A very disappointing experience at Mikes I ate at Mikes recently, and unfortunately, the experience was less than pleasant. I had requested a change in my dish, but the response I received from the manager was simply unacceptable. She informed me, in a very unpleasant manner, that if I wanted to change my dish, I would have to pay for both dishes. The tone she used was harsh, with no respect for me as a customer. She even appeared in front of me with an unprofessional attitude, hands on hips, without any courtesy. His behavior was very disrespectful which completely ruined my meal. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and unfortunately this restaurant failed to meet that basic foundation. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a minimum of professionalism and consideration.

In terms of cuisine its very good, the problem is more in terms of the companys recipes, in my case a seafood pizza was more of a pollock pizza, and still $40 for a 12 inch, yes I have extras at this price. My partner orders a supposedly gluten-free pizza online and a fries listed as gluten-free on the menu. She calls the restaurant to make sure it is truly gluten free, is informed that the fries are cooked in the same fryer where the breaded foods are cooked (so there is cross contamination) and that the so-called pizza gluten-free is cooked in the same trays that were used to cook the pizzas with wheat flour crust (again cross-contamination! Really, well done!) Its still incredible to realize that a restaurant like Mikes is not interested in the health of its customers who have food allergies that make them sick, and that this same organization wants to make a profit at the expense of health of its customers by displaying fraudulent and misleading information in its menu. How can a major restaurant chain like yours care less about the health of its customers like that? Its simply stunning. There was no manager on site to reimburse us for the order, plus the waitress left for 2 minutes in the back with the pizza to finally change her version of things and say that everything was correct. The two waitresses were giggling together when my partner left the restaurant and whats more, your bad pizza made her very ill. Everything these employees had to say about the lack of professionalism with the food allergies is that it was not their fault! Bright!! Worse still, the owner does not want to reimburse us!! Ashamed! I ve been in the restaurant business for 30 years, blah, blah, blah

Dining room service A1. On the other hand, upon delivery, EVERY time I order, there are errors on the order: forgotten, wrong order... And I am only offered a discount on the next order which STILL has errors. Its an endless wheel.

I cant say for the other Mikes, but this one is obviously well run by people who work with heart and who want to do well. A pizza that each time corresponds to my conception of a good all-dressed pizza, both in terms of the crust and the sauce or cheese. Fries grilled just right and crispy to perfection. Perhaps most importantly: we are consistent in the kitchen, the customer service is excellent and the delivery incredibly fast. Mikes has proven it a thousand times with us.

For lunch we tried General Tao chicken, me scrambled eggs and my boyfriend turned eggs. We have adored.

Incredible service. The menu is renewed and lots of diversity. There were 4 of us with different menus. It was very good and I would have liked all the snacks. Very much enjoyed the creamy soup with the good bread. Hmmm!

The staff is always very friendly and courteous. The food is excellent. Dietary restrictions: I always ask for no cheese for my husbands sub and its always okay.

Have a lovely evening much appreciated We were served by Elizabeth, exceptional service, she was on site for 1 1/2 hours, she came to see us 7 times to check that everything was perfect.

Service really not equal. Once is very good. I left after 15-20 minutes having seen no waitress. Just the hostess who assigned me a table. And it wasnt 50% full and its not the first time Ive been poorly served Following this visit I left 2 stars, they contacted me for my contact details, asked me for details and then no news or follow-up despite the promise.

The restaurant was clean. The waitress was nice. It was a new menu, I was happy. I ate the lobster pasta from the summer menu. The sauce was delicious and the portion was generous for my stomach, although I know I wasnt in a seafood restaurant, I would have appreciated seeing a few more pieces of lobster. Otherwise, general experience very good, but without artifice.

When my parents and I go to Eat at Always Mikes, its always to enjoy a Stuffed Crust Pizza. Service is good, prices for some products seem a little too high? (Im thinking of a bowl of soup of the day for $5.99). The atmosphere improves, the music in the dining room is less depressive than before.

The topping of the submarines is no longer like before you should always ask for extra meat otherwise it tastes more like bread than anything else

We are always satisfied with Mikes usually. However, we had the worst experience at this establishment. The waitress took 15 minutes before coming to see us, another 10 minutes before receiving our coffee (without milk or cream) which was not hot and did not taste like fresh coffee at all. Although the meal service was quick, the plates were very disappointing and small. We will return to Mikes, but not this establishment.

Very unpleasant to order from Mikes de Lévis every time I order pasta, they really dont put a lot of sauce but really not much barely if it tastes anything and I called to find out why and its because There are quantities to put which she told me and if I want more then I have to pay. But when you go directly to the restaurant, well there is a lot more sauce to understand nothing for my part they lost a customer who loved eating at Mikes now over. Especially at the price it costs

For my part I liked it, the food was good. However, my partner had a hair on his plate, he turned it over and when he finished the second plate, there was still a hair. Girls in the kitchen should wear a hair net as we found it a bit disgusting.

The timetable informs us that it closes at 3 p.m. (Tuesday) it is 2 p.m. and the door is locked. An employee came accompanied by customers who were leaving, I took advantage of the moment to point out to her that the closing time written on the door is 3 p.m., nothing to do, I apologize...its just a employee! I liked going there for a meal or a coffee/dessert in the afternoon. When you dont follow your own written guidelines, you dont deserve encouragement!
