Very good service, the services are super good, the waitresses are very nice and fast, me and Lionel are considered regular customers, well done to your entire team.

The service was ordinary, there were 14 of us and they always forgot a dish or a glass of drink. I even had to go to the kitchen to report that there was still someone who had not been served. My partner received a Caesar salad without croutons, bacon or cheese. It was our first and last experience.

Very nice restaurant! Super clean and the design is impeccable. It was our first time. The food there was ok. I had a burger and my patty didnt seem fresh and it was stiff. The $10 cake was not soft and it was cold, just like the plate. The rest was good. For the service, the lady at reception was really very nice and helpful. However, we almost didnt see our waitress, she didnt come to fill our glasses with water, the service was very long. They had forgotten the sauce on my boyfriends plate and we had to ask for it, she didnt even realize it. Arrivals around 7:30 p.m. and departures around 9 p.m. However, there is free and unlimited popcorn to help you wait. Kid-friendliness: High chair without tray available. Childrens menu and placemat for drawing. But no pencils offered.

We really liked what we ate and very reasonably priced. The owner is very friendly and takes good care of his customers. We will definitely go back.

The scam in the service I really didnt appreciate that at all. And it s because I m a person who doesn t like problems that I refrained from overdoing it or asking for a refund! The waitress came after taking my order and told me if I wanted shrimp on the side. I asked her if that would take away the fries that came with my order (bavette) since it doesnt say shrimp anywhere; she told me no they will be put aside with the fries I said oh okay since it said promotion on the menu. She came with 3 small shrimp and then at the end invoiced me for $7, while telling me that each time the customers have the same reaction (the fact of being invoiced for something that was offered to them) but its is theft in real life if everyone has the same reaction its because everyone was fooled by offering shrimp then at the end charging the person and saying that it was extra its a FLIGHT!! And it s dishonest! $7 for 3 shrimp is rubbish and its not the price thats the problem but the way you fool people is just not fun!

The server was super friendly despite the crowds and one less person serving. Good experience in general, although the sausages accompanying my omelette were superfluous.

The vegetarian pizza with grilled vegetables is excellent, the fries are crispy. The caesar salad had too much dressing, ask for it on the side if you dont like it soaking in it. Impeccable service, friendly and smiling people.

Good food and great price

What a great restaurant with passionate people who serve us with so much attention! The food is good and very affordable too. A great place whether as a couple, with friends or even with family!

Quality/freshness of the food was very disappointing. Came halouimi, very good taste but sauce out of the fridge which made my cheese cold. Chicken souvlaki, skewers extremely tasty however, the rice seemed to be canned and overcooked, the Greek salad with... lets say it probably had half a cup of oil and the salad didnt hold together due to its quality... actually full of soft black pieces almost in a liquid state I was stunned... I expected that I would be offered a small discount especially since my husband only took a Greek salad and ate two mouthfuls due to the quality...absolutely nothing. However, they will have a word in the kitchen... in short, go and have a drink on the terrace, highly recommended! Food to avoid. I thought about taking a photo but I found it really too embarrassing for the restaurant.

With the $7 lunch promotion we waited 30 minutes to get a table only to be told by the waitress that there were no more strawberries or Hollandaise sauce it seems to me that they could have made more the Hollandaise sauce or the hostess could have informed us

The food is very good, starter, main meal, I had to wait 15 minutes to get my bill even though I had asked for it.

My husband had a mocktail spilled on him, ok the waitress apologizes!! Returned to coffee with a dirty spoon!!! Start of service no placemat before our main meals... Replacement of our napkins following the spilling of the mocktail... We had to ask for them!!! PRETTY SIMPLE THANK YOU!!! I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THAT I WOULD NOT CHARGE YOU FOR THE MOCKTAIL AT LEAST!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH BARBIES FOR THE EXPERIENCE!!!

To begin with, the service was very average, the waiter was nice, but nothing more, how can I say that it deserved a 5% tip more than a 15%. Then, the atmosphere was not necessarily pleasant, it was disappointing. Also, the food was literally tasteless. I took a Barbie burger, you didnt taste the cheese at all, it was very lacking in sauce, the meat had no spice and was dry around the edges. The bread was yellow and not at all appetizing. Finally, the fries were clearly frozen fries bought at the grocery store and not made in the store. In short, I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

I went to eat at Barbies with my boyfriend on a Friday evening! There was almost no one there on a Friday at 7 oclock in the evening... We were seated and 20 minutes later no water was even served so it was the hostess who had to come and give us her glass of water since he excessively lacking in use! Waited 20 minutes for a pitcher of beer! We were asked mushroom with flank steak? we said yes without knowing that Cetais was an extra since he didnt mention it of course we saw it on our bill! $120 for our 2 plates and a pitcher of beer in no way satisfied and repelled by their tac tik to add extras without warning us that it is one! defrauds customers, customer service ROTTEN TO SUCH A POINT, basic food quality steak boot sole and frozen fries... $120 at the drain!!!! A good restaurant, with very good service, and fast. In 10 minutes, the starter was already on the table!! (The nachos were very delicious!!) I found the plate of raised side to be small...not worth the price...good but not much meat on it... On the other hand, the butterfly shrimp 5/5!!

Nice family place. I had a classic burger with sweet potatoes and spicy mayo. It was very good. We had good service, but we waited a little before we were welcomed. For your information, meals are free for children 12 and under. I recommend this place for families.

We waited at the entrance for a very long time, on a Wednesday, we had reservations, 1 waitress, 1 butler. I ordered the half rib, it was small, dry, and frankly ordinary. Lea fries tastes the fries from a&w. The coleslaw is tasteless. My daughter had the lasagna, halfway through the dish she complained of stomach aches. We wanted to leave and bring my daughters dessert, the waitress told us that they dont make doggy bags. We took the onion soups to replace the starter soup, $6 for the soup, its exaggerated for what it is.

Very long service, even non-existent at times. Having not heard from the waiters for a good ten minutes, we had to go get a pitcher of water ourselves. The restaurant is really beautiful and the waitress Isabelle was up to standard but the meal was not, we took 2 flank steaks, both were full of pork and one was bathed in blood, the accompaniment for one was fries that taste like the AW and the second a big bowl of rice and for the 2 nothing else presentation was not successful, finally I ate about 6 fries, my wife a few spoonfuls of rice, we were given a discount of 10.$ but I paid a bill of 45.$ for having had junk. No more Barbies for me

We had a reservation for 8 people on Saturday August 12, when we arrived at 5:00 p.m. practically no one in the restaurant, it was sunny so we wanted to go to the terrace, the one who welcomed us at the entrance (very courteous) us accompanied us outside to get us settled. A few minutes later, a waiter came to tell him in a rude tone that the boss decided not to open the terrace, so they had to move inside!!! Almost 30 minutes later, we noticed that the same rude waiter was seating people on the terrace!!! My partner, not in a good mood, asked him why he didnt come and tell us that the terrace was finally open, he had an arrogant air and seemed to be totally cringing about it. In addition, one of the people who were with us pointed out to him at the end of the meal that he had not charged him the right glass of wine which was more expensive, in an arrogant way, he pulled it on the table for him. $2 for envelopes charged (ridiculous amount but it was on principle) not to mention the very slow service but when it was time to pay, it was quick. One thing is certain, we will never set foot there again, hoping that someone from management will read this message to teach this waiter to be polite and to change jobs if that doesnt suit him

I have been eating at Newfoundland restaurants in Terrebonne this year and this restaurant is where I have been served the worst food. Starter of bruchetta with croutons as hard as a rock dripping with fat and which tastes too much like garlic, and the worst Steak of my entire life, hard as the soles of boots with nerves, completely failed cooking and the Steak sauce which tastes like water with a crust on top.. After this experience I can guarantee you that I will never return to one of these franchises and that I would never advise people I know to go there.

UPDATE: they welcomed us last minute when La Cage lost our reservation (group of 15 people). Thank you for your service! I ordered a takeout order. The price was more than reasonable (really cheap)... so I wasnt expecting much in terms of quality and, to my great surprise, it was quite the opposite!!! One of the best quality/price restaurants in Lévis. Yummmm!! As a bonus, pleasant staff. I will definitely return.
