It was better before, too much cheese not enough fries, you should lower your prices and offer an extra cheese option. The poutine still very good.

I made a detour for a poutine from this snack bar just outside the town of Levis Parking: Unfortunately a little outside of the big Levis but every now and then its worth the detour!

We arrived shortly before closing on a Wednesday and that didnt affect the service which was excellent and the galvaude poutine was just as good. Super good quality price

Rather ordinary recipes and interminable waiting times every time I go there, the only thing that is not bad is the employees who are nice, from my experience!

My husband and I were returning from a wonderful vacation in lower St-Laurent and wanted a good all dressed hot dog and made the mistake of stopping at this place, we ordered 2 all dressed hot dogs, with accompaniments, arrived at our table, we noticed that they were ketchup, relish and onion, there was clearly a mistake, I returned them and the owner told us that their all dresseds were like that, I dont understand, I told her that we are passing through so how are we supposed to know that Them they do it like that, all this by raising their voice with the pressure rising in their face, saying Im going to do it to you maam but its going to be long, I return to my place and 2 minutes later she calls me back This lady doesnt seem to realize that customers are her livelihood, if she no longer likes her work thats fine! I suggest she change areas! However, I would like to thank the young blonde girl who served me, she gave me good service, this is in no way her fault, the problem is the owner.

We took the bacon and onion one: the best poutine in the country. Neither more nor less.

The poutine and club we had were delicious! The place was crowded and we were served very quickly and with a smile! The poutine is worth the detour.

Poutine with minced steak and vegetables was excellent and overflowing with toppings Canteen potatoes the way we like them, large and tender. Very busy on this midsummer day but the service was still fast.

The girls are very nice but excuse me the food is not very good. Already the fries are not crispy and dripping with oil, we see that we havent even given them time to dry out a bit. The ketchup probably tastes like cheap ketchup. And Im not talking about the exorbitant price either! $5 for a small fry is a steal. Sorry but it doesnt deserve more than 3 stars even I think Im generous!

We went to the restaurant that evening, really disappointed because in addition to completely forgetting our order and not making it and waiting more than 30 minutes, several errors in the order. I had ordered 2 hot dogs with extra cheese, paid $1 each, so $2 extra, there was only one hot dog with cheese and I asked for ketchup in each and no hot dog had ketchup and no fries inside either. In addition, the poutine had almost no fries and sauce for average. Really disappointed to have waited more than 30 minutes for a rush order and forget it. There was no error in the order when I made it, the error came from the canteen, I am not the only one who forgot to place the order, it is not waiting to receive the order but completely forgetting to do it. There werent that many people before us, about 5 customers. Two orders were forgotten, we had to go and ask what was happening. This is the last time I go to this canteen because of the price and the service which is not very good. There is much better elsewhere and at a better price too. Im really not satisfied and I really dont recommend, keep your money to go to a better canteen.

There is a very beautiful park on the other side of Boulevard Guillaume Couture opposite to eat there if there are no places in the canteen. Very varied menu!

Slow service, dont be in a hurry. 24 minutes a hamburger and a poutine. Good proportion of fries and cheese sauce! Good original meatball and not frozen style from Costco. A little expensive for what it is but weve seen worse!

Their poutine is truly magic and its super affordable. The service is absolutely incredible and its truly the best experience Ive had with them in a long time. In addition, I would like to congratulate them for their poutine and majestic customer service, the best in Lévis, frankly! Well done it was delicious I give you a well deserved 5 stars the best poutine I have ever tasted!

The cuisine is excellent. Wide variety of foods. The service is fast and courteous. Prices are average. On the other hand, the portions are very generous. Parking: Parking is in front of the restaurant in the courtyard. There are enough places. Wheelchair accessibility: It can be difficult to access in a wheelchair. On the other hand, there are telephone orders.

The food is good. Exactly what we look for in a snack. The employees are smiling and friendly even if it is incredibly hot in the kitchens. The portions are VERY generous and of good quality. A very nice discovery.
