Took to go and they didn’t even give fork for poutine. Straw was also missing for my drink. I understand that they are busy however the things missed were the basic ones. They need to put then when it’s a take out, simple as that.
Normal McDonalds food. Special event happening, police officers were serving at the drive through.
Do love so mcdonald here and there, but as often happen at this location my order was wrong. Asked a double quarter /w extra , got charged the extra did not get it. Edit 1 october 12 2022: again ask for an extra patty, get charged did not get it. lowering to 2 stars Edit 2: november 18 2022 AGAIN, ask for an extra patty this time on the spicy mc crispy , got a nornal not spicy with no extra. 1 Star now...
As I am not a French speaker, I am dependant on using the McDonalds computerized ordering system which is in every store. No paper in the printer is a common problem through out Quebec and the manager couldn't print me one. I had zero proof of my purchase and no receipt for my expense report.
Service was great, as was the food. Thank you to the kind gentleman who took my order, suffering through my French, delivered it and complimented me on my linguistic efforts. Quebec hospitality!
The curbside delivery person offered to fill my water bottle because there was no water in the machine. Very nice gesture of him. Thanks
Burgers were very dry and tasted funky. Chicken burger also tasted quite funky. The whole family got very sick a few hours later. We suspect the patties were left out for way too long based on the dryness and sketchy taste. We have had many orders wrong in the past, many occasion where the service was not adequate and somehow everytime we went to this specific McDonald we felt ill afterwards, but got very sick last time. Avoid at all cost if possible as the food is not worth the price, they will most likely get your order wrong and I doubt the food standards are respected as most of the time there is no adult on the floor.
Stopped in here to pick up some grub for my kids. Service was fast and accurate. Bathrooms appeared to have been well-maintained. Servers had no problems communicating with us in either French or English.
Very poor cleanliness, and its not fair to this place, the dirty toilets, the trash cans overflow even in quiet times, floor with food, utensils on the ground, it has become a classic and above all accepted unfortunately..I am not usually complaining but that makes no sense...wake up!!

The restaurant is NOT open until midnight. I showed up at the restaurant at 11:03 PM and the doors were closed. I wanted to check if the drive-thru was open and no one answered me. If you change the hours to say youre open until midnight, I expect you to be open until midnight... EDIT: I made the mistake of going a few weeks later. Everything was closed at fcking 10:00 p.m.! 10 p.m.! While it still says that the opening hours are only at MIDNIGHT!

TIP OF THE DAY, don t rely on the geolocation of the app. I made my order from this restaurant and it was sent elsewhere. Impossible to recover it. No refund... Probably my order was given to another customer since there is no real verification... I am told to call McDonalds Canada directly to be told to call the restaurant. .. Well, a lot of stupidity to finally not have our supper!

Cleanliness leaves something to be desired, dirty tables refill of only one liquor finished profits $$$$$ we lost the points because their system and the application did not work. When the cash register came back we didnt have access to our application for our points. Its a great way to be profitable and make profits by slowing down the application system so you dont accumulate your points or avoid losing those on the points you lose for $2 it takes 2000 points phew

Really very disappointed with this McDonalds!! This morning at the drive-thru, I was in the right lane, it was my turn to order when a car arrived in the left lane without even ordering!!! He went straight to the checkout asking if he could order it! The employee accepted the order and I was passed over! This isnt the first time this has happened to me at this McDonalds!!! The service sucks! I never saw that!!! Not strong!

I ordered 2 McDoubles today WITHOUT onion, WITHOUT pickle and WITHOUT mustard. When I get home I come to open my burgers and before I even unwrap them completely there are onions already falling everywhere. I open both and between ALL the layers of meatballs, cheese, bread and ketchups there is a lot of onion. So its impossible to remove them all. I even checked to see if my bill and the burgers were written WITHOUT onion to make sure it wasnt my mistake and it was clearly written WITHOUT onion, pickle and mustard. Its very disappointing. I could have let it go if it was just the meatballs with onion but this is too much. This isnt the first time this has happened either. The burgers are always very poorly made, cold, and with several errors in the orders. I have never received an order from this McDonalds correctly (except for coffee orders) in my two years living in Charny. As a former McDonalds employee, this would never have been acceptable at my restaurant. Yes, an error once in a while is normal, we are human, but with each order it is abnormal and we should think about properly retraining employees and re-teaching them the basics. I also forgot to mention that I had to return to the counter after receiving my order because they forgot to give me a straw for my drink. Verification of orders is not done as it should be and it is very obvious.

My order had 2 wrong pieces today and less than 24 hours ago my order that this store canceled and promised a refund or exchange was not fulfilled and when I asked for help to both orders I was refused and had rude customer service. I will not be a future customer and recommend people go to at least another location or catering service if they want their order correct and to be treated with basic respect by the service to customers. Additionally, McDonalds supports Israeli soldiers with meals who killed and terrorized Gaza in Palestine and its people. I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with this restaurant service.

Its the best McDonalds in my opinion regarding food! No errors, its always hot, good quantity, fast and the interior is quite recently renovated
A real joke the manager leaves the customers shouting at the young people he didnt have any meat in my hamburger he loaded the order from the car it arrived it took 40 minutes this whole story!

Good service and employees who care about a job well done at this McDonalds. But in all McDonalds, the burgers always look very pitiful compared to the advertised photos.
Slow service cold food place not very clean.
Nothing to say about the food, its McDonalds. It will never change. The daytime service is incredible, especially Sonia and Julie who are super nice and cheerful in their work. On the other hand, the evening employees are rather stupid except for a few.
When you set schedules such that the farm closes at 9 a.m. not at 8:20-30 a.m.
One order out of two is an error...
It was McDonalds, of course...not fine dining! The service and staff are great. No worse new cleanliness. On the other hand, never go there at lunchtime during the week to sit down and eat quietly unless you want to find yourself in a college refectory atmosphere.

Drive-thru order incomplete for the third time. At each visit, we must revalidate the content of the order and there are always errors and omissions. This evening the order was missing a poutine...you should implement quality controls at the drive-thru because its annoying to go back to McDonalds and eat cold on the way back. When will you make improvements? Its been going on for a long time

The service I received was far from up to par. The employees seemed disinterested and unmotivated to provide a pleasant experience for customers. They were slow to take our orders and often forgot essential parts of our meal. Besides the lack of professionalism, I was also disappointed with the general attitude of the staff. They seemed casual and unconcerned with our satisfaction as customers. Their lack of attention and courtesy significantly affected the ambiance of our meal and tarnished our overall experience at your establishment. As a loyal customer, I attach great importance to quality service and a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my recent experience did not meet these criteria at all. I am convinced that significant improvements need to be made in terms of staff training, attitude towards customers and overall professionalism.

No drinks dispenser inside. Neglected cleanliness of the tables and chairs, the trash cans were all overflowing and there were 3 families in the restaurant for at least 30 minutes.

I am really very disappointed with the service I was given. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with extra syrup since I dont really like the taste of coffee and every time I received my order I noticed that it was missing syrup, so I made it experience of ordering from a McDonalds near my house and I was pleasantly surprised, when my iced coffee that I usually had was sweet.
I thought it was clean, but there were flies flying all over the food. No one cared. The limited edition ice cream was delicious. It had vanilla, blueberry jam, and cotton candy lumps.

The young girl at the drive-thru looked stupid from A to Z we went by at 4:30 p.m. on September 23, 2023. They poured an excessive amount of salt into my mcdouble that it was not edible. Really unpleasant food and drive-thru

Im normally a fan of MC Do and since I live in Charny, I go there less and less often. Nothing is like other franchises, items are often missing at the drive-thru, it looks like burgers have gone under a steam roller, or even that the food is prepared in advance and reheated. It was my last time in this franchise. .
