The quality of the food is very mid. The burgers taste as bad as mcdonald. At least there is a lot of choices. The ice cream is worst then mcdonald. It was hard get in touch with them. I needed to call three time to be able to to talk to them. The person that talked to me didnt sound like she wanted to be there. I cant say anything about the atmosphere because its always closes in the inside. Its always just drive truh. I understand they dont have the employe to open tho. I just hope they will find someone soon. Edit. i keep receiving the wrong order. i tried to give you guys another chance and i shoudnt have done that. i did a first order that i canceled because i didnt order the right thing. then i order a second time with what i really wanted. the order i got was the one i canceled. so i ask for a refund, i got my refund. so i do another one and still didnt get the right order. i swear to god. Dont order from there.
There were 3 young fellows working and one older lady. We noticed the larger lad had rubbed his nose and picked up a hamburger bun with no gloves on. We left discussed.

Worst service ever, the manager just yell at me, there was no sign that was only drive-through, and the door was open, so I entered to ordered because I don’t have a car and she kept yelling at me that why I was inside? , I tried to explain but she only continue yelling and also she gave me her back, horrible experience..... don’t recommend it at all!!!!!!

the worst burger I had in a fast food chain. it was so burnt, it almost tasted like charcoal. after I ate at this place, I decided never to eat again in a burger king.
Burger bun that falls apart, dry meat, lukewarm fries, not fresh fried onions... its difficult to enjoy the experience. Certainly I will never set foot here again. My 7 year old son begged me to never take him to eat there again.

to be wary of the service by app because their app asks you if you need help when ordering and refuses the order and you should not start your order again but rather cancel it yourself because I have done it three times and I had the third order and they charged me three, so $35 charge for a trio at 8.95 before tax, if I hadnt checked my account at my bank I would never have known, this restaurant is the best in quebec the burger king de levis but as for the burger king app site it really sucks, compared to mc do their site at mc do es while you havent had your order complete there is nothing to load but burger king you order and load it right away before you go to your order nasty crosseur app that!

Once there was a waitress who dropped my burger on the floor and gave it back to me and she emptied the trash and she doesnt know how to wash her hands it wasnt very clean but otherwise other than that the service is still good but as far as the kitchen is concerned its at the level uh for the burger there it escaped my burger on the floor thats it

Worst service ever Long and cold food
I ordered myself an authentic chicken burger and received my order. The bread was barely warmed and hardly any toppings. I poured myself a coke and it was completely degassed and no more ketchup in the dispenser. I mentioned it to the cashier but nothing was done.

The manager on site (Wednesday July 3, 2024) refused to give me the Wednesday Whopper discount on my Impossible Whopper, even though I never had a problem before that. I had to order online to get the Whopper Wednesday discount. Terrible service.

I went twice in 1 month, the first time, either because she was a team leader, because she was not dressed in a burger king costume. I thought she didnt have a hairnet, (she was cooking in the kitchen). I mentioned to her and replied that she has a net. OR????. She had a ponytail on top of her head and the net covered only that tail and not the entire hair. The 2nd time, it was an employee who probably forgot because that can happen. I notified the team leader in place and everything was corrected. As for the food, nothing to say, everything was hot, hoping that I wont have any hair in my meal. As a loyal customer, Im not really picky, but when my veggie burger is burnt, my sundae arrives melted in the bottom of my bag and my slice of Hersheys pie is forgotten, the quality of the food and the service has really, really gone down. The only reason my evening today isnt 100% ruined is because I was able to get a refund from Uber Eats. The satisfaction I had with your restaurant is unfortunately gone... really disappointing

Bad service, racist cashier, plus I think its the manager (heaves a sigh while saying loudly - seriously? upon seeing a group of 4 Mexican workers). Restaurant in decay, opens and closes at hours that make no sense. Its a shame, because the burgers are really good compared to the competition. But they have service and well-maintained restaurants. They should take example and stop saying that staff is hard to find, if others can do it why not them...
Not enough sauce in my chicken sandwiches, I went for it because I had a taste for this sandwiches and I like the sauce they put inside, its barely 1/2 teaspoon tea that I had, really disappointed and there werent that many people. Always went back and asked it annoys me, do it right immediately and everyone will be happy. I was served by a very young boy, he was nice.
Great service around 2pm on a Saturday, the team is young but they work hard! Bravo to you for taking on this responsibility. The only negative comment is that several tables in the dining room were not cleaned.
I just received a delivery order where 4 drinks were missing. They were clearly written on the sealed bag that I received but were not inside so not the fault of the delivery person. Ive been trying to call for 10 minutes and I get voicemail and it just sounds busy. Why dont you answer 15 minutes before closing time and then you pick up the phone and it doesnt ring? Extremely disappointed with this customer service.

Unpleasant thing, the cleanliness of the toilets leaves something to be desired. Messy sink and counter and toilet paper on the floor. In the restaurant it was clean. When I was eating an elderly man came in and waited for a few minutes for someone to answer him but no one came although they saw him but they were talking together the man left without being served. We made a mobile order and went to the counter. Just the few minutes we were there the manager (Nancy) started shouting at the team in an unprofessional manner and belittling an employee in front of customers. The manager responded very stupidly when she was looking for my order, she made me look like an idiot because I hadnt been at the cash register for the order but thats what I had done. Thats why I understand the lack of staff... Beautiful renovations and good food despite everything ;)

I love the atmosphere of Burger King, now that the dining room is reopened and the staff is very active we can afford to go inside to relax and eat our Whopper, its such a classic of fast food catering. I feel great at my beloved local Burger King and I hope it stays open for a long time since their food is delicious and they have great deals on Uber Eats. Poor service and many errors in the order
Ive never had a problem with their food, but the customer service...thats something else entirely. I ordered at the drive-thru and went to the window, I gave my discount coupon, but the cashier didnt seem to know what to do with it so she went to get her superior (I presume ) and she takes the coupon, looks at me and says for those who cant read! It is clearly written that you must give the coupon BEFORE ordering!. I fully accept my mistake of not having read the entire coupon, but I do not believe I deserve this way of speaking which is totally disrespectful and lacking in professionalism. She didnt want to give me the discount because it was too late, but she ended up agreeing because I wasnt going to pay full price. She sighs, gives me the order again and tells her team back that shes disgusted with innocent people who cant read. I have never had such bad service in my life.

Just adjust your opening hours on your message when entering several times that several customers bump their noses on the door your card at the drive-thru and your door to enter indicates Monday 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day of the week but basically you always close at 3 p.m....its a bit annoying for families who wait at least 15 minutes without a response at the drive-thru!

Yes. Burger King continues to go down. Being told that the medium liquor is included in the price of the trio and arriving at the cash register with an extra of +/- $1.50, check. Mistakes happen, I wouldnt have minded them, but being yelled at afterwards makes me want to buy herbal tea from the person who served me.

Its been a long time since I went there. My whopper was very good. But the fries! We would have fries that had been sitting on the counter for a long time and then reheated. Like rubber. Really disappointed.
