOTHER BURGER AND THE BURGER ONLY HAD ONE PIECE OF LETTUCE, BURGER PATTY, AND HALF A SLICE OF ONION. I THINK DUE TO INFLATION THEY HAVE STOPPED PUTTING VEGETABLES AND CHEESE ON THE BURGER. I DID NOT EAT THE BURGER SO I HAD TO STAY HUNGRY ON MY BIRTHDAY SUPPER. AFTER THAT, MY WIFE WENT TO THE SERVER TO BRING THE CAKE WHICH WAS A SURPRISE FOR ME BUT SERVER WENT TO THE MANAGER AND ASKED ABOUT THE CAKE BUT THE MANAGER STRAIGHT CAME TO OUR TABLE AND ASKED MY WIFE, WHAT CAKE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT? THIS MEANS THAT THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SHIFT MANAGERS WHO WORK IN AFTERNOON AND NIGHT AND THE NIGHT MANAGER RUINS ALL THE SURPRISES THAT MY WIFE HAD PLANNED FOR ME. THE MANAGER THEN GOES LOOKING FOR THE CAKE IN THE KITCHEN, 10 MINUTES LATER HE COMES BACK TO OUR TABLE AND TELLS US THAT WITH A VERY HEAVY HEART I HAVE TO INFORM YOU GUYS THAT SOMEONE DROPPED THE CAKE, AND THE CAKE IS ALL SMASHED UP. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT WE HAD ON MY BIRTHDAY NIGHT AND WE STILL BEING A GREAT FAMILY LEFT THEM WITH $10 AS A TIP ON TOP OF THE $90 BILL FOR THE FOOD. I HOPE THE OWNER READS THE REVIEW AND CALLS US AS I HAVE LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER TO ONE OF THE DAYTIME MANAGERS ON 12TH OCTOBER AT MORNING 10:15 AM.

Daytime great .Never been to during the evening, Gets very busy

Ordered fish and chips, wings and steak sandwich. Fish and chips were beyond greasy, and fish was weirdly chewy, took a bite and left the rest as I ve never had fish before that taste SO off. chicken wings were most definitely undercooked. Told the waitress before I payed and got a simple sorry I dont typically complain about my food in restaurants, but think it s quite ridiculous to pay $85 for a meal of which I can only eat a 7oz steak.

Stopped in for a first time visit. Granddaughter invited us to watch the Rugby game. Really good game England and South Africa. But learned a good lesson don t sit beside a Rugby fan. My arm is bruised. We ordered the all meat individual pizza, and Pirogi pizza. My pizza was ok a little disappointed and next time try something different. The server was very good. Happy and friendly. Came over to check our table a few times. Looks like a pretty neat place to watch your favourite teams play. Busy but still got food fast. Bowling downstairs. Next visit going to explore and order one of the many dishes on the menu. Fish and chips the grand daughter ordered and she said it was very good. The Shepards pie was what the daughter ordered and she loved it. We got there after they had ordered and ate before we got there.

My family and I were there yesterday. There was a large group of 20 people waiting to be seated. There seemed to be a mix up and the staff thought our family of 4 were with the large group. However, once discovered after waiting about 7 minutes that we were infact a small group we immediately got to seat ourselves. We were greeted right away at our table by the most friendly and pleasant waitress I have ever had in my life! Kaitlyn (not sure if this is correct spelling of her name) was an amazing waitress! She went above and beyond and is a natural people person! My son goes to college in Lethbridge and goes to CBH regularly. He said this was the best service they have had there! Hats off to Kaitlyn! Being a waitress is not an easy job or one that s suited to everyone, but she is in her element and very good at it! Thanks CBH and Kaitlyn for a great dinner with my family! We will be back!

Steak sandwich and steak bites are legendary

Stopped by this location November 12, 2023 while in town for my sons hockey game. Our server was extremely friendly and very accommodating to a food modification for my wife. This was a great experience and would go there again.

The staff was great and food was awesome. They offer gluten free options which is great as well. It was a great experience

The food was good as usual. However the service was extremely slow. It took five of us almost two hours to have lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We all ordered water and it took 20 minutes to get water. Will not being using this as a lunch spot again in the future.

Was super loud when there was a group of young kids in there playing on the games. However after 8 it was great until 9 when they turned up the volume really loud (there was only 2 other tables other than mine in there at the time when they turned up the music). I would go again after 8 or during the day. The food is amazing.

Food took forever and the steak came and couldnt chew it because it was like leather....not well managed....we ordered the food for our group 2 weeks in advance and they forgot our order! I was not happy with the resolution that your great management came up with!

We just had our work Christmas party here and it was great. The bowling alley is alot of fun and the food was great.
