Very good and nice restaurant. Friendly and cheerful service. Very good cuisine.

I take the time to order online in advance and ask that our order be ready by a specific time. Its never ready at the requested time...I arrive from there at the time I asked for my order to be ready for 5:00 p.m. I arrive at 5:00 p.m. and I am told that it is not yet ready, that it should not take long. At 5:30 p.m., having not heard from anyone yet, I contacted the waitress who went back to get my order. I remembered that pretty much the same thing happened the last time I ordered takeout from this place. Finished for me at this place!

Everything was great!!! Very good service, warm smile from all the team... Small downside...error in the cooks for our order. It was good the same...

We eat at this Normandin from time to time and it has always been perfect except this time. The salad was soft (not crunchy), cream soup with motons but tastes good all the same, drier lasagna than usual, it seems to be reheated. All these dishes are normally on the mark. Twice I go there in 2 weeks and the service is lousy. Not the right order lasagna without dough almost no smile so very poorly received.

Le service est bien mais je ne peux dire de la bouffe et du cuisinier. En 2 jours, j avais commandé une poutine qui est arrivé froide. Le lendemain matin, j ai commandé un déjeuner avec oeufs crevé, pas de jambon. L assiette arrive avec oeufs ordinaire, avec du jambon, pas ma portion de creton et encore une fois, la plupart des aliments froid.

You order $80 worth of food and receive a large poutine half full. The assistant manager believes his delivery man more than the guy who orders the meal and tells me who cant do anything.

Extremely slow service and the dishes arrived after more than 30 minutes, and between the first plate and the last there were 15 minutes between dishes so 2 which were not according to our request.

Last time I order from Normandin! Ive been disappointed every time for a long time! This was the last one. Cold, tasteless, soggy pizza has made it super expensive. More than $40 for a large formerly a medium size!!! Amazing

Alexandre agreed to take care of my order for 30 people at the last minute because our caterer canceled our buffet by mistake .. A huge thank you, you saved our evening by delivering everything to us in record time, everything was hot and impeccable!!!! You are a true professional!!!

This restaurant is a typical Normandy family restaurant. The food is good and the service ok. The value for money is there. Its still a restaurant you can return to without fear of disappointment.

I guess its due to lack of staff, but the employees were really slow, not coming to check on us to see if we were ok. We asked for lemonade, we were served orange juice with seven-up?!! The fries were not good, overcooked and empty inside. The smoked meat looks like a childrens portion. For $18, its a steal. Kid-friendliness: Childrens menu available

Very low quality food. Frozen pizza, partially reheated (and burned). Unappetizing, cold and tasteless. Unmelted cheese. All this at a ridiculously high price of $18. Supposedly a gourmet pizza. Gourmet my eye. Now the smoked meat club sandwich: I was hungry so I ate it quickly. It was not an exciting experience, but there was still a bit of taste in this dish that we quickly forgot. The lukewarm fries couldnt save the day. Go to Ashton or St-Hubert, you will come out happier.

Never been to this restaurant before but I liked it. Stayed at hotel across the street. Was like going/eating at a Howard Johnsons in their prime.

Service leaves much to be desired. Suggestion to send your employees to an internship with your competitor or neighbor. At reception, clearly indicate whether we are assigned a place or we can choose ourselves. We have tolerated that the dishes occasionally leave something to be desired, but the context of jobs does not excuse everything. You should implement the mystery shopping program to evaluate your entire product.

Everything was correct. Except for the price. 2 club sandwiches and 2 coffees for over $60. Hummmmm maybe Im backwards but it seems to me that its quite expensive. As for the service, it was still very good.

Low meat stoke meat, about 2 tablespoons of meat for $19. Hamburger steak with tasteless sauce and powdered mashed potatoes. Pleasant waitress even if she was overwhelmed.

Very long service eating cold Poutine

Rather new and clean place, when the restaurant is full its quite noisy without too much exaggeration because the benches are just a little higher than our heads but its quite normal for this kind of configuration.

Rarely eaten so bad! I advise against it at all costs, its far too expensive for what it is. Avoid for your health and that of your children... Otherwise the girl was very nice.

Some tables are served less frequently on the nbar side.

Amasing place

Unreasonably tiny portion for the unreasonably high price. The half portion of spaghetti was equivalent to a childrens portion (a toddler). The adult portion was barely equivalent to half a serving. Lets talk about the chicken skewer, they are not vegetables but rather vegetable leaves on dry rice accompanied by breakfast potatoes! Serious ! I invite you not to have an empty stomach before showing up because you will leave with an empty stomach like your wallet!
