Great service from Vincent 10/10, I ordered and within 5 minutes it was ready, really not disappointed with my Topla experience!

There is one thing that I dont understand, I always call Mac&chees with smoked meat and its often different.. little sauce, just enough and even too much sauce sometimes.. same thing for the heat of the food, lukewarm most of the time and rarely very hot. In short, the apartment has 2 flaws, I still give it 4 stars out of 5 because everything else is perfect :)

Released from a doordash leak, I broke my car mag and the exterior wall of my mothers house. The delivery man did not make an amicable report... the delivery man is called Richard and has a red car and left very quickly disrespecting me... but I had excellent service from you... from an employee named Abby

The menu is very disappointing.

3 times, 3 times mediocre. I waited 45 minutes for 1 mac and cheese. No sauce, hard dough, no taste and cold!

How much the quality has declined since the sale to Salvatoré! It s no longer the same team or the same manager the new staff and the manager are hard!!! To go from such a well-maintained restaurant and a really great team to that... I wont go back!!

What a disappointment! I ordered online for takeout. When I arrived, there were several people and the girl in front didnt know where to turn. She asked for a little help from the guy who does delivery I think, the latter was obviously not happy with this role. There was a lot of tension between the two employees. He did it by being very rude to the waitress than to me. When he gave me my bag, I asked him if there were 5 forks, he replied: I know that, you know! Its not my place to do that! » He looks at the other employee who tells him she doesnt remember. Hes telling me, you see, shes the one who should do it and she doesnt know it. I simply ask him to put 5 forks in the bag. He does this by making me feel that it was a very special request. He gives me 3 drinks, I tell him that he must have 5. He tells me that on the bill he sees 3. I look at the bill with him and realize that there are 5 drinks in total This moment of unease was not easy for him. When we unpacked the order, no dish was identified (my daughter and I had requested 2 gluten-free meals). I distributed the dishes according to what people had ordered, luckily all the meals were different... Unfortunately, my daughters dish and mine were not prepared with gluten-free pasta, we were sick as hell. dogs all evening. I will not return to this restaurant.

It was the first time in this chain and I am disappointed. There was very little choice on the menu. I chose penne with chicken and broccoli to take away. When I got home, I saw that there was no chicken and broccoli.

2 hours of waiting and the order still not arrived, despite a call an hour later that it was supposedly on its way.

Place a meal order for 4 for delivery. The order arrives, missing 1 meal out of 4. I call, they tell me that everything will be prepared quickly. In total I called 4 times. Each time the delivery man was assumed to have left with it and would arrive soon. I never received my supper. Very poor service. This will be the first and last time for us.

Visit on April 19 in the evening around 6:15 p.m. A disaster all round. The only positive point is the young girl who takes our order and who finishes in the kitchen because the other employee on site obviously cant do it. This said employee returns to the front of the counter to clear the kitchen and again he is not of much help. He puts the wrong orders in the trays, undoes and repacks the same bags of orders ten times (he himself tells me that he no longer has any memory), he cant find the invoices to attach to the correct one. place. He blames it all on his co-workers and only apologizes to the white customers who are there. The delivery man even had to go help in the kitchen when he returned from delivery. Resulting in pasta dishes that took over 40 minutes to receive. In addition to a racist and mixed-up employee who doesnt make you look very good. Not sure Ill go back!

I arrived during dinner. During my visit, the new boss is nice. Plus, my food has been excellent. The atmosphere is always good over the years. Fortunately, the quality has been picked up as in the past. The quantity also returned to what it was. THANKS!

Yesterday I ordered 2 MC cheese pulled pork, when we got there we decided to eat there!!!.. The pasta was very hard. She clearly lacked cooking. We notified the manager on site who decided to redo our dishes for us, well, the pasta was still disgusting and hard. The manager asks me if these are better and I tell him no. He told me he put them in the water 3 times. He commented to me the employees didnt cook the pasta enough...we ate from our plate but it really wasnt good. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!

We ordered 2 meals for my partner and I. When the order arrived we only received 1 meal. When we call to say the mistake he made on our order, we are told that he has a 2 hour wait to get another meal. We paid for 2 meals and will never get the 2nd dish. Thank you for the good service!

After waiting 10 minutes to order when no one wants to answer you and waiting 30 minutes for pasta that is ready under the stove, and employees looking at you with their thumbs twiddling, I finally had my pasta.. !

Where to start . A nice 30 minute wait watching 3 employees watching our meals under the stove. After looking at the bags and the bills for the first time, and a second and a tenth, I got my pasta, which tasted like the rest of the day before, for $20, its nonsense! We ended up laughing about it, a little more we had to go help them manage their orders! Should I specify that there were only 4 customers? I dont recommend it in any way.

I have been coming to this restaurant since around January and have always been satisfied. I come today and it s no longer the same employees. The food is not edible for a very long time to receive the order. New employees = last time I was there

Today I went to eat at topla! after my shift the panchetta creme was great and whats more I was surprised to have been served by a girl with blond hair who was very pleasant and smiling in addition to having served me very quickly. Thanks to her.

I rarely give such a low rating but untoasted garlic bread and tasteless pasta.

Nice waitress, only positive point. For the rest, order a regular portion and a large one, and when we return home we realize that they put 2 regular ones, mediocre quality of ingredients, inedible chicken, really low-end sauce, 2 pulled pork who are fighting at the bottom of the box the other pieces had to escape. $40 to have the same taste as a box of KD is frankly excessive. Only the dog managed to eat the chicken even if he hesitated a little. We went there to try, first and last time.

Order to go out, 2 minutes from residence. Already cold on arrival. Mac&Cheese pulled beef too sweet (question of taste?) Double portion spaghetti but only one portion of sauce ? The taste of everything sad the trash really liked the meal. Customer service when dissatisfied is non-existent. Eat or throw away it doesnt matter. No dish suggestions from us.

Relatively long order to receive. Overall it took me over 30 minutes to order and receive 1 adult dish and 2 childrens dishes, with around 4 people in front of me and barely 2 or 3 orders being delivered during this time. The employees at the counter were friendly but lacked concentration. The childrens meals were not given in the small boxes but in a large bag. They forgot to give me the juice and rice krispies (so I had to turn back even though I had already left). The dishes were good but the pasta was tough (had not yet reached al dente) and the dishes were dry because there was a lack of sauce. It was my first time at this Top so I dont know if its customary at this restaurant or just a bad day, but considering what it costs to eat at the restaurant, I wont go back.

INCORRECT DELIVERY OF SMALL FORMAT INSTEAD OF LARGE...

My children love this restaurant. Unfortunately, this is my last order and/or visit to this restaurant. The delivery service is excruciatingly long on fds evenings in addition to not using Uber drivers. Also, items are regularly missing; yesterday, in our order we received only a simple plate of legs without the accompaniments and I went to pick up my order due to the delay. ANSWER Its very simple, on busy evenings, please use Uber drivers instead of your driver and double check the order. I remain bitter about having to pay $48 for 2 childrens meals and 2 adult meals in the accompanying dishes. Good luck.

I ordered two regular sized mac & cheese via doordash. My order arrived with two dishes a third full. This is unfortunately my last order from Topla, far from having good value for money.

Mc and Cheese smoked meat cheese curds. The taste is good, the meat is rare but I understand because its not very expensive. The quantity is very correct. The service is fast and courteous. The place is clean. Its correct, it helps.

Al dente dough, a little hard to chew. There was a macaroni and a spaghetti in my pennates. Acceptable price for the quantity but still disappointed in general. First time and last time for me.

We ordered two meals through their website, they took the money from the credit card and we never received anything. We called several times and no answer. Yet Google, Facebook and their site all said they were open. They even appeared open on delivery apps.

On top of my lobster pasta it is where the lobster is only rosé sauce and pasta

I placed an online order totaling just 1 large Mac & Cheese bowl around 11:00 a.m. so that my order would be ready by 12:00 p.m. Arriving there, I was told that my order would be ready in a few minutes, however many other customers who ordered after my arrival received their orders before mine was even ready. Finally, I received my order at 12:25 p.m. with a regular size Mac & Cheese, even though I had ordered and paid for a large size. When I ate the Mac & Cheese, the pasta wasnt even fully cooked. Disappointment.

Ive tried to go there several times and its always closed even though its listed as open on the internet. A sheet on the door says that they are closed for reasons beyond their control, but here when its almost every day that the branch closes for good!

Ive tried to order or pick up directly from the restaurant several times, but its been several days since it just hasnt been open even though Google says otherwise. Disappointing I really liked this restaurant

The food is great, but I ordered this week online and also paid by credit card. I moved, I drove 20 minutes to get there and realize that the restaurant was closed for unforeseen reasons... Looking at the comments, Im not the only one to whom this happened.. Very disappointing. They could at least block online ordering when the restaurant closes unexpectedly..

First visit and we were very well received by Nikita and the delivery man. The service was excellent and they gave us good advice. We had the duck confit dish with 2 extra broccoli, green onions and cheese curds. The duck was excellent, but I would have liked more. I also found that there wasnt a lot of broccoli despite the extra. We tried the dessert verrines and they were really worth it, they were exquisite. Otherwise I would have liked a choice of whole grain pasta. Thanks and see you next time!

Ordered with doordash, no update, 1h35 wait for delivery which was done in a run when the restaurant closed depending on the restaurant and delivered with the top cart, but with the doordash extras...to be avoided ...

We waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken and we were the only ones at the counter who ordered, the tables marked with hygiene made were full of tomato sauce, I was told curtly that they did not have time to put them disinfected they were in the juice, for the meal they were out of penne my dish was cold so they had to heat it in the microwave loll. I recommend going to another topla you will be better served with a smile

Decent meal, but way too expensive for the quality of the pasta, very average service (stupid cashier), some of the sausages are undercooked (even though they cost $4 more as an extra). In short, I have already seen a lot better in other restaurants specializing in dough.

I love this fast food restaurant and the staff! Wonderful to be able to eat gluten-free there.... The only irritant: I use a wheelchair and as there is no automatic door its difficult to get in... especially since there is a small threshold! Other than that

Un super endroit pour faire changement des restos rapides qui servent tous le même genre de nourriture. Très bon, beau choix de pâtes, paninis et même quelques salades. Mention spéciale pour les repas pour enfants, la boîte du chaton, qui comporte plat de pâtes en portion suffisante, tube ou carré Rice crispies et breuvage pour à peine 5$.

Everything is delicious. For lunch I like the panini and smoked salmon trio with minestrone soup and drink. For dinner and lots of pasta with duck confit. Everything is worth trying. Beautiful, very good and not too expensive.
