Je suis de la région de Rivière-du-loup. Et à chaque fois que nous passons devant Lévis. Nous nous devons de faire un arrêt chez Schems. C'est mon ex qui m'a fait découvrir votre resto. C'est la seul chose de bonne que je retiens d'elle.
Sorry, this was not good. I love Shawarma but I'm glad this wasn't my first experience or I would be missing out on good food. I felt sorry for the two ladies working there was no joy in what they were doing and it really showed.

We enjoyed our meal, it is just a gem of a place, basic street food, tasty, filling, and good value for your money, too busy eating the food to take photos, will try and remember next time.

Food is excellent. You get a lot of it for a great price. The employee are good. The wait takes time but at least your potatoes and meat is freshly cooked. I try to go there as much as I can whenever I am around .

I have been going to this restaurant since it opened in 2007 and since then, I have not been able to find better Shish Taouk or Shawarma anywhere else! Oh and we havent even talked about the small potatoes and the garlic sauce (the real one, not the common mayonnaise!) seasoned on site, they are succulent! Dont be fooled by the sober look of the restaurant, the real magic happens behind the counter thanks to the smiles and good service of the employees and the excellence of their dishes!
In my opinion, I would cook the meat a little less on the stove because it becomes dry and lacks tenderness. Thank you.

Very good experience. The staff was really nice. The restaurant is beautiful, the dishes are good. The price is fair. He gives you free tea. The only thing I didnt like was the waste. Everything is plastic, the glasses, the dishes, etc. Its not at all ecological and I hope that will change.
Beautiful place! Not the best shawarma Ive seen but its still good! Beautiful plate, nice quantity! A little expensive but everything is made expensive so Im not too picky about that! The pitas are very good!

Luckily it s good! Because in terms of atmosphere, as much by the bland/gloomy premises as by the non-smiling of the clerks, it leaves something to be desired... We dont have the impression of being happy to have you as a customer!!

Its my birthday today and I absolutely wanted to order Lebanese at Shams near the CEGEP of Lévis, the lamb melts in your mouth and the baklava tastes like heaven and more..

Always good and affordable. The staff is polite and courteous. I should go there more regularly. It is not a haute cuisine restaurant, but the pleasure of eating well is just as present. If you like this type of cuisine, you should be delighted and happy. The portions are very good.
I arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 p.m. and already at that time half of the items on the menu were no longer available. The dishes were delicious but they should be careful to always offer their full menu.

Expensive and too oily unfortunately
Tough and dry meat (why brown it after cutting it?), soft turnip, instant rice, little choice of salads, slow and disorganized service (13 minutes before being served)... At least the potatoes are satisfactory. The employees are also very welcoming. I hope this place will improve, because there are too few Lebanese restaurants on the south bank.
I think the food is good. Service a bit slow. On the other hand, the cleanliness is really not great. The layout and decoration of the restaurant are really bad.
The food is good. The price is reasonable. The places are clean. On the other hand, one suggestion that I will give to owners: your calculation of the QST on your invoices is incorrect. Since the beginning of 2013, the QST of 9.975% only applies to the subtotal before taxes. Their fund calculates 9.975% on top of the subtotal and GST which was the norm until December 31, 2012. Nothing alarming for a $14 bill, the difference is only 7 cents but definitely a detail to correct in order to balance your accounting books.
