Chicken poutine is a pure delight

Nous adorons ce poulet mais c est la 2e fois à cette succursale que la commande est incomplète. On demande si tout y est et on nous réponds oui, oui c est complet. La première fois c était la moitié du lunch, là ce n est qu une sauce supplémentaire payée mais ca en vient choquant. Quand on commande et qu on paie c est pour tout avoir notre commande.

Lack of staff for the lunch rush, but the lady at the checkout was so nice and smiling that it didnt seem obvious. She worked 2 cash registers at the same time while laughing with the customers. Simply wow and well done!

Very nice dining room, very friendly clerk, the meals were very good for my part I took the poutine which was the smallest which is a good portion (wavy fries), I recommend!

3rd time a meal is missing from my order. (Order 42645 Lévis) Tonight, its 2 out of 5 items including a full meal. Paying more than $100 for a fast food dinner (croquette and chicken fillet), I expect to be able to eat the whole family at the same time, not just 1 person 30 minutes later. I would also comment on the portions. At least 30% fewer fries than usual and what can we say about the size of the fillets. Ok for the price increase but should the portions also be reduced?

Frankly, I didnt say anything because the lady who was at the checkout hadnt been there for a long time, but hey, when you go there for a Benny poutine and they give you a normal poutine, I find that a little disappointing. Otherwise, everything wasnt too bad, the drink was unlimited, however I found it quite special not to have the coleslaw with my dish.

If you want to choke on a bone youve come to the right place. I went alone to have dinner there. I was the only customer and I waited 12 minutes for my Club Sandwich while 2 employees insisted on their schedules. Then I bit into a bone about 3 cm long, which completely disgusted me. Fortunately I didnt choke. I asked to speak to the manager (Manon) to inform her that they should be careful because it is dangerous. She simply said that she is sorry but these things happen and that it is normal. because there are 3 employees who touch the meal. I was naturally stunned by his response and left the place. How can they be so careless and give answers like this? Chickens must be more important than customers?

Two meals eaten on site including the regular size Thai poutine with crispy chicken which tasted good despite the fact that the frozen fries were undercooked and the quantity of cheese was insufficient. The sauce is very good and just spicy enough with the Thai sauce!! The size is generous and a lot of bbq sauce maybe even a little too much!! We also ate a plate of chicken thigh with rice, bbq sauce and coleslaw which was excellent, very well cooked and delicious!!

Order a duo with extra fries. When delivering no extra fries, I am offered a restaurant discount credit for the price paid or deliver another fries! Who eats fries after their meal?? So I take the discount from the prepaid price with my card. The supervisor is not able to realize that a customer is well off in his order and that I save him the transport, she just gives the price paid for the extra in addition with a response to his advantage and reimburses on my card within 5 days. You have to be poor to try to satisfy a customer by just reimbursing him the price paid and then being left behind in his order so that it comes back consumed at the rotisserie.

Not at all the same quality as the other Bennys. The meat tastes like cheap super C. The fries look like frozen McCain. And the sauce. Its not edible. Very disappointed. Because I loved going to Quebec.

Bad experience!! First and last order from Benny de Lévis. If I could have given no stars I would have done so but Google requires a minimum to be able to leave a comment. I ordered a poutine club sandwich. Simple, you might say, as a meal to make. It arrives without the sauce and cheese for the poutine but also with a bone in my clubs chicken... I call and the manager tells me that bones regularly happen in the clubs chicken and that he knows exactly which one. os I speak. He decides to credit me the amount of my order which I will pick up the next day. Same order. I arrive home, I undo the ties, and surprise, no cheese again but a sauce. But not the extra sauce that I asked for and the bacon if you can call it bacon, it was uncooked slices of fat. I called to mention the error and was told that twice the same order with errors was unacceptable and offered to redo my order for a 3rd time, mentioning that she would check it herself. I open the box, everything is there, the cheese, the sauce, everything. I specified WHITE meat. My meat was gelatinous brown I call, she tells me yes yes it s white meat it s written on your invoice. I explain to him that it is brown. She inquires, comes back after 5 minutes and tells me we had more white meat so the cook added brown. For real, for a missed order twice... you dont call me to find out if I want brown?? She tells me that my meal was credited twice and she cant do anything more for me and hangs up.... I wont go there again and I dont know if I will try another branch. Photos attached if you ever want to see.

They make a mistake on a first order of an extra poutine club sandwich and then make a mistake twice while trying to make up for their mistake. A sharp bone in the 1st order and an extra poutine without cheese, then in the 2nd slices of uncooked and gelatinous bacon fat and once again forgot my cheese in my extra poutine. To top it all off, he made it a third time but the cook ran out of white chicken, so he made the brilliant decision to use brown chicken [You know the one we throw away because its too gelatinous and not chewable! Well this one] I wouldnt even serve this to my dog, hell be sick without a joke. We called back to give them constructive criticism and were stupidly hung up on, telling me that there was nothing more they could do for me! So you admit that you are not capable of making a poutine club without errors, without bones, without gelatinous chicken and bacon. Because after three strikes in baseball its WITHDRAWN!! LIKE YOU DID SO WELL! This was my first order ever with you and also THE last! P.s. Good luck with employees like that OUUUUF!!

I was very good, the formats are excellent, however I was only a little disappointed with the chicken, but thats personal, I would have liked to have the option of having seasoned chicken wings. It remains a very good rotisserie!

On delivery, a lot of omissions in the box but not on the invoice... we call back and dont even give us priority for our sauces. More than 1.5 hours of waiting for a very ordinary delivery for 2 people. A first time which will be the only experience...

First and last experience at Benny de Lévis and it doesnt make me want to try the other branches: I order online for delivery, I select a plate of 6 filets and a plate of half-ribs, the frite changed into poutine in both cases, in short, quite simple. We receive our order: we have fries and not poutines, they are soft and cold and no sauce for the fillets. I call back to specify the error, the person tells me that they can credit me on my next order but I prefer that they send me the delivery guy because we want to eat what we ordered, perfect! So we wait, we wait, we wait . After 1/2 hour I call back to see if it s coming soon? She tells me that her delivery man is leaving soon. We wait again, we wait and we wait Another 1/2 hour later I call back?! I tell her that weve been waiting for an hour, she tells me no its been 40 minutes...! Are you kidding me...?! I tell him to let it be, that everything has become cold and that I will just return everything and ask for a refund, we havent eaten anything. She tells me that she cant give me a refund but that she can credit me, I tell her no because I certainly wont call back (who would..?). I worked in restaurants for almost 20 years, I tell her that when a customer returns a dish, this order becomes a priority... She tells me well I had another delivery ! In short, it still took another 15 minutes before receiving the poutines but the filet sauces were still missing . Lets say I let it happen because I would have received them the next morning?! I should point out that everything, with the tip, still cost $77.35. Much too expensive especially with this experience. Conclusion: never could.

A promotion for a chicken wrap trio for $10, good luck! I ordered for 11 people, no way to get the promotion despite it being written in large letters on 3 screens on their restaurant menu. Ordering online with this promotion for 11, does not work. I was told that you need a paper coupon, even though it is not listed on their restaurant menu. I wanted to discuss it with the manager, 2 employees told me that you really need the paper coupon, otherwise youre out the door!! WoW! I was unable to obtain the promotion displayed. Despite this bad reception with a cashier who chewed gum rigorously, the wrap was good. I wont go back there.

I find the delivery prices completely absurd. The price increase between delivery and counter is completely unjustifiable in my opinion. Already Benny is not known for being the cheapest. In 2022, catering is pitiful. The employees are undisciplined and the food is just passable. This restaurant is the complete opposite, extremely clean, great employees, delicious food, all in a really chic theme. And yet it remains in the fast food category .
