Terrible restaurant, always very very long, arrive at 5:30 p.m., order at 5:40 p.m., returned at 6:40 p.m. still nothing received or seen the waitress again, decided to leave at 6:45 p.m., seriously no respect for customers, its not the first time

Seated at the table quickly and waitress came to see us quickly and often. First waitress, very polite, understanding and attentive. Rather long wait to receive our plates. Second waitress who came to bring us our meals is hasty, not very receptive and interacts little, but she takes each request into account. New menu I tried. I didnt like it and I asked the first waitress if it was possible to change it to standard. This was done as a priority and I was able to eat with my companions. I wasnt charged for the first meal I didnt like, so I was able to leave a better tip :) thanks Its all a great experience!

Excellent food and presentation, no complaints there. Really good. Open 24 hours, very convenient. Unfortunately there was a little glitch when I wanted to go change my sons diaper in the toilet, there was a homeless man sitting on a toilet (in the girls toilet!!!). I didnt feel safe at all. I said it but nothing was done, all the other employees on the floor being women (I understand them).

We are a group of about 20 people who reserved the private room on Saturday August 3 for dinner, we had extraordinary service, everyone served at the same time at the requested time after the meeting we had to do. A big thank you to the manager Kathleen and the waitress Mélissa.

I tried the smash bob. This burger is nothing like a smash, beef patty that already seems precooked and dry. No onions in the burger, the waitress subtly tried not to mention it. When you have 3 ingredients in a burger and 1 is missing, it shows. They brought me some undercooked onions to compensate hahaha. Comment made on the Normandin site remained unanswered. We waited 45 minutes to be served. It was far from full. No news from the Waitress during this time. She looked stupid and was arrogant. We left just a small tip and she pointed out that its 15% tip. The tip goes with the attitude and the service, I replied. What nerve!

What a bad experience. We came as a family with a 3 year old child. We received our coffees and juice very quickly. An hour later, still nothing. The waitress was completely invisible. I wrote on their site to explain what happened, explaining that this was the second time we had this unpleasant experience with the same waitress. No response! The first time, I refrained from commenting, telling myself that I must have had a bad day. But no, it seems to be normal. We will go elsewhere from now on.

We took a special 4 that we went to get to take away, this product lost a lot of quality, the pizza was small, no crust. The service was really boring, no hello, no thank you and no good evening. We have tried this place a few times and each time the service is not great in addition to the products of average quality.

The $9.99 special for a bambino pizza (3 or 4 inches) and a soup bowl of Caesar salad with a cloud of vinaigrette and a rubber crouton is a passable price but with the purchase of a fountain liquor at $4 per small glass to get it at $9.99 is expensive. Very good service received from Madame Sylvie. We had dinner there and she was very kind to us. The pizza lived up to our expectations.

For the first time, very good service, I loved my lobster meal, excellent.

Dont buy the meat pies that come in a pack of 4 for $4.99. My husband bought some on Thursday January 3, 2019 but there was only the bottom of the pies that had a little bit of meat, about 1/4 inch, the rest was a big empty hole. You look crazy when you give this to your guests. Weird, instead of 4, there were 5 in each package, so we think they wanted to get rid of them. Its completely a scam. We will no longer eat there, service too long. So, we said to ourselves that we were going to have it delivered and eaten at home, well every time, something is missing that you paid for. Once, a Caesar salad but no sauce. We didnt have any at home, so I called back to tell them that Caesar salad should be eaten with sauce. The delivery man came back again. Now, before the delivery man leaves, we check if we have everything we ordered, if anything is missing, the delivery man must come back to carry them. My husband spoke to the manager often, but it didnt change anything. Something is always missing. The plate of hamburger steak that my husband always ate had nice big thick meatballs but they were made as thin as at McDonalds. So, we hope that you will remove your empty meat pies from the freezer so as not to scam other people. This morning, we opened another one, because we had some left, to see if there was any meat, well its the same thing, a little bit of meat in the bottom with a big hole. Would you, Mr. Manager, eat empty pâtés? If so, we can bring you the ones we have left.

They sat us at the table and then a couple of the workers were done their shift. Had to asked to be served. I have patience so really didnt bother me but my daughter was very tired from driving.

I wont go back... more than an hour to receive our plates, no service; no condiments, no jams offered (nor on the plate), no refill of coffee or glass of water our waitress took the order and someone else came to carry the plate we no longer have it reviewed (no its not for lack of time, we hear the staff say that its quiet...) I really dont recommend it!

Hello, we were very poorly received this evening, the waitress immediately told us it will be takeaway because we close at 10 p.m. and we arrived at 9:15 p.m. However, two men arrived at 9:40 p.m. no worries, we set them up for on site after cold fries. No condiments finally I recommend Not at all

Lunch was good but what poor service from Sylvie. She ignored our group, was stupid when interacting with us. A smile wouldnt have hurt. I ask for glasses of water for the group and she just brings one for me. I wont go back there.

No service even though there are no customers. We have to return several times to ask for our food as well as our drinks. In the end 1 hour + waiting for food that wasnt even good at an exaggerated price for what its worth. I paid on principle, but it wasnt worth a penny.

Thank you to the team who served us this evening.. we were 50 people including 20 children aged 10 and under. We had great service for such a large group. We are aware that it is not easy with the lack of staff to serve everyone at the same time but you have succeeded very well. I didnt remember the name of our waitress but hats off she took the childrens orders and requests with a smile and patience! Same thing for the staff who came to help him.
