Excellent fast service

So delicious

While traveling in the region we had dinner there, the beef was excellent, the shrimp were incredible, in short, very good food, a large dose, and very pleasant and friendly service and welcome. Fast service, a must if you go through Levis.

For a festive meal for around twenty people, I can tell you that everything was delicious with impeccable service from Lyndsay that you rarely see in restaurants now. THANKS!

Eating 12oz steak really not good

I was disappointed. My boyfriend and I waited a long time to get our meal. About 1 hour wait. The lady who served us did not see us again during this time. Finally! She gave us plates. Never again.

Friendly staff, excellent value for money. The number of customers there says it all. Victims of their success, its noisy. Its been a long time since I almost completely emptied my plate at a restaurant.

We were a group (Tuesday) but my shrimp was not very hot, the bread a little cold and hard, my portion of rice was still getting smaller and smaller. The staff was very efficient

The noise was quite intense during our visit to the point where we were not able to speak to the person in front of us. There were several large groups at the same time but the team could have controlled the situation better (after all the twenty bottles/cans of alcohol on the table next to us suggest this). The food was ok although the steak was lukewarm. The service was good but the overall experience was ruined by the noise.

Overcooked filet mignon, almost no salad (rusty too) and potatoes... no taste, very disappointing for the price and disastrous service.

I liked it except for the salad. There is too much oil in the salad and it makes it soggy. They definitely need more staff. The wait time JUST to place the order is 15 minutes. And the waiting time for the meal is 1 hour. You have to be very, very patient...

On February 25, 2023 I was served a chicken Caesar salad and the chicken was undercooked (it was still raw in the center)

Tables with groups should be separated from tables of 2 to 4 people as it is very noisy and you cannot hear each other talking. There are, however, 2 sections in the restaurant that allow this but nothing has changed for several years.

Really!!! Saturday evening meal overcooked chicken the waitress advises that there is more rice, really soft and overcooked potatoes and the salad too soft On the other hand, very nice staff!!

Our reservation was taken on the wrong date twice even though we had been clear about the date and time, very disappointed

Despite my request on the phone to make sure the salad wouldnt be rusty like last time, we had to throw half of the salads from two meals totaling $50 in the trash. When I called the restaurant to complain, the waitress seemed to find it very funny. Gone is Old Duluth for us.

The meal was very good but the service and atmosphere was unpleasant if you want people to leave by 9.15 p.m. stop serving them after 7 oclock we had reserved for 7 oclock and we had to finish our lunch quickly because it left us we make a lot of noise so that we leave so theres a lack of respect when you just paid 65.00 for a meal it would be fun to eat it relaxed

Dinner alone... an hour wait between the starter and the meal,... The starter, like the meal, was not bad but really not hot!!.. And fortunately no one asked me if I wanted to drink something!!... besides there is no beer or wine... unless you bring it back yourself!!! Personally I wont go back!!...

I have rarely been so disappointed with a restaurant, no service, stupid waitresses, it took an hour for someone to come see us and the food was overcooked and cold I will never return there

Very good service, good food, quality price. The only thing is that there is no background music so it felt like we were eating in a school cafeteria lolll...otherwise for the rest it was almost perfect.

I liked my burger and the waitress was nice and attentive. On the other hand, its still quite noisy haha, you have to speak loudly to be heard. But overall I liked it.

Order 2 surfs with supposedly filet mignon as meat. If so, the last filet mignon we ate (purchased from a butcher) was probably ground steak because there is no comparison for tenderness. The owner suggests that we complain to the head office because they are the ones who send the food. We will do it. But in the meantime, I find it a shame because we like this restaurant

When I eat indoors at Vieux Duluth, everything is always excellent. On the other hand, for take-out orders, very disappointed: rusty and withered salad, very little rice, very dry chicken skewers. However when I ordered online, I was told to pick up my order by 6:02 p.m., I arrived at 6:03 p.m., so no delay on my part to pick up the order. No more takeout orders for me at Au Vieux Duluth in Lévis.

We ordered takeout on February 14 (covid oblige) and we were not disappointed. The dishes were pretty, the food appetizing and everything was delicious. We thought we would have to reheat the food once we got home and no, everything was hot. We ordered the surf&turf, chicken breast with butterfly shrimp (extra shrimp) and a souvlaki skewer for my daughter and all three of us were very satisfied. We stopped going to this place a few years ago because we were always disappointed but now, we are definitely going to go back for a visit when it reopens. In addition, the young woman who took our order the day before was very nice. We even called the opening on the same day of the order to advance the take-out time and the young woman, always so friendly, made the change without problem. Thank you to the whole team for allowing us to enjoy ourselves this Valentines Day evening, despite being confined at home!!

Excellent...we drive for 1.30 hours without hesitation to live a most pleasant culinary experience... Shrimp or filet mignon prepared with care...its very good...a good mix with rice and potatoes...in addition to the Homemade vinaigrette....its a treat... These are our favorite dishes for me and my wife.. The trip is worth it... Fast service....and relaxing tasting... We have loved this restaurant...for years... Congratulations to the project managers of this organization....

Went to the restaurant with a 7 p.m. reservation, offered a table near the entrance!! put us at another table and a good 10min before the waitress asked us if we wanted something to drink, its 40° outside according to you (nothing special, water) For the service was long, customers older than us (55+) passed before and no longer listened to these customers Me and my partner left disappointed with the place

15 minutes at the table without seeing a waitress. 45 minutes of waiting to receive our order. So an hour wait for a plate with a small 8 ounce of salmon and a large salad that takes up half the plate for $22. Its very disappointing.

No dressing in the salad which was not fresh, no bread at the table, limp shrimp and mushy rice. We had a nice waitress who introduced us to the boss...very condescending, not listening...He tells us that he only has 2% of customers who are not satisfied...He dares to tell us that he doesnt put vinaigrette in his salad because there are several women on a diet. Its a shame to talk to customers this way! We paid 100% of our plate, for having barely eaten. I will never recommend this place.

We went to eat Thursday August 13, 2020 at Vieux Duluth Lévis, we each ate a steak. The soup and dessert were delicious, however the steaks spoiled the pleasure; the cooking was inadequate, the blue steak was rare and the medium less cooked than the blue. The waiter Daniel deserves 6 stars but the griller 2 stars, I still give 3 stars for Daniels excellent service. For the price paid for the meal, it would be nice to have the desired cooking.
