I wanted to take a Kebab to compare to the old Sam Kebab located in the same place, not at all the same taste. When leaving, the meat is no longer on the rotating things but prepared in advance. I heard the microwave 2-3 times while I was waiting for my meal, not a good sign. I had pieces of ultra dry meat as if it had been cooked the day before. The Greek potato style fries were not good, with the frying used it made the skin look strange. Also the fries were way too salty. It seems that it was not so much the quantity of salt, but the type of salt used that gave this impression, it seems that it was coarse salt. The only positive point of the restaurant is the branding, the brand image, 10/10 But apart from that complex menu, ordinary food and prices too. I would have given 1 star but I gave 3 knowing that maybe the burgers are better and maybe their real fries too. Ill try again in the future but I have a bad feeling.

I am giving the passing grade for educational purposes, formerly chez sam the first Lebanese restaurant in Lévis. It was a delight, always well received, they forced themselves to speak French. Your menu has changed, your image has changed, you have changed everything about your winning recipes, for a disastrous and already existing recipe (in my opinion). You have abandoned all your culture and integrity that you shared with us with your traditional dishes, to change your unusual restaurant to an other American style restaurant that sells burgers. Your specialty was shishtaouk and kebab, now its sandwish philly steak and burgers. Last visit to your restaurant, your cooks did not provide, the service did not provide. People waiting for their order were getting impatient. Extremely long for sandwiches with the portions already ready. I made eye contact with the person in charge of the orders 5 or 6 times, I looked at you the whole time I was waiting and you only had to take care of the fries according to what I saw, and then you left and they lost sight of you for several minutes. (because yes they exchanged their garlic potatoes for fries and Greek potatoes (they are Lebanese)). I never had any service, after 10 minutes of waiting I left, I had the impression that the people who were waiting for their order from a NASTY LEASE were looking at me saying, go away from here, youre still there time. Anyway, I cant rate the food because I left before taking my order. But all this opinion to tell you that, your menu is too long and complex, your kitchen employees do not provide. You have removed all your specialties for a complicated menu with weird choices like French taco (and I pass). You still have shishtaouk sandwiches on your menu, but no sign of the big chicken and beef roll spinning on the grill so I imagine its already prepared portions waiting in the fridge or freezer. I imagine that I am not the only one disappointed with your decision to have changed your menu, your image, your integrity and especially your culture and tradition to copy popular American restaurants. Very unfortunate because we order at least once a week. Ps: shame on the people who give reviews before the restaurant even opens its doors with its new style to boost reviews.

R.I.P at Sams. Its sad to see the first Lebanese restaurant in Lévis being replaced by an unauthentic US-style restaurant chain. I recommend Pita shawarma in Lévis if you want real halal meals. I cant rate your food since no one took my order in the restaurant

Very nice decoration, its good to see a new restaurant in Lévis with a concept different from the existing one. I highly recommend it, we ate well and the team was friendly... My daughter really liked the poutine.

I ordered a 1 meat philly taco. I had a mouthful that it wasnt meat, despite a lot of chewing the piece remained whole as if it was a nerd or a big piece of fat. I had to spit it out into my Napkin. The steak is not thin enough. I found the fries good. I found the meal expensive. I looked for something healthy on the menu but there wasnt anything. On the menu I would have liked a bowl of salad with meat rather than fries and meat. Snack bar atmosphere, you place your order at the counter, you wait standing and you go and sit at a table to eat.

Everything is attractive, but the service we received for the first time we went there was catastrophic. 30 min wait for us to serve and once served our shepherds were red inside so not cooked. I was supposed to have two meatballs and there was only one. For the second cooking, you simply shrink the meatball by half in thickness to make sure it is cooked. So an hour to get it......very disappointed

1st experience here. Its super good but the cost compared to the quantities and type of food, its not logical in terms of positioning. Packaging alone is a big part of that cost. They are super beautiful and high quality but ultimately they end up in the trash. At the volume it must produce, it is impossible to make economies of scale and it is the consumer who pays for the cardboard. Honestly if they gave me the food in no name Kraft packaging and I could save costs that would be fine with me. We are in Lévis not in Montreal, the marketing issues are not the same. Prices should include at least the trio and more generous portions. The childrens menus at 12.99 are really above the average of fancier restaurants which rarely exceed 9.99. Basically $70 for fast food for a family of 4 in a city like Lévis and in this economic context it is unfortunately not an economically viable model and the repeat business risks being complicated unless you come out with massive discounts as is the case pizza hut for example.

I dont bother to do reviews often, but I think its necessary. The restaurant looks great so to speak, what doesnt work is the food. I went to eat at lours Gourmand with friends, we tried the tacos (the dough was well cooked but the rest disappointing), the hamburger with Camembert (only tasted the Camembert, no balance of flavors) and the poutine ... a poutine with frozen McCain-style fries, its a bad start but its retreadable, but not when you also add cheese curds (refrigerated or frozen) which melt on the fries within 5 minutes. In short with the quality, the high price for the trouble and the fact of asking for a tip at the machine with the option which starts at 15%, I have more of an impression of cash grab, than of worrying about serving the quality to these customers. Restaurant that may have potential, but improve the quality of your food, the way you prepare your recipes and dont go overboard on prices.

This was our first and last visit unfortunately. Much too expensive for the quantity and quality of the food...$15 for a single burger without fries just doesnt make sense. The cleanliness of the bathrooms should also be reviewed!

Finally, a fast food out of the box in Lévis, We tested a formula for the family, delicious food, fast service. We really liked the restaurant, were definitely going to put our plan A in place for the next outing. Parking: Large parking lot, easy to find a space
