We are not the type to return a meal when it is not to our liking... on the other hand this week we came close to doing so... the fries... the burgers and even the croquettes were cold... the poutine sauce tasted TOO reheated... we were missing some things in our order... there were only 3 of us who ordered inside... there were 7 employees... it took almost 30 minutes to receive our order...honestly we only go to this branch for childrens games...the one on marie-victorin is much better... better service, better food... honestly it seemed VERY painful to work there... the staff seemed to be running away from customers... no one at the counters... there were 3 other families in the play area and no one got their order as they ordered...

Le pire Mcdonald que jai visité jusquà maintenant... une fois dur place, ça a pris 25 min avoir ma commande pour un Mccroustillant épicé de luxe. Javais commandé sur lapplication environ 10 min avant darriver sur place. Le mccroustillant est arrivé sans sauce et cétait la version non épicé. La version épicé coûte 2$ de plus.

By far the dirtiest McDonalds Ive seen! Deplorable. Managers can be ashamed!

I order a Big Mac, it arrives with a drop of sauce on the edge of the sandwich, nothing more, I ask at the counter to have sauce in my burger because theres absolutely nothing and the manager answers me as if Im I was an imbecile, ya dla sauce...laughing at everyone, I left my sandwich on the counter because I thought it was so stupid! A big 0!!!!

A little cleaning would be appreciated

Full drains and slow service.

OmG!!! A McDonalds restaurant so unsanitary that its embarrassing to eat in it!!! Drains everywhere to get lost in. Chemical products dangerous for humans and animals to clean surfaces (tables, games, door handles) and leave in the air of the childrens play area on a trash can accessible to children who love Spray bottles. The young people who work there clean the tables with highly chemical products with their bare hands...!!!???? SERIOUSLY THIS IS worrying for customers and workers!!! Unsanitary conditions and exposure to chemicals... I wonder what happens in the kitchen!!! Today I made the decision like many others.... No more McDonalds, its really crap all the way... from the door to your plate!!! BE ADVISED!!PHOTOS

Generally, I have pretty neutral opinions about this branch. But the last time I went (must have been about a week or two) I just ordered two coffees and a muffin and guess how long I waited?? About 20-25 minutes. Firstly, there were only a FEW people there while I was waiting and also, its not an order that takes a long time to make. I found that the employees were chilling a little too much talking to each other about their vacations and they were doing absolutely nothing extra. When I finally received my order, the coffees were starting to get cold. I just hope to have better service next time, because Ive had much better service here before.

My coffee is almost always cold and not fresh at all after 10 p.m....not chic and its really redundant and ridiculous...

My chicken mc was average, the salad was everywhere in the box mixed with the sauce everywhere except in my sanwiche.

In my BigMac often apart from bread. My Sausage Mcmuffin is missing a bun or only part of the bun. Speed does not exist.

I am extremely disappointed in the behavior of an employee (I believe responsible) who made unpleasant comments. When ordering I asked if it was possible to have my ice cream a little later (because it was hot) I was told yes without any problem. Except that when I came to collect them there were people there and the manager told the person serving me that I just had to take them first in a rather unpleasant tone. Several people heard this comment and I really felt humiliated. I dont think I will return to this restaurant because I had a really bad experience. I dont think Ill refer him to anyone for fear that theyll get sent to the rocks too.

Like all the local McDonalds for a succulent hamburger?? Dietary restrictions: Anything with peanuts is well specified!! Parking: Ample parking near the restaurant!! Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for people with reduced mobility!!

Good service, several different places to sit. Games for children 0-5 years old, which is rare in the Quebec and Lévis region! Dietary restrictions: You can ask for fries without salt, and replace the cream with milk in iced coffees. Kid-friendliness: Childrens games available. Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance door at ground level, no stairs to go up or down.

Very disappointed I arrived to eat we were 4 children 2 adults we didnt go to sit in the games room we didnt start eating no one came to see us to say we were closing suddenly the girl came to see us and told me the room games is closed and wrong I change places we cant even finish eating with 4 children changing places is not always obvious and more at a young age of 5 years and less I found it very ordinary that I told the evening chef that We took him out and he didnt do anything and received very disappointing I could have finished eating well no wrong to leave I find his koi no matter.

Première fois que je vais à ce mc do ça fait un an ( je ne peux manger de mc Do ) que j avais envie manger un poulet croustillant bacon de luxe bin non je me retrouve avec poulet croustillant épicé en plus sans bacon et qu il me charge 2$ de plus pour du bacon en tout cas la prochaine fois je vais vérifier ma commande en plus c était pas froid c était frète

I am satisfied with my experience at this branch because the employees are well trained and efficient. In addition, the atmosphere is more relaxed. It is increasingly rare to find a McDonalds restaurant that is conscious of their customer base. Bravo to all of you!

I asked for the receipt and was told they couldnt give it to me because it wasnt coming out. I said well it takes my receipt and told me well maam I cant give you anything!!!! In addition, our coffee shakes are full of large pieces of uncrushed ice...

It took me less than two minutes to get my order (which was still quite large), but my croquettes were very, very dry and so were my fries. I really feel like I received food that should have been included in your losses, because it had been cooking for too long...and when you charge us for extra sauces...that would be good to put them in our bag. Stop stressing your employees with their service time and focus instead on the quality of service....

I went to get an egg and cheese BLT with fries and a drink that I ate during the night from Saturday to Sunday. The BLT was edible but didnt seem very fresh. The salt-free fries that I ordered were salty and the fries were lukewarm and soft as if they had not been cooked enough because usually their fries are crispier than that. Well today Sunday, I spent my afternoon and currently my evening throwing up and having a really bad heartache. I dont know if its poisoning but I clearly know that its my McDonalds that comes out. So, I dont know how the food is preserved late in the evening or if the food was perhaps in your stove for a very long time (I worked for 3 years in a Tim, I know a little about how it works), but clearly Im not going to recommend this McDonalds.

The burger was cold and the fish fillet also cold very disappointed I hadnt been there for a while and this was the last time I would go.

Chicken ranch quick wraps, a long-awaited return and oh so delicious. Slow service, but when I received my wraps they were piping hot, a sign that the chicken had just been cooked. My wait is proof that my wraps were freshly made and therefore not sitting on a stove for ages. 10/10, value for money, taste, kindness of the employee.

Seeing an employee take the muffins with their hands without gloves or napkins and put them on the counter It doesnt inspire me to go eat The fact remains that it is improper It deserves that this employee be informed and or dismiss

Rock n roll mcdonalds

Formerly a very nice branch. Now, Jemenfoutism has taken control of this establishment. The team members tell each other secrets in front of customers who have been waiting too long for their order. A real spectacle. In particular, I was treated to fries that were as hard as rock. Really disappointed because McDonalds has become a little luxury at the price it costs.

I am a former employee and this place has become horrible since I left. I waited 20 minutes for a mcflurry and no one was doing it even though they were full of employees doing nothing

My girlfriend and I were sick after each Big Mac trio I also like going to the other McDonalds a little further away!
