Excellent service. Quite surprising to see the young waitresses so attentive. (October 2024) Excellent service from Caroline (December 18, 2024) Parking: Breakfast bowl of oatmeal very good and not expensive.

Varied menus, hot food. Only downside: if more than 4 people, it is better to book.

No problem with the service but the food was really average as seen with the waitress. The avocado was black on my plate, my childs chocolate donuts were charred, the fruit was not ripe and the coffee tasted like water... disappointing

On site, great restaurant. Never placed an order on their website. If you ever order online, use Uber Eats, DoorDash, Skip terrible pickup service. In addition, there is really, really less food when ordering online than in a restaurant. (See photo) In short, hoping that the situation will eventually be resolved.

A lunch like I like. The roasts are very good in household bread. Egg cooked to perfection as requested and sausage good enough (3). I recommend. Waiting time without reservation 15 minutes, no problem.

Toutes des adolescentes qui passent le balais autour des tables pendant qu on mange. La propreté du plancher semblait être plus important que les clients! On n y retournera pas!!!

I was disappointed for the third time with the quality of the food, luckily the service made us forget these meals. For the moment this restaurant must fix the kitchen, cooking, or completely change the recipe of these products. (If I wanted to eat at home and reheat my food in the microwave I wouldnt have to pay as much for this restaurant). Quite a commercial atmosphere, nothing to complain about.

I am always surprised by the service which is excellent every time. The young waitresses are so nice and smiling. I have often tried other lunch restaurants and I never receive service like at Ben and Florentine in the city of Lévis. A big thank you to Sophia who helped me today, you are great

We asked which was faster: sit down or take out. After the response from the hostess we took take-out. People were seated afterwards, were served, 40 minutes later, we had to ask for the order. Answer: an oversight in the kitchen (understandable). We asked for a smoothie while waiting, the hostess came back with the smoothie and the bill. Superb service at Ben and Flo Lévis. We were asked at least 4 times if we wanted coffee (a rare commodity in other lunch restaurants) and the service was quick :) Its worth the trip! I recommend the brie and blueberry French toast with granola, honey and vanilla yogurt. The latte is more or less worth it, Ive had better ones elsewhere, but the iced bellini is worth trying.

An almost perfect visit (delicious meal, alert and present waitress). I strongly advise you not to place yourself on the table near the toilets... firstly the floor is so disgusting that our chairs slipped even while sitting on it, and everyone who passed by us was on the verge of falling and smell... having known, I would have waited 10 minutes more for another table.

Sophia was amazing (give her a promotion) and the food was top notch. The banana chocolate crepe was really good, 100% recommend.

When I go to Lévis, I always stop at Ben & florentine because it s so good

Waited over an hour for our food. My crepe was a very flat pancake not a crepe, and there was an eggshell in my egg.

We had lunch at this place this morning and it was rubbish. I took the bacon and apple eggs benedict my bacon still looked alive on the plate and the whites of my 2 eggs were leaking because they were not cooked and my fruit was not edible and rotten. The waitress (who was really nice with perfect service) offered to change the eggs but I didnt have time to wait for another plate since I was working. She inquired with her boss who dared to charge me for the potatoes and fruit. I dont recommend anyone to eat there

We were served by Mégan, she offered great service from start to finish, always a big sincere smile, the dishes were really good, everything was great! Apart from my eggs which were a little overcooked, I have nothing to say!

We cant place ourselves where the table moves all the way. We ask for a chocolate crepe plate with no yolk egg and a ten out of ten plate with egg no yolk and crepe. And we receive for the banana chocolate crepe plate The no banana egg pancake with the yolk And for the ten out of ten an egg with yolk and a waffle instead and for the smoothie we ask for a strawberry smoothie and we receive a pineapple smoothie, nasty mistake and for all that we dont have a discount

The staff is smiling and welcoming. The waitress Sophia who served us today, October 22, at the Lévis branch, was cheerful and gave impeccable service. The Philly steak dishes are excellent.

Hello, we ordered some dishes from you today on Uber Eats and we are very disappointed, I would even say its a shame to pay 20 dollars or so for the healthy menu and receive 1 slice of bread with guacamole with salad scattered, its unacceptable... there were no eggs either even though theyre supposed to be there. everything was cold and upside down. In addition, we ordered 2 pancakes and only received one. Really disappointed and ashamed.

We were charged 3 times on our credit card on site, they tell us that they cant do anything now since there is no manager and to call back the next day (Sunday). The next day, they told us that they do not balance the boxes on the weekend, that they will call us back when it is done. We returned on Wednesday since we had no return, on site the manager told us that he would give us a transfer within 1 hour or 2 maximum. Of course we didnt receive anything. Its not normal to have to fight to be reimbursed for a mistake made by the company. Ben and Florentine are seriously lacking in service and honesty. Advise the customer to be careful when paying.

I went today and it was too crowded, they took an hour and a half after ordering to serve the food and the eggs and waffle weren t cooked properly. We asked for a discount, they offered a coupon. We just ended up not paying for one plate but I still think it wasn t a good deal after all the ordeal. The waitresses were nice but if they make a mistake like this they should be more fair without one having to ask many times. You can go there on a weekend and try your luck.

We have been regulars at Ben&Flo for years. This morning we were very disappointed with our lunch. No peanut butter. Small dish of cream cheese with a border that said it had been made a long time ago. Roasted potatoes that tasted like old oil. And finally, the bagel which tasted like the old bagel with a freezer taste and hard to chew!! I dont think Ill be going back there for a long time unfortunately!!!

We eat really well and its excellent but unfortunately every time I come the service is extremely long which is a shame...

First time going there today. I had the deluxe cheeseburger with chipotle, it was killer! If I had listened to me, I would have recommended another one. Even the pickles were excellent, although I generally hate them. Impeccable service!

Twice this week they forgot half of my take-out order, the first time I went back and waited 25 minutes more to get the rest, without apology or compensation, I said to myself, thats it Happens sometimes. The 2nd time, I had already gone to my friends house after picking up our order and there was only the dish for my friend, I had nothing. I asked for a full refund of the bill given that there were 2 of us who had to dig into a single dish because of their forgetfulness and they only reimbursed mine, because according to them, the first dish was eaten..well yes .. for 2 people on the dish bravoooo The lack of staff and the new staff do not explain your way of poorly repairing your errors You have lost a very good client

We were a group and everyone was satisfied.

There was an error and we waited over 45 minutes with the children to receive their order. That of my partner and I was still late, to the point where we asked for take-out (the children had time to finish their plate, it had been almost an hour and a half since we arrived at the restaurant). Arriving home, the bread was missing for one dish and the hollandaise sauce for the other. It was certainly good, but all these mistakes leave a bitter taste.

Not so bad, its passable... I didnt really like the presentation of the plate and my potatoes were dry... and the taste, well, Ive already tasted lunches better than that... but I wont come back here again unfortunately.
