Excellent restaurant, extremely well maintained and the food was splendid, plus expeditious service. My only criticism would be to reduce the tipping suggestions at the counter, they are exaggerated for fast food.

Wow! For big eaters who like to eat well, this is the place. The choice of seasoning and accompaniment is great and the meat is succulent. Cafeteria style atmosphere: we take everything home. After all, its the food that counts ;)

I suffered the same dissatisfaction as another customer. I had the misfortune of ordering online. The service is subcontracted to Doordash, which adds an amount to each item. Were talking about several dollars anyway. I was told at pickup that it was better to call than order online and thats what I will do next time. But why not indicate it below the Order button? A simple Additional fees apply for online ordering. Call us! and so no one feels left out. We order online to avoid hassle as well as to make things easier for the staff and we find ourselves paying several dollars extra...

Wow. We discovered this restaurant yesterday. I loved my experience. The employees are smiling and welcoming. They explained the menu to me. The food was fresh and hot. I loved the potatoes. I recommend.

I have just discovered a little gem of Lebanese cuisine and I can only recommend this restaurant! I ordered a chicken trio with saj bread, and it was simply delicious. The bread was perfectly crispy, which added incredible texture to the dish. The meat was hot and flavorful, well seasoned and melt in the mouth. And what about the potatoes! They were really succulent, nicely browned and seasoned just right. Every bite was a real treat. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back to explore other dishes on their menu! An address not to be missed for lovers of Lebanese cuisine!

Avoid ordering online. I go directly to the boustan website to place a take-out order without an intermediary and when I collect my order, I realize that I paid around $5 more than the price displayed in the restaurant and that sneakily, their Orders go through Doordash. Charge more for takeout orders than restaurant orders, seriously?

I love Boustan but at this restaurant the portion is much too small. A big bowl of mix with barely 20 potatoes.

I ordered a bowl of chicken shawarma and was very disappointed because there were only a few chicken crumbs in the dish. There was only the equivalent of 3 to 4 tablespoons! What a scam. At least the potatoes were good. Also, I paid extra for the tabbouleh salad rather than coleslaw. The texture was unpleasant since there were 1-3cm stalks of parsley. It would have been necessary to put only the leaves or at least finely cut the stems.

Bad advice on purchasing. Once the box is opened, everything is stacked without separating the different elements. Very expensive for the amount of food. Does not reflect all my other experiences in restaurants of the same type. A shame!

Our meal was excellent but everything was dirty (the toilets, the tables, the floors) I had to wash our table myself before eating. The toilets were also clogged The trash cans were overflowing and there was a shortage of paper towels and Napkins. There were items missing from the menu which were not mentioned to us when ordering (and which were charged to us anyway...) The employees seemed overwhelmed, they seemed understaffed.

We had an all-around discount this year. Nothing indicates on the coupon that it is intended for a particular boustan. When we arrived at the restaurant, the cashier informed us that she could not take the coupon. No erratum or sign on site indicating that they do not take discount coupons. Finally, she categorically refused to take our coupon. The situation is not serious, but it is your fault, it is up to the brand to take responsibility for its mistakes, not the customer. Very very little meat in the pitas. This is not usual in the Boustans of Montreal. The taste is there.

We come here every time we are in St-Nicolas. We love the wraps, their salads and the fries. And the price is affordable. Vegetarian options: There are several veggie options. Falafel, salads, etc.

I go there regularly and always have great service. The quality of the dishes and the quantities are consistent from time to time.

Finally a fast food restaurant with Lebanese meals the way I like them. You have to try their vegetarian meal with shitake mushrooms which replace the meat, thats for sure! The only difference with what I know of other restaurants of this type is that Boustan puts cabbage in his sandwiches instead of iceberg salad. A difference that my taste buds like!

Unfortunately, I was very poorly served. I tipped 20% I ordered a chicken shawarma pita (not the trio) and a mixed bowl (beef and chicken). I pay thank you! The young man packs my order. I tell him Is everything there? (2x) yes, I received a call so I took the doggybag and left! When I got home I was hungry . No chicken pita. I call and she offers me 15% off!!! Its shocking!

Good morning, Me and my girlfriend got delivered. Far too many vegetables in the pitas versus the meat and the falafels taste like cereal. The fries and the garlic sauce are normal. The garlic sauce isnt even directly on the fries, so its difficult to reheat them.
