Not the first time, always happy with the place!

Following an online order, I had to wait 45 minutes after the scheduled time to finally receive my order. No compensation, no commercial gesture, just barely a sorry I was happy to have spent 5 dollars worth of tips Especially since Uber orders were on time I hoped to be able to console myself with the elk hamburger. It was very tasteless, the meat was not seasoned, it almost made me sad to have killed an elk for that. The only good thing was the setting, too bad I didn t eat there Ps: I loved the concept of the stick planted crookedly (invisible because it is completely buried in the burger) which almost stuck in my tongue while crunching

Magalie and Ugo are simply the best, I loved my 2 visits in September. Cajun mayo, a well-kept secret ;-)

L erreur est humaine, sauf que quand j appelle , on me dit que j ai juste à faire l aller-retour et que aucun dédommagement est possible . C est inconcevable venant d un resto . Donne au moins un dessert à rigueur . On appelle ça le service à la clientèle .

Reservation for a group of 10 people on Wednesday June 5. We waited for our dishes for over an hour, even though the restaurant was 3/4 empty. Many customers left before receiving their food. The problem was widespread and seemed to come from the kitchen. Very poor management and whats more, the waitress never came to see us during the 1+ hour wait...No explanation from her, no apology, nothing! We were each offered a 15% discount. In short, last time we go there with colleagues.

Great service but I wasnt impressed by the fries, they were soggy

We went for dinner. The aged beef and sharp cheddar burger tasted practically nothing. A big disappointment for the price paid. In addition, the waitress on site did not smile, she was borderline condescending. Finally, I ordered a large semi-cuit, but with barely the size of a 25 cent pour. I showed it to the waitress who served me another one that simply didnt contain any liquid. So I asked to let it go. At $9 for a semi-cooked one, we should clearly serve one worthy of the name! A huge disappointment all round. Real semi-cooked ones, they sell them at Chocolats Favoris, right next door. It would be worth changing suppliers.

Always had a great experience. It was our first restaurant for me and my partner when we arrived in Lévis in 2022. Excellent burgers (especially La Bête), good poutines especially the buffalo chicken and excellent waiters and waitresses. Is this the best restaurant in the whole world? No, but what really is? I highly recommend for burger lovers and those who like a young and active atmosphere.

The worst burger I have ever eaten in my life. The fries were hard and burnt, the meat was dry and tasteless. Go eat at 3 Brasseurs or Baton Rouge and youll find something better to eat.

Good veggie buger. Lots of veggie and vegan options. Also options with various meats (chicken, beef, pork, etc.). Good portion of fries too. Nice selection of beers, ciders and cocktails. You can park in the underground garage and get a ticket at the restaurant.

I stayed in a nearby hotel that recommended this place. The burgers were delicious. My only issue was the service and how I had a long wait until groups of people were finished being served until I could even pay and leave.

We went there recently. I enjoyed an excellent burger and had a mountain of fries to accompany it. The service was fast and courteous.

Chez Victor Levis is very welcoming with its decor and the beauty of the place. The food, the luxury shepherds are always just as good and well presented. I suggest Inter, its my favorite. For the service, visibly during busy hours there is a lack of staff. We waited a good 5 minutes at the counter to be taken back to our table and then 20 minutes before an employee even dared to look at us. 30 minutes to receive our drinks. A superb IPA from the Boréale brewery, the green one, really good on tap. But after this long waiting period I must say that the service has become perfect. The rush hour had passed and the waiter who took care of us was courteous, smiling, funny and he took good care of us. Were going back for sure!

Very good in terms of taste, we took the Mediterranean and the beast with a tasting platter of mayonnaise. No problem on that side. The service was a little long but nothing serious, we waited 30 minutes for our two plates instead of 20 minutes which is the usual maximum time to take out a plate in a restaurant. In terms of atmosphere, it was actually ordinary, no particular music, but on the other hand you have to remember that its a restaurant and not a nightclub. Vegetarian options: Half of the menu is vegan, the other carnivorous, so its good for people who like to lack iron lol

Its beautiful, its good! You have to go there, you definitely have to go there and take the time, if you dont have the time there is AW for that. Its just a little expensive for the quality of the food and service.

Unfortunately there were 1 or 2 employees missing so the service was very long.

I ate Gnocchis poutine on the block and found it quite poutine compared to the other plates offered at the restaurant.

Nice place. We ate very well. We were four people. We all had a hamburger: the classic, the chicken one, the inter and the vegetarian spinach and walnut one. They were all delicious. This was a first for my cousin and he really liked the classic. The portions are generous. There are several vegetarian and vegan choices. Theres something for everyone. We will definitely return.

The food was really not edible, honestly too fatty and bland. I took the burger, the beast made with supposedly the big triple A quality of the beef.....according to me it was triple A for rat meat caught in the sewers. Wasnt able to finish the plate, the squid was more fried than anything else, the soup super salty. My father had the gnocchi poutine and very disappointed too. In short, to forget, excellent service for example the employees are very pleasant.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in. Their menu is unbelievable. They make the best burgers in the world. The service is fabulous. I had le classique with vegan cheese and lettuce wrap with vegan poutine. It was delicious. Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: If you are paleo or vegan this is the restaurant for you. It is really amazing.

We order burgers at the office and they are excellent. We recommend this restaurant.

We were a table of 4 adults and 3 children. 50 minutes to get a drink (and after we went to see them so they could take our order) and more than 1h30 to be served food.... I didnt find the food to be that good. Not an apology from the waiters/waitresses for the waiting time. The children were falling asleep at the table before being served. On the other hand, there were people to clear our plates given the closing time of the restaurant. Note that we had reserved a table for 8 p.m. I didnt find it correct.

Another establishment victim of the new reality in catering. Declining quality and disappointing service. 5 years ago it was a 5 star but now Ill go elsewhere unless they manage to hire a few more cooks. Some concrete examples: a goat cheese salad without goat cheese... Rock-hard fries and so on. Its hard to complain, they disappear after serving you.

Succulent and usually a good atmosphere. But not this time. Weve had dinner twice in less than 2 months and both times we were served by a waitress perfumed with perfume. Sorry, but when you dread your waitresss visit to your table because her scent stays on your palate for several minutes each time, it spoils the experience quite a bit. Otherwise, the block-boiled Swiss chicken was pretty ordinary too. This is the first time I have been disappointed with my meal in several years of regular visits. I still have hope for my next visit that the perfume problem will finally be resolved. Parking: It says free for 1h30 or less at lunchtime but you still have to pay when you leave.

Good restaurant with several vegan options.

Summer 2021, a Saturday evening 7:30 p.m., as a couple. Full when we arrived but many tables were starting to leave. Servers (its) few, running everywhere. Lots of empty, uncleared tables around us. Order taken after 25 mins. 10 mins to have 2 beers. Plates received after 35mins. The burgers are ok, the fries average.

Definitely NOT a gourmet burger! Burger looked like a piece of charcoal. Fries were hard as a rock and cold. Everything poorly cooked. Service, however, was excellent.

$15 a Caesar salad with a splash of vinaigrette, add $6 to get a protein (in my case 4 small pieces of chicken) anything.

We had a smoked meat poutine and the burger of the week (Icelandic) and it was very good. I give it a 4 just because there was too much mustard in the poutine. They should have set it aside or asked for our preference because even though the mustards go well with the smoked meat, such a large quantity covers the taste of the rest which was tempting, especially the fried pickles! I will return there as soon as the opportunity arises.

Twice in a row I have been disappointed with my visit to this branch. Overcooked fries and dry burger. The waiter asks us if we like it just out of duty because when we answer that its not what we hoped for, he shrugs his shoulders and goes back to the other tables. Let s just say it s not too interesting to go back there

Best Burger ever eaten and great service.

Excellent burger restaurant with a wide range of vegetarian and vegan choices. The champoulet was the champion of the evening, the texture and taste were there. The veganator wasnt bad but we were a little disappointed, the texture and taste werent as good! Excellent service to be noted.
