Last Sunday I ordered brunch, potatoes and ham cooked several times. I chewed the ham for 2 minutes hard, I had to take it out of my mouth and nothing fell apart. From 4 to one star. I stand by this assessment. I would think about it before eating in Lauzon

During my long walk for cancer I stopped here yesterday July 3, 2024 for an excellent dinner and this morning July 4, 2024 for lunch I was served by qualified and dynamic staff, thank you very much for your warm welcome.

Yum! Their spag is delicious in fact EVERYTHING is delicious ... Their menu will really satisfy everyone. Their service was amazing!

Dinner in the bar on a Friday....not the idea of the century. Endless order, the waitress is too busy serving and consuming shooters with her friends to do a (proper) job. 20 minutes to receive my invoice, Im still confused. But where are the people responsible for putting the company in order?

I found it good and a nice little atmosphere too. The waitress was friendly.

I went there Sunday morning. There were pieces of food in my utensils and a hair. Long delay in receiving our dishes, but the food was good.

Unfortunately I ate in the dining room and I usually go there because its close to my work. Young waitress, was more busy flirting with the cook and having fun with the other waitresses. My order was incorrect and she did not offer to correct the situation. On several occasions I had to politely wave at her for other things, she never offered me a dessert so I had to ask her for a coffee. Coffee without cream sugar and even without a spoon. So Ill find another place for my meals next time. I still left 18% tip on a $48 bill.

On delivery, pizza with uneven cooking. Cooked to perfection only on one side. Disappointing for the price.

The servers are good but the wait is always very long to receive our dishes even if its not in the juice. Disappointed that we changed the chicken in the Thai salad since the pandemic. I loved this salad with general thao chicken while this one is fried chicken balls.

Delivery 1 hour late cold food salad not too fresh

We had reserved the room in the basement, and ended up being seated right in the middle on two perpendicular tables. We insisted on having the room since there were children. We were refused the room and told that the children would not bother. Eventually, the waitresses sighed to see the children running around, and other tables were disturbed. We were not offered dessert. I felt like I was disturbing. Last time.

The poached eggs were overcooked, the rest, perfect.

Popular lunch spot, but gets noisy quickly. This can cause omissions, both customers and staff. Otherwise, we go back often.

Lunch may have been too late for them as it wasnt very hot.

Acceptable quality and price

Reservation for 35 people at the nbar planned 3 weeks in advance, reconfirmed 4 days in advance. Result, only one barmaid/waitress who doesnt know how to do a Shirley Temple, who vapes behind the bar and eats her chicken wings and chats with her friends at the bar instead of doing her job. No table service. When I ask the manager, she answers well, its the only one we have. That s for quality of service. Then, not even gin in the bar, nor tonic. Error on the invoices, we emptied the dishes from our tables ourselves so that we could be less cluttered for the rest of the evening. And this is not the first time, this summer we called by phone for a delivery of sangria to the terrace because there had been no service for 20 minutes. In short, I dont recommend it at all and it was the last time for us.

Honestly the worst service I have seen in my life! Thank you Normandin for the cold food without fries ps: after 2 hours of waiting I hoped at least to have the chance to taste your fries!

We waited over an hour for our meal even though the dining room was empty. The waitress did not refill our water glasses or ask us if the food was to our liking. She served us while my boyfriend still had a bite and had some food left on his plate. However the food was hot and tasty. I had the veggie pizzaroni. After 1h15 of waiting we left. It was funny to see people who arrived after us get served and enjoy their meal before us. Our waitress was about 2 high, I almost called 911... Ah but usually I work downstairs at the bar she told us. I pity the people at the bar!

I ordered at 4:40 p.m. on a Wednesday. At 5:40 p.m. I still have not received the delivery. I call and am told that the delivery person has not yet left with the order. Had I known, I would not have ordered there.

On a Wednesday I order at 5:20 p.m. I receive my order at 7:30 p.m. a barely warm Pizza. Restaurant to avoid for me and according to what I have just read on the reviews it does not seem to be corrected. However, I live 10 minutes from the restaurant. Avoid this restaurant. I have been going to this chain occasionally for at least 30 years. Generally good. It seems to me that the pasta sauce was better in the old days, but hey maybe thats just me. Pizza is good but I got cheated once when I got the smoked meat pizza, it didnt have any pizza sauce!! There was lots of mustard on it...ishh thats not what I expected. Not very good

We ordered 3 different dishes and they tasted like old food, rice was hard and very cold like it was made a few days ago, lasagna wasnt well cooked and chicken breast was totally dry, it seemed to be reheated from a few days. I know those dishes from other Normandin and they usually dont taste like that, probably it has to be this one in particular that has bad quality on food

The service is very good, the food always lives up to Normandins reputation. The warm atmosphere is enhanced by a magnificent DonBar 9000 fireplace which gives us the impression of a meal taken in a luxury chalet. Accessible despite the works on the road in front of the restaurant and the superb Normandi hotel opposite. Accessible and adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Nice place for lunch, especially on Sunday AM.
