Swing and a miss for my second visit. I ordered the Fish Taco bowl, adding tofu and capers (and a tip) for a grand total of $35. Pretty steep but it’s good, right? Well…the first time I walked over, I was given the incorrect order. Upon discovering this back at my hotel, I returned someone else’s bowls and picked up mine. Not a big deal aside from delaying my dinner for an hour. Except that it turns out that $6 of added tofu amounts to 12 tiny cubes, while the $1.50 of capers was missed entirely. Total ripoff.
Food is ok. Pricey. Recommend sauce on the side. Place looks clean, modern. My impression of the service was not welcoming. Will not return.
Wow ! It was my first time there and I must admit that I was afraid to pay 20$ to get only a big bowl of rice with only few green leaves on it... and I got quite the opposite ! I ordered the Ponzu and my mother took the Hygge. Both incredibly delicious and well-balanced ! It was a generous amount of healthy food on a thin layer of rice. All the products tasted fresh. We will definitely go back when we need "fast" food. The staff was also patient and friendly :)
Simple, tasty poke bowls with fresh ingredients. The prices are reasonable, the menu is small but we've tried everything and it was all delicious.
Great find! Great quality food, generous portions. The food definitely deserves 5 stars. I gave it 4 stars because the tables were not wiped and there were a bunch of dirty bowls piled up, waiting to be cleared. We were the only ones in the place at the time.
Very good! But the compostable bowls are useless as there is only garbage and recycling on site. Unfortunate green washing

The atmosphere is cold, ordinary decor, no music, small table, little uncomfortable chair. We ordered 3 identical dishes and received 3 dishes prepared in different ways, some did not have the same ingredients. The food was good but nothing more, expensive for what it is.

What an unpleasant experience. Order 2 poké for $46, take your order for a picnic and realize once youre gone that 2 to 3 ingredients are missing from each bowl. Not at all satisfied after eating. The clerk on this Thursday evening looked stupid like I have rarely seen. No sound came out of his mouth during the entire transaction, so much so that I thought he was mute. No response to my hello, nor to anything I said to him. Never again

Super good your bowls and poké but very spicy the one and pork. The bowl is not very big. I would have liked to be informed that I could change the algae... For the proteins it is up to you to add more for a normal adult portion and change the price accordingly if necessary
Order bowls. Finding hair in his bowls. Call and be promised a return from the owners. No returns. Remind. Getting sent for a walk. Worst restaurant experience this year...For $70 more! Keep your money.

I ordered on their website they never received the order its not their fault but it made me sweat a little. I was told it would just take 5 to 10 minutes, which was true. Fair price. I dont like pokebowl so it was okay. Not much meat too much rice. The branch was correct but the site was cat food. No need to tell me to contact you, I ordered from you to please someone.
A delicious stop on the road! We will definitely stop there again. Fast counter service and my Ponzu poké was frankly delicious even if the quantity of fish could have been a little better... its still very reasonable compared to the price. My friend had a pokérrittos and found that the Nori had softened quickly, so the texture of the seaweed was not very pleasant and it was difficult to eat. But the flavor of the content was good.
For the price paid, we didnt get our moneys worth, I finished eating and Im still hungry! It was very good but very small portion in my opinion!
Impeccable service and crazy flavor. Everything is masterfully portioned to create the best flavor combination. And what about the habanero-lime sauce, I would put it in my salad every day.

Very good, faultless service. The only negative point is that many of the pokes have coriander and thats just a personal taste, fortunately there are delicious pokes without coriander ;)

Je suis une accro du Bol et Poké Lévis depuis son ouverture....jai essayé tous les bols.(tous délicieux)..mon preféré le fish taco....un jour jai essayer le big island ils avaient oublier dy mettre le gingembre...jai communiquer avec la gerante ...et elle mas donner une carte cadeau pour l oublie...wow ça cest un bon service client....le meilleur!!!!

4 of us came in the hope of having a nice family meal. The waitresses were unpleasant and not at all efficient. We waited for around twenty minutes on the terrace and had to enter the restaurant so that they could resume preparing our orders. Too bad for a fast restaurant, especially since we were the only customers present. The poke is not bad, although light on some toppings. The trio formula originally offering a bowl, sparkling water and a macaroon was served to us with a frozen ball of oats and chocolate smaller than a golf ball for dessert.

Really disappointed Very light pokes, à la carte dessert not available and the (very small) cereal balls offered as a replacement served frozen In addition, the waitresses are shockingly slow and not very pleasant.

Wow! When it comes to poké bowls, you can t do better in Lévis! The ingredients are fresh, the flavors perfectly combined and their options are varied. The Big Island is perfect for lovers of spice, a real favorite. Special mention to the impeccable service of the employees!
Aujourdhui, jai été servi par Catherine. Excellent service avec un acceuil impeccable. Jai pris un pokéritto island roll et je nai pas été déçu. Non seulement cétait succulent, mais il était roulé à merveille. Si vous cherchez un endroit avec des produits frais et un menu rempli de saveurs, je vous le conseille. De mon côté, je reviens cest certain!
Delighted to have a bowl and poké on this side of Levis, no need to go all the way to Quebec to enjoy this delicious restaurant. Very friendly staff! There is a little improvement to be expected to match the Quebec branches, there was an ingredient missing in my bowl and that of my partner, as well as sauce.
