St romuald, ordered western omelette Monday October 7, good and fast service, imperfect cooking, the egg whites were not cooked, it was cooked on one side only, not grilled, I only ate one end, I covered the rest with the napkin

L ambiance est bonne et familiale. Le service courtois. Par contre les portions sont raisonnables tout au plus. Je suis resté sur ma faim. Les Lattés gouttent le café filtre avec de la mousse. Il faut demander pour avoir de l eau. Et si vous êtes un groupe arrivez tôt car il n y a pas de réservations et c est bondé de monde! Je suis prêt a y retourner, mais sans trop d attente.

First, the place is very dirty, it took us more than 20 minutes to take our order and 30 minutes to bring us what we ordered. And the food was not well cooked, the truth is that it was a very bad experience unlike other branches.

Very dirty place and the waitresses are only talking to each other, they take a long time to serve you.

Good service, nice dishes and well located for its proximity to several shops including Costco (good idea to have lunch there before going to the grocery store). This B&F is also close to the highway, easily accessible. The place is clean but the number of places seems a little limited to me. Parking: Parking shared with an A&W. Kid-friendliness: There are benches at the tables and the mens toilet room has a cabinet with a changing table. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility ensured by the absence of stairs and a direct entrance from the outside (from the parking lot). The toilet room also seems big enough to accommodate.

I cant remember her name but we had the waitress with the greatest joy of life, it was very pleasant with our hangover. Food at the chains standard, always good.

Une fin de semaine sur 2 mes oeufs sont pétés, mes patates pleine de jaune... lorsqu on demande des oeufs tournée c est pour avoir le jaune coulant mais seulement lorsqu on le mange!! Mettre une pelleter de patate par dessue des oeufs tournée dans un plat pour apporter...c est certain que les oeufs sa resiste pas longtemp! Manque pt de formation... mais très décu!

I have been eating at this restaurant for at least 6 years and usually I get the choco banana crepe which has always been good but today I tried the maple brioche bread duo which is for a limited time and wow that is was good. (I took a photo but I dont see the option).

Sometimes things are forgotten in the bag during take-out orders, it happens. I communicated with them twice about this and was heard, very courteous and professional communications. In restaurants I have always had a good experience. The restaurant is freshly renovated and very clean. In both situations, the service is always #1, the waitresses are smiling and friendly.

I had lunch in this restaurant and I can only warmly recommend it. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional, attentive service, which set the table for a most pleasant experience as I asked for another table in a better location as it was right next to the kitchen and I could not arrive not to hear my partner speak who did not flinch to change tables for us. The quality of the food was according to our expectations, well presented dishes and maple flavors to sweeten the mouth, which awaken the taste buds. As for the prices, they were quite reasonable considering the quality of the dishes and the service. This restaurant offers excellent value for money. I look forward to my next visit!

Very disappointed...I am a regular customer but if Nicolas....I have very poorly eaten...cold potato. Bacon lasts..no coffee stove. Its sure you wont do anything but still one less customer...this is the time. In addition I told the waitress and no apology or offer. Disappointment at my lunch on March 6, 2024. I was refused a junior meal because their policy is that it is reserved for under 10s! I insist on a smaller plate because I m not hungry enough for an adult ! Refusal. I explain that there will be waste and that this is not acceptable. The waitress cant do anything about it! It s similar to lunches at McDonald s a few years ago, served only before 11 a.m. Restaurant chains want $$ and not food impact and customer needs.

The fruits were not fresh. The brown strawberries and the slimy honeydew melon.

Always great service and tasty food

My problem with the place is that some of the employees have a memory of the people they served in the past, and it is to their detriment. When two waitresses talk behind customers backs, its tough. I dont go there anymore. Not to mention that my last lunch was served with fries at 7:45am rather than potato wedges.... no really. the decaf is never ready when I go to lunch, so I always wait at least 10 minutes before a decaf coffee. normal? Dont be in a hurry.

La serveuse ne nous écoutait pas, était peu ou pas présente, la nourriture avait une odeur bizarre, nous n avons pratiquement pas mangé et par chance car nous avons eu de gros maux de ventre suite à notre sortie! I am very surprised I came across a bad day, bacon overcooked and steamed to soften it, potatoes overcooked even dry, toasts undercooked with a cause of orange which is not much decoration. after the photos we see on the menu. Certain that I return more with a bill of almost 40.00 me and my wife are very disappointed. Really the decline since the beginning of opening I think it will be difficult to put things back in order.

For the first time I really appreciated it. Good portions with lots of big bacon, too bad we just almost had one in my town. The lady who served me was very welcoming and advised on my choices. She deserved a big tip. Lol.

Very nice waitress but something was missing in my order. It s ordinary to pay and not have vegetables or cheese in my maple pan There was no offer of discounts or refunds in St Romuald. We added cheese and offered me vegetables but still I expected to eat what I ordered. And yet I have never had a problem before. Very disappointing!

On two occasions it took 30 minutes to be taken care of and given my comment, I was answered each time in a non-courteous and expeditious manner. The waitresses should take an ABC course in speaking to their customers. Parking: The storefront offers few seats and it s a narrow space.

Good experience overall. The breakfast potatoes with the seasoning are ordinary. In my smoked salmon bagel there was a lot of onion and capers; I packed it all in, so unfortunately wasted. The waitress was friendly.

We went to dinner last Wednesday and we each had a crispy combo. Unfortunately both plates were cold with the exception of the crispy French toast which was a little warm. The waitress brought us our plates and we didnt come back until I asked her for the bill. $50 with tip is a lot to pay for cold eggs and everything else except French toast, not even a refill of coffee. We used to eat at this restaurant when we went to Costco but I think that was the last time.

I went there when I arrived and the day I left. Everything is pleasant: hearty and very good plate. The young, friendly staff. Parking: Easy to park right in front.

The service is really good service

Its not like before, the waitress only came once to reheat the coffee I started to drink it, the cup was still full! There was no more applesauce and no more peanut butter! In the future, I will go elsewhere to treat myself.

I love this branch! I always see the same faces among the employees, which leads me to believe that they are well treated. Always polite, cheerful, you can even hear them singing in the kitchen. Wow 1st visit to Ben and Florentine. A super tempting menu it was difficult to choose. When I arrived I saw lots of customers leaving with duggybags and I understood why the plates are huge. The service was excellent even though the restaurant was packed. My lunch choice was delicious. Already looking forward to going back.

I bought my parents a $175 gift card online. They never received it. They talked about it physically at the restaurant. They assured them that they would sort everything out and then nothing. So I lost $175 on a phantom gift card. Avoid this restaurant chain. They are scammers!

I give 2 stars because I have always loved this lunch restaurant. This is the place I always go, but unfortunately your famous, delicious potatoes have disappeared? How sad. My frying pan, very sad quantity for $17 with an extra for the 2nd egg.. New atmosphere in the restaurant due to the renovation but the quality of my meal, we will come back.. Our plates were lukewarm, without your potatoes, I dont count come back for lunch soon. Despite good and fast service, the quality is no longer there..

I ordered avocado eggs benedict to take out. There was barely any avocado under my eggs and the ones that were there were completely rotten and black. The bacon was also half cooked. I tried calling to find out what happened and never got an answer. I find it completely ridiculous to pay more than $20 for a plate and service with tip for a lunch that I only got to eat the potatoes and fruit. Its not a mistake to accidentally put rotten avocado in lunch, its a conscious action. Im really not someone who is demanding towards restaurants since I know that they are struggling with a lack of staff, but there it makes no sense to provide non-consumable food. Such a service would require a full refund, but not possible to speak to anyone.
