There are so many dishes to choose from. Ive become addicted to Lacsa Seafood Noodle Soup every time I go to this place. Also all of my friends are loving it! The staff are great and always friendly.This is my favorite place for Vietnamese restaurant in Lethbridge.

Came here for dinner and the food was delicious. The portions were big and full of fresh vegetables and shrimp. It came out quickly and the restaurant was clean and nice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

We had the entire restaurant to ourselves. The service was good. I was admittedly disappointed with my seafood soup: tofu and egg were good additions but not the seafood I was looking for. There were calamari, shrimp and fish balls in the soup. One other protein item was in it that I couldnt identify. The spring roll appetizer was wonderful.

We went to this restaurant thinking it was a spring roll joint. Its not. They have a full menu of many other foods. It was busy so you know the food has to be great.

To preface this, I need to say i like quiet, intimate places to eat. This place is a locally owned restaurant, and it is a gem. It was quiet and fairly unassuming. Its not much to look at as it isnt fabulous decorated. The food, however, makes up for what is lacking in decoration. The portions were generous, the taste was wonderful and rich, and the service was prompt. The prices are on par with what youd expect right now due to inflation. Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetarian options, which means dropping the meat. Dietary restrictions: Many of their dishes are gluten free

I order pho and the soup has no flavour. It just water and noodle.

Love the Vietnamese soup

By far my favourite Vietnamese food in Lethbridge for years. Food is always fresh and tasty and the staff are all wonderful.

After trying our extremely disappointing meals, we informed the waitress that our beverages will be the only items paid for. The rolls lacked ANY meats or veggies, the vermicelli dish contained ONLY vermicelli and maybe one or two tiny clumps of meat. Zero flavor - dont know what the hell they are doing.

I have been enjoying food here for 30 years, but now wont be back, and neither will my family members because of this experience, and how this last year, the food has been underwhelming and tasteless. I dined in mid afternoon, and ordered a rice vermicelli bowl, but just wanted barbeque pork and shrimp; no spring rolls or shrimp paste. I also requested extra lemongrass, because lately the bowls have been pretty flavourless and blah. Thought that might make the difference. This seemed to be a difficult order to comprehend, as the husband and wife were both at my table, making a unnecessary fuss. It was pretty clear to me what I wanted, but back in the kitchen, they both were loudly arguing back and forth, for a good 10 minutes until my meal came out. When my order arrivied, it had an extra ingredient that I didnt ask for and Ive ordered this dish 100s of times. They slapped on some gooey, greasy, garlicy, fried onion slices... I was about to puke. Scraped them to the side and thought maybe its a new feature on the dish, and dug in. No extra lemon grass, old and tough shrimp; def not fresh. I pushed my dish away because it was inedible. Asked them for a box to to package it ... that was a mistake. I should have refused to pay instead, it was just that bad. Went to the till to pay. Its usually $18 and change, but the man charged me over $26!!! I said my thats expensive!, and he beligerantly said Yup! I didnt want to make a scene, so I paid for it and bailed. Sooo mad he price gauged me for the lousy meal!! Since whwn is that ethical?? I cannot recommend this restaraunt and wont eat there again. Too bad, quite sad, weve had many delicious meals and many family gatherings there. Our kids grew up on Spring Rolls food almost every week.

Can t say anything about the device or food as I got it delivered, I ordered the rare beef satay, and had the driest beef ever, it was almost beef jerky. Noodles and broth were really tasty though.

We ordered soup from here and the bowl they sent was $11 and arrived less than half full. I Wouldn t recommend.

A nice small cozy restaurant! I thoroughly enjoyed their beef pho and vermicelli bowl. Their broth had great flavour and came with a generous amount of meat, the only critique is that the broth was a bit too salty. The vermicelli bowl included many toppings and was pretty good. The prices was a bit on the expensive side. Our bill came to around $80-$90 for 4 bowls of beef pho and a bowl of vermicelli. Overall a great Vietnamese restaurant! Would recommend

Just picked up my supper to go, sauté beef noodle soup. For 15 bucks I got the smallest bowl of soup I ve ever seen from a Vietnamese restaurant. Heard the microwave going so I knew it wasn t going to be fresh. Wrong noodles for pho soup too. They didn t even give me beans sprouts lime or cilantro to go with it. Won t be back.

Ive grown up my whole life with spring rolls. Id frankly be lost without it. Their barbecue pork is out of this world and I cannot get enough of the Malaysian spicy seafood soup. Their cakes are also amazing! Do yourself the favor and get some incredible food. <3

Really good food! As others have said, with business like this its easy to support local! I really enjoyed the calamari and my soup with beef, tripe and delicious tendon! Item #45 is my favorite!

AVOID. We both ordered dishes that were marked spicey. When they arrived the dishes were devoid of any taste - bland in the extreme. I sent mine back. All the cooks did was to pour on a spicey oil and microwave it. None of the juices had permiated the chicken meat therefore that meat was again tasteless. The chunks of chicken had not had the gristle cut away thus the meat was difficult to eat. I ate about 25% of the dish and sent the remainder back to the kitchen as garbage. Not remotely impressed and regret going there in the first place. I usually leave a good trip as I realize restaurants need an income but this time I left no tip at all. Most unfortunate.

I had never eaten in at this restaurant before, only had takeout. The family who owns/runs it are so kind and provide great customer service, and the food is delicious. Absolutely would recommend and I will be back.

Sub is gross and totally lacks meat, was full of lettuce and mayonnaise...yuck! Also the vermicelli with pork and spring rolls was over cooked and soggy and was very stingy on the pork. Also lacked lettuce in that dish and no bean sprouts. I have had way better

Delicious food. The vermicelli and rice dishes are good, but I primarily go here for the soups as no other Vietnamese restaurant can match the authentic flavors. The #70 or #71 BBQ on noodle soup with duck (make it spicy if you dare), and Hong Kong-Style Beef Brisket Noodle Soup are worth a try. For noodles the #57 House Special Vermicelli- Bun Dac Biet is the best bang for your buck as it is loaded with protein. If you do not want it on noodles, they will put it on rice for you. #35 Shredded Pork, Crab Meat Basket Egg, Bean Curd Skin, Shrimp Paste, and Charbroiled Pork Chop on Rice - Com Tam Bi Cha Suon Nuong, Tau Hu Ky is right up there too. I wouldnt agree with the other posts on the portion size or quantity of meat. I have eaten here many times for years and I have never left hungry. Even better than the food are their prices. They have been able to maintain their pricing and it is very reasonable which keeps me coming back as it wont break the bank. I find other places in town over charge for what they are selling. Their service is quick enough that if you want to go over a lunch hour you will have plenty of time to eat. The owners are kind and polite and after going a few times they will remember you and what you typically get. Five stars all around.

Tasty food (recommendation: 3a rolls, 57 house special, 93 beef ribs on rice & veg, 110 spicy noodles), service that shows they care (Leos wife drove our delivery food to our house last night because delivery company flaked out), and a locally owned small business--what more do you want? Spring Rolls is a Calgary level restaurant that happens to be in Lethbridge, which my family is grateful for. Enjoy! :)

This is my favourite Vietnamese place in town. Its a small locally owned business owned by a nice couple and has really great food. Ive had a couple of the rice vermicelli dishes that were delicious and the house special was fantastic.

Avoid this place until covid is over. The way he stuck his fingers All over the business beside of my fork is concerning. This was after the poor service I received. Also $14 is very expensive for my pile of noodles with maybe 3 grams of meat. Ill never come here again.

I ordered a salad from here when I opened up the carton it just wreaked smelt bad as I dug through the lettuce was rotten slimy and that limp green color. I called to tell them the man was rude verbally abusive He would not let me talk started arguing with me. He was awful I hung up cause he wouldnt listen. I didnt call for money back just to let them know and to check his salads. Sad cause I always liked their food. Will NEVER order from them again. In this time where business are closing can they afford to be so horrid to customers

Really good soup. Restaurant has a vibe of visiting someones home and they make you food. Very polite waitress, neighborhood was a little sketchy, but that is Lethbridge.

This is my go to place if i feel like the lightness of Saigon. My go to is the 61 dish. The vermicelli noodles topped with bbq pork and spring roll. Although lightness is hardly the end result thanks to ordering an extra spring roll. Their pork is actually BBQd. Their spring rolls are my favorite as well.

I had pad thai, fried spring rolls and a bowl of pho...roasted garlic and crushed peanuts made the pad thai deliciously great! Pho is full of flavor...a perfect balance between the spices and beef! A well-lit, family-run restaurant....btw, i also tried their fried pork spring rolls..it was tasty! I think i had six spring rolls!
