Very good service, some dishes (salads) need to be spicier but otherwise impeccable! The atmosphere at lunchtime is average due to a lack of people, but the restaurant is beautiful and the terrace pleasant.

Dinner tonight, Nov 7, 2024. We had reservations at 5:30 p.m. and there were 10 people. At 7:30 p.m. we hadnt yet had our main courses even though everyone who arrived after us had been served! For me, I had a commitment at 7:30 p.m. and I wanted to cancel my dish to leave but I was told it was ready! I took it in an aluminum dish...$48 tonight to eat my dinner tomorrow! My friends were served at 8:00 p.m.!!! Good service that!???? No and I will never go back! Im really angry.

I tried the new hot smoked salmon dish with risotto pancake and rapini. It was good but a small downside; a little too much acidity (lemon) I would have added a little honey or maple syrup to balance it out. But the risotto pancake, so good. So Parking: Very large parking lot with shops. Lots of availability

Good. How to get started. Saturday evening, me and my partner, we have a reservation at 6:30 p.m., we arrive at 6:15 p.m., Emy welcomes us. She is also our waitress. We order, my girlfriend takes a chorizo pizza, I order a gluten-free and lactose-free smoked salmon. 45 minutes pass, still not our order. Emy comes to inform us of the deadlines and is very transparent. The pizzas eventually arrive, Mrs. A1s, but mine, absolutely no accommodations. The pizza returns to the kitchen and the cook throws something (audible). I get up and go see Emy, who is chatting with another waitress, both visibly shaken and at a loss for words. I ask her if the pizza needs to be completely redone, she tells me yes. I ask to let it go, we now want to leave, eat elsewhere. Emy accommodated us with a big heart, she told us that it was the first time that this had happened. She only charged my partner the drink and the pizza. That being said, it was the worst restorative experience I have ever had the chance to have in my life. Its a damn chance that Emy was there, her transparency and professionalism means that the service is 5/5. Poor waitresses at this restaurant. Just with us, thats a good amount of tip she lost due to the lack of integrity and professionalism of the cooks. I understand that the chef has resigned, but if you are not able to provide, close at least for the evening.

Its been a long time since Ive been and I wasnt disappointed. I had the table dhôte for lunch: Caesar salad, deluxe veggie pizza and tarte tatin, each dish was as succulent as the next. Super friendly service with a sweet and smiling waitress. Thank you and see you soon!

Ma pizza nétait pas très chaude mais elle était très bonne et les croutons fournit avec le tartare étaient tellement sec pratiquement inmangeable. La serveuse nous a proposé du pain pour remplacer les croutons. Je conseille de ne pas accompagner le tartare avec ce type de croutons. Le service était parfait, serveuse avec un très beau sourire et très gentille.

Waited a good 1h15 between the starter and the main course, the waitress told us that they prioritize groups in the kitchen....??? what a disservice!! I recommend you skip your turn!!

A perfect outing to Piazzetta Lévis to mark our anniversary as a couple! A warm welcome from the charming Jocelyne who guides us throughout the meal. Without imposing herself, she skillfully managed to make me taste a wine different from the one I had chosen because she knows that it will go better with the chosen dish. Masters her menu to perfection and knows how to convey tastes and flavors to us when she describes the dishes. All our plates were tasty and offered us a pure delight for the eyes. We will definitely be returning to try out the superb terrace later this summer!

The serving time for our main dishes was a little too long, however the quality of our dishes as well as impeccable service more than compensate for this inconvenience.

Always good service with good food. The beautiful endive salad was a bit disappointing, however. Very bitter but the endives were cut very long. The price was reasonable as always so its a restaurant we return to often.

I dont understand peoples enthusiasm for this restaurant. The decor, magnificent. On the other hand, as for the food, very very very ordinary. My partners so-called must-have pizza was far from being it. And what about the service? Very slow, we had the impression of being forgotten. We ended up getting up to go pay up front because no one was coming to serve us. And what about the price of the invoice, wow! No! Never again this restaurant, there are so many other restaurants in Lévis that are worth it for the quality of the food, the service and the price! The Piazzetta is very far from them.

I loved my evening. The ambiance, food and service were great. A little long to receive our dishes but overall I had a good time.

The diabolo pizza is rather ordinary because of the hot peppers which are vinegared which gives a strange taste on a pizza. My partners carbonara was good

There was a group celebrating a birthday unfortunately these people don t know the difference between a feta at home versus in a restaurant ..they were very very noisy But that has nothing to do with La Piazzetta, we don t always choose our customers I love this place, I will return with great pleasure THANKS

Complete five-course meal offered on promotion at this Lévis restaurant. The service was attentive and friendly. On the kitchen side, everything was perfect, soup, starter, dessert, except perhaps the pizza, which is strange, considering that it is the specialty, but hey, all in all, a very nice experience to repeat.

Despite a pleasant start to the evening to celebrate an event, we were forgotten after the arrival of a group of 28 people The 4 people in the room were at their service. We had dessert and digestive at home We were two adults and a child. Wasted evening!!

The pizzas are very good, its quality, probably the best in Lévis for this type of fancier pizza. On the other hand, its still expensive, I understand that you have to pay for quality, but Im convinced that the prices are still a little exaggerated. Its to spoil yourself a few times a year. Its not as good as pizzeria 900 but its still excellent.

The margarita pizza (its on the menu under another name) was bland and tasteless. I was expecting fresh mozzarella. Expensive for grated cheese

Excellent service despite our large group! The dishes were delicious. Beautiful terrace. We dont often think about going there but its worth it!

First visit, not a very nice welcome, we were served water without the waitress asking us what we wanted to drink. Subsequently, she was busy making drinks for other customers and did not know how to make cocktails, it was very slow... in short, after seeing all this, we left after 15 minutes even before the waitress was there. came back to take our drink order.

One of the best restaurants in Lévis in my opinion. The food is always delicious, the portions are just perfect and the prices are reasonable since we are served quality. The service is constantly impeccable and fast. Its a beautiful, warm place in a pleasant setting. There are a reasonable number of tables and parking space is ample. Go for it, you wont regret it!

I think it was understaffed. The waitress made mistakes in the order and we waited a really long time for the bread that came with the starter. The meal was delicious.

Very nice place, beautiful terrace (even if the view overlooks the parking lot) and beautiful decor. Very honest seafood pasta and lots of choice of wines by the glass. Appetizing dessert menu, even if we didnt have any. Our waitress was left alone to do everything the night we went, which slowed down service considerably at first, but things stabilized after that.

A little expensive for the quantity of ingredients on the pizza. Service a little slow but our waitress was impeccable and the owner even helped out and was very friendly and funny. Very good atmosphere. On the other hand, it was very hot throughout even though the canvases were lowered.

Lots of vegetarian choices and possibility of vegan choices with marinated tofu and vegan cheese. Possibility of replacing any protein with marinated tofu for an extra $.
