I order a pizza at 4:15 p.m., the girl tells me it will be ready at 4:30 p.m. Perfect time to surrender. 4:30 p.m. my partner comes in to pick her up, he pays and waits, waits. At 4:40 p.m. my partner told him that it was a long time. Well yes, for sure the cashier put our order on the dear little nail without the order being prepared. Instead of talking about your dental problems to your 2 other colleagues, maybe you should concentrate. Leaves with the pizza at 5:01 p.m. and with nothing more. Very disappointed with this employee whose name I will not mention.

Was the only customer in the restaurant! It took 18 minutes to get my soup while the waitress was talking about her weekend plans with the cook in the back. Then the pizza arrived, but it must have been waiting because I was eating my soup Result: cold pizza . They might want to tip before eating, then theyll laugh at us! She never came to see me again if everything was ok! It s very infuriating! It s over for me at this stratos! (Thursday June 27, 1:30 p.m.)

During my long walk for cancer I stopped here to enjoy a good meal and I was served by qualified and dynamic staff, thank you for your welcome.

Avoid for dinners at work they are not able to deliver on time requested. I called at 11 a.m. and asked for a delivery scheduled for 12 p.m. I am told it will be 12:15 p.m. At 12:15 p.m. I called to follow up and my order wasnt even prepared yet.

I like the concept of ordering and paying before going to choose a place. The service is excellent and the portions generous!

Envie dune bonne pizza , chercher ailleurs, pas tellement garnie , plutôt fade , pas mal cher , frais de livraison en surplus. Jai pourtant bien aimer dans le passé , mais last call pour moi. Pourrais pas dire pour la poutine , mais surement pas le roi de la pizza. La compétition est féroce a Lévis et il y a de bien meilleurs options.

The food is good, I especially go there for the poutine. Several choices elsewhere; I love Stratos poutine! Its always hot even when getting delivered or picking up the order at the counter. Kid-friendliness: Childrens menu available.

We took two poutines to take away: one with popcorn chicken and another with sausages. They were really very good. I recommend!!! Plus the portions for two medium poutines are really big.

Overpriced. $30 for a simple medium pizza, a small 12-inch all dressed at the counter. 30 bucks! The average pizza, quite average in gastronomic terms by the way, the most expensive on the south shore. Price of an individual fries at the counter: $8! Eight TBNK dollars for a fry!! Is this a joke???

Very good and good place!

There is no more table service. You have to order at the counter and they come and bring it to you afterwards and you have to pay in advance. Its a strange way of doing things and I dont really appreciate it.

Its made it edible and very expensive, the Stratos makes 3x a 3 different Stratos Sherbrooke, St-Foy and Lévis I was so disappointed pizza, lasagna and poutine all failed and not good its a shame because it was a worship the Stratos over time!

Poutine Stratos is delicious

I go for a different poutine every week. The food is made quickly and the quality is good. The majority of waitresses are courteous except for one employee who is colder sometimes she is not able to look us in the eyes when we order.

Good pizza at an affordable price!

An 8-inch and a 12-inch pizza for $40 was not good and expensive considering the lack of taste of the pizzas. The only positive point was that the staff were friendly and smiling.

Much too expensive. No reason in terms of taste/quality to back crazy prices like that.

It doesnt respond... 3 or 4 times online on a Thursday. I say that, I say nothing.

Closed for 2 weeks... But no chance of leaving a message on the voicemail to notify us?! After several attempts to reach them by phone, I went to see, via a fluorescent card, that the place is closed for 2 weeks due to lack of staff. The timetable on Google map is not modified either, and indicates that the restaurant is open... A simple voice message on the answering machine could have saved me - and probably others - from wasting our time like this.

Closed from July 24 to August 6 inclusive.

The brown gravy in poutine is bland and disgusting. The price is also unreasonably high. I dont recommend it to all Poutine eaters.

The menu is quite varied, but the prices have been skyrocketed. One dinner, 2 adults 2 children $95. And the tip is not included

One of my favorite restaurants for Pizza. Very disappointed. Ordered Pizza and received after 80 minutes of waiting. We pay a service fee for delivery and I tip the delivery person. Not his fault but whose fault? Pizza arrives cold. I have to reheat in the microwave. Not edible. I dont care about the price. I order where I like the food. If the website tells me 40 mins then I expect 40 mins not 80 mins. Okay, now this restaurant is over for me. A loyal customer lost..... If the restaurants cannot survive, if they lack staff and even if they close like that we will order more from closed restaurants.

I was a regular customer (Stratos Lévis) and I encouraged this restaurant during the pandemic by ordering 3-4 times a week. On the other hand, I am extremely disappointed by the new opening hours, closed on a Thursday at 6:30 p.m. for delivery.. frankly its hard, every time I want to order there its closed! Another restaurant that is going to die because the owners make bad management choices, sorry but you lost a great customer. Farewell !

Very expensive. Little stock on poutines/pizzas, for the price paid I expected much better than that. Also when we arrived to leave the parking lot your delivery man in a powder blue Yaris gave us road rage. Not because you are frustrated with life that you have the right to take it out on others. I also pass through Lévis several times and see your delivery guys playing in each others faces while driving. I will not frequent this restaurant.

Due to Covid 19, no table service, but the food was good. Prices have also increased. 6 wings, 1 fries, a 12 pizza and a Pepsi....$52 Inc. tax and tip...
