A lovely place and perfect accommodations for our two day stay, while visiting Old Quebec. Would highly recommend. And the breakfast was so delicious.

This is a wonderful B&B, with well-appointed rooms, great location, reasonable price (compared to hotels in Quebec City) and the best 3-course breakfast you will enjoy anywhere! Tony is a great host and even better chef, as his breakfast creations are amazing and much superior to standard "bacon and eggs". Location is great as you can take the Ferry to visit old Quebec City or drive to the nearby waterfalls at Montmorency or Chaudiere Falls, which we enjoyed. All in all, Le Plumard is great!

Tony is fantastic, personable and very helpful. The building is 100 years old and beautifully presented varied room styles and sizes with everything you need. The breakfast is the best we have ever had in a BnB. You will not be disappointed in your start to the day. Walk to the ferry is ok coming back is a taxi for us. 10$. Oh and Patricia is a “good girl”. 😁

Stayed for 4 nights at this lovely B&B. We were welcomed on arrival by Patricia (apologies for the spelling) who was fabulous and showed us around the house. Our room (33) was exactly as we expected - very homely, a great bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was a good size with a shower cubicle. Good pressure and plenty hot water. A cupboard on the landing contained a fridge if you wanted to keep anything cool and had lots of complimentary chilled bottles of water. There was also additional, towels, soaps, etc. should you require them. In the morning, included in the price, was a great 2/3 course breakfast. Here we met the owner, Tony, who introduced himself (prior to making our breakfast!). This changed each morning but was always delicious and was served with fruit juice, tea/coffee of your choice.|Tony and Patricia were very helpful with restaurant reservations. Our favourite by a long way was L' Intimisti - a short walk away and highly recommended.|The B&B is well located and is only a 10 minute walk to the ferry should you wish to explore Quebec on the other side. The ride is only 12 minutes and costs a few C$. The walk back takes double the time as it is up a steep hill.....|Parking is plentiful at the B&B and there is free WiFi.

I stayed with Tony for two nights in July 2024. He was so warm, so welcoming--a very gracious host. I stayed in the loft--what a gorgeous space! And super clean. The view across the river was breathtaking. Breakfast was beautiful and so delicious--started with an acai bowl--next came the most delicate mushroom and cheese omelet imaginable with a bagel and fruit. And then came dessert! Yes. Dessert. A homemade apple fritter. I would absolutely stay at Le Plumard in the future...it was magical!

Clean and grand rooms, delicious gourmet breakfasts, cheerful hosts... and Levis is a great location for exploring the area's agrotourism as well as Quebec City via easy ferry ride across the St. Lawrence River. This is our second stay since 2019 and we are already planning to return.

Super week-end!

I would like to share with you a great experience I had in Lévis this week. We had a 3-day stay in a Bed&Breakfast called Le Plumard duvet and coffee certified Vélo Québec. It is located on St Georges Street in Lévis, a few meters from the ferry. As they are certified Vélo Québec we were able to store our bikes in a secure, locked area. In addition to ample parking. What makes this place famous is the historic character of the century-old house. They have a reputation for serving us a very good lunch and I can confirm that it is very good. The rooms are very well soundproofed and very comfortable. They provided people with a fridge which is very practical. Our hosts are welcoming and attentive to our needs. We used the ferry with our bikes to access the bike paths on the Quebec City side. So! Life is beautiful and you have to enjoy it! Thanks to Tonys family for their welcome.

To end our road trip in Canada, this enchanting and calm place charmed us. A very warm welcome from the owner who gave us very good advice on how to spend these last 2 days in very good conditions. And the pinnacle was the breakfast prepared by the owner, fresh products, finely prepared and presented with an explanation of the composition of each product and attentive to our tastes. A real treat for the eyes and taste buds to start a day. And thank you also to its helpful and attentive employee. Comfortable bedding, very clean places, finely decorated and arranged. In addition, a large fridge is available for customers. An unforgettable passage that we have not forgotten back in France.

Our third visit and we are still very satisfied. Everything is perfect, the cleanliness, the owners who are always very kind, the morning meal is a real feast and there is nothing missing. Its calm, relaxing, charming, in short, if youre thinking about a stay in Quebec, its the other side of the river that you should choose. You are a 10-minute walk from the ferry that we always take or around fifteen minutes by car. We are from Laval and it is a must when we go to Quebec. And by the way, Lévis is very attractive regarding the surrounding shops and restaurants. In short, 5 stars well deserved. Rooms: Very clean, bathrobes at our disposal, air-conditioned, silent, Wifi, a very beautiful rustic character.

Excellent place to stay! The rooms are spotless and beautiful. The host, Tony, is kind and very accommodating. I stayed there the day before a half marathon. When I arrived, I told him I had a special food request for lunch the next day. He made a detour to the grocery store to accommodate me. These little details are often the ones that make the difference. The gourmet lunches are excellent! 2nd stay but certainly not the last.

We had a long way to go and were late on arrival with traffic, we notified the hostel of our arrival time and they were very understanding. The people there are very friendly and we felt good as soon as we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. It feels good to visit a hostel rather than a sanitized hotel. Small downside for some interested parties, it is a century-old house and it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility (no ramp, elevator, etc.) Rooms: Our room contained a television, towels and products in the bathroom, wifi access and a heat pump. The temperature was ideal for us at all times. Food and drinks: The three-course lunch was delicious and the hosts were attentive to dietary restrictions. Several drink options as well. Noteworthy details: When we arrived the loft was empty so the owner Tony showed us around. We really enjoyed the space and the terrace, it s definitely a place we would like to rent in the future.

The house is a 100 yr old gem, with gorgeous detail, original floors and unique windows. The rooms are all beautiful and full of character. Its very quiet and peaceful. Our breakfast was divine. When Tony offers you homemade sorbet for a fresh treat at the end of the meal; take it! Lol The previous evening we had walked down the hill and along the river. One of the best B&B we have experienced in our many years of travel. Lovely, grand home and exceptional hospitality. Thoughtful touches make all the difference: comfy bed and quality linen, good sized rooms, large bathrooms, plenty of storage space, elegant decor. Exceptional breakfast. Where to start? The bnb itself is a gorgeous house, rife with history, culture, and an ambiance of luxury. The rooms are outfitted with everything one could need, from bathrobes and hygiene products, to high quality sheets and and a plethora of cloud-like pillows. Old paintings adore the walls, adding that extra feeling of traveling back in time. The main hall, dining room, and lounge are welcoming and cozy. The space could not be made more comfortable than it currently is. If you like to read, they have you covered. A floor to ceiling bookcase stands tall, inviting you to pull a cracked-spine book off the shelf and dive in. Beyond the beauty and elegance of the house itself, the hosts are ten times as hospitable. Tony and his family have created such a personal and friendly experience that it feels as if you are simply visiting friends. Its hard to explain all the small things someone can do to make you feel so welcomed...so I will let you experience it for yourself when you are here ;). Its important to note that while all of these things contribute to a wonderful stay, what really puts this BnB on top is the breakfast. A gourmet, three course breakfast awaits you each morning. I was blown away by how impressive, and tasty, the food was. Truly world class. Location wise, you are only a short walk from the ferry terminal to old quebec. It couldnt be better situated. I wish we had more time to spend here, not only to share some laughs with the hosts, eat more breakfasts, to see more of the old city, but to maybe gain just a bit more French so that I can rave about this BnB in two languages, instead of one. If you are looking for the perfect stay in Quebec, youve found it.

Le Plumard Couette & Café is a beautiful hidden gem in Levis and I m so glad to have discovered it this weekend! Old world charm coupled with exquisite service + food make this bed & breakfast a step above the rest. Thank you (un gros merci!) Marie-Jo & Tony for being such gracious hosts. It was your attention to detail that made our weekend getaway extra special. GOURMET FOOD EXPERIENCE: there are just no words to describe how excellent our breakfasts were here! The in-house specialty is a MUST: a poached, breaded then fried egg is served on top of a vol-au-vent pastry which is stuffed with a medley of fried leeks, mushrooms, smoked ham, cheese and served with a velvety hollandaise sauce (chefs kiss). We also really enjoyed the warm homemade maple muffins, fresh berry crumble parfaits, my morning latte was served in a big bowl European style (still dreaming of this!) and for dessert: flambéed crepes Suzettes with Grand Marnier and orange slices!! Wow. Wow. Wow. LOCATION: Le Plumard is conveniently located on a quiet street, a short walk from the ferry which drops you off in the heart of old Quebec. It was really nice not having to worry about taxis/Ubers during our stay. Ferry passes once an hour until 2am and gives you the prettiest view of the Quebec skyline. $4 per ticket. ROOMS: very cozy! Well appointed, everything was very clean, comfortable mattress + pillows with nice linens. We loved our big on-suite bathroom (we stayed in the biggest room). I can t say enough good about this adorable B&B. A great way to experience the culture and beauty of the Quebec/Lévis region and people. Can t wait to stay here again!

Everything about this place was lovely! Very welcoming and charming atmosphere and people. The decorations and style of the house is very detail oriented and pleasant to look at. The room, salon, and dinning area are very cozy. It is in a great area too because it is surrounded by many restaurants and close to the ferry to go to Quebec City. My significant other and I stayed in the suite with the bath, and it was very romantic and comfortable. The view of Quebec City from the window was very enjoyable to look at in the morning and late at night. Overall, very pleasant experience and we hope to come again soon! Thank you for welcoming us!

A superb B&B - Ive stayed at many B&Bs and this is number one on the list. Anne and Andre are wonderful, accommodating hosts. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the room was beautiful with a comfy bed and a very well stocked bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding - imagine - appetizer, main course and dessert for breakfast. I will definitely return!!!

Simply the coolest place to stay in this beautiful region of Lévis/Quebec. Near the ferry and the best ice cream in the country: Les Chocolats Favoris. The owners, Anne and André, are dedicated and they prepare excellent, fresh and healthy lunches (lots of fruit!). If you are lucky enough to rent the loft at the top, you will have a breathtaking view of Château Frontenac! Good pleasures.

Le Plumard never ceases to impress us with each of our visits; there is always something new here! What can we say about our hosts, Anne and André whom we would all like to have as friends! We will come back again and again to find the kings lunches, the comfort, the calm and this warm hospitality! Long live Plumard and its owners! Danielle and Claude de Ste Julie July 2015
