The roti burned in the morning did not look like it was given to the world, the egg was not cooked much either, it turned out to die on May 5, 2024, 9 a.m. a group of 10 people saw it lose a lot of customers and no butter, my roti had asked for its beautiful burnt black less beautiful thank you have a good day

Poutine is so good! The best in my opinion! Lots of cheese and perfect fries! Italian and tangy bbq sauce are my favorites!

I ordered a medium Italian poutine. There was very little cheese compared to other times. I returned with my poutine and was told that the cheese portions were calculated. Either they reduced their portions a lot, in any case, the guy didnt want to rebalance my portion. Very disappointing!!

Surprisingly, it was in a cheese shop where I ate the worst poutine of my vacation. The cheese was not melty at all. I wasnt expecting a fast food type service in a cheese shop.

The poutine is good, glasses of water are available for self-service, and these glasses, like the utensils, are washable; good point! The price remains rather high for a poutine without additions.

Their poutine is a real delight, I highly recommend it. However, the drive-thru can take a long time. The place is unifying and friendly, to please everyone.

My poutine was good, not very generous but good. My partner had a smoked meat sandwich but it was a real stuffing. Normally there is a certain thickness of meat but here the bread was thicker than the meat. The service was very slow, the employees were not sociable. Very expensive for what we had on our plates, especially this sandwich. I am very disgusted to pay for reflation.

Cependant, la poutine est très bonne, mais prix élevé. Le propriétaire devrait changer les paramètres de la machine pour retirer cette demande de pourboire au service au volant.

Ordered online at 6:22 p.m. for 2 medium, very ordinary poutines. The order was delivered to me more than 40 minutes later. 4 people at the counter folding boxes and 2 others at the cash register sorting bills. Hey! 1 at the checkout and the other for packaging is enough, the other 2 in the kitchens please.

This is the second time Ive found myself with a moldy bun... really ordinary.

Perhaps I was unlucky during my visit. The fries were undercooked. They were still crunchy and quite white. Poutine sauce deserves a better recipe. I tasted the 2 sauces available. The original sauce is too brown, thick and tastes like a brown steak ball sauce. The bbq sauce should be more inspired by that offered in Gaspésie. The big advantage they have is of course the abundant and tasty cheese curds.

For poutine and cheese

On January 14, 2023 we ate a poutine which was very ordinary, the fries were lukewarm and the sauce was diluted.....and tasted nothing. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us at this restaurant. If you can, get another Victoria.

Before, the pizza was on a real yeast dough and measured a good 7-8, now its made on a kind of dry commercial pre-made dough and were lucky if we reach 6 (in fact, the site online ordering still shows the image of the old pizza, so its a misrepresentation). The chicken fillets have become bites of chicken, the panini are even more grilled (now its just called a sub) and the cheese curds are in such large pieces that its unpleasant to eat one. poutine. If you take out, everything will be piled up in a bag and whats at the bottom will end up as crushed junk. Add the meteoric rise in prices to this steady decline in quality, and thats where Victoria finds itself today. When its more expensive to eat at Victoria than in the dining room at a rotisserie with a yellow roof known to be quite expensive, there are questions to ask yourself. 3-4 years ago, it was okay, but today, its not worth the price at all.

We came for dinner at least once a week, my family and I. But tonight was the last time. I find it ridiculous to make us refuse to taste the ice cream flavor of the week when the name says it, its a new flavor! My daughter is picky and she tasted the new kind every week until now before taking it. Too bad, we loved coming to eat at your place. With my teenagers, thats a lot of money youll lose in the future for a crumb of ice cream!

I am really disappointed today with the behavior of the service staff (Madam who does the cleaning) she treated my children and the rest of the food on the table as a mess . I was sitting with my friend in the next table eating our Poutine and she came over with the cleaning things and said to us: have they finished this mess?!. Im not a fan of their cheese but, having been there several times, I found the prices to be very high for the meal I received which was excellent by the way.

The signage and the building exterior looked attractive, and we decided to visit the location. The staff was friendly but the food was below average and the building interior look tired.

Long delays. I placed an order online to pick up thinking it would go quickly. I notify my arrival but I had to wait 20 minutes to receive my order while the other customers were served in order. I even had the privilege of attending discussions between employees. I mentioned it but the young people in the service do not have a customer approach apart from a simple Ah Good . No apology from them after paying $50 for fast food. The company has a gold mine in its hands but the customer experience remains to be reviewed.

Drive-thru service, do you often wonder why the service is slow? Do you see vehicles arriving and leaving the window quickly and other vehicles waiting 5 to 10 minutes? The answer is on the terminal that reaches out to you when its time to pay. Decided to leave a tip you give your order in less than a minute. For my part, the drive-thru should not be free so I put $0. I saw my order being placed in the bag at the start of payment and I still waited 10 minutes to leave. I do not recommend this team of dishonest employees
