I have been a regular customer for several years ..I went back there today, December 15th and I will be a long time without setting foot there again. Reason: when you have been waiting in line for 15 minutes and they make fries in large batches which were already cooked when you arrived and which are waiting in the tray, there is a chance that they will be very cold when you get there. your turn .In short, impossible to have hot fries .it seems to me thats a bit of the basis .being able to eat hot.

The Valentine restaurants there arent many around anymore so this one is very good, the good greasy potatoes as we liked them in the old days as well as a good hamburger or a good hot dog its really a good jump into the past

I really liked going there to eat, but the prices are too exorbitant to eat hot dogs. The sausages are rendered with a color that makes you not want to eat them.

We buy a family fry to have fries for our family of 5. We arrive home the box is half full.

I visited your restaurant on June 10, 2023, around 1:15 p.m. Your employee at the cash register (the smaller of the two and who wore a ponytail) was as stupid as his feet, heaved sighs and even persisted with us when we told him that he had forgotten to give us 2 glasses for the trios we ordered. He argued with us that he had already brought out glasses for all the trios included in our order. Obviously, no one in our group was having fun hiding glasses. Your employee had simply forgotten and blamed his customers. In short, I wanted to point out to you that this employee does not do your restaurant any credit. EDIT 2023-06-13: The owner of the franchise wrote to me to apologize and tell me that a warning would be issued to her employee. I salute the seriousness of the owner and I change my rating from 2/5 to 4/5.

Finally some good peeled homemade potatoes Good service. A cook alone and has his own business. 4 people and served in not even 5 minutes

The cashier makes the food with rings and bracelets lying around in my hot dogs...I left him really very unclean and finished

Good service

Arrived on October 26 for lunch, almost at 10:55 a.m. Couldnt have my lunch the plate was already changed! I dont understand, I offer them lunch until 11:00 a.m. but get ahead of time to remove their plates. Its a shame, although I know I was limited.

I got 2 steamed hotdogs to take away. Good, but its literally impossible to miss a hotdog so take this compliment lightly. Walking into a valentine is always a bit of a depressing experience. Colors, lack of renovation, average cleanliness. Just waiting for my hotdog to go makes me uncomfortable. People who eat there, I really dont understand why. In 2022 with all the competition that exists, the reasons to eat there are simply non-existent. I havent been there in years, and I wont be going back. I just had a random craving. The 2 star is because the hotdogs were good, and the 2 young people who worked there were polite and nice. The rest, a big zero.

No common sense in leaving young people like that. I called to have fries prepared for 5 people. Once arrived I pay, given the slowness of the service several left. We have just gone to eat, me and my husband we took 2 club amine meet in Poutine our club was all undone the bread was not cooked missing pieces of bread I have never seen clubs like that my 10 year old granddaughter makes the most beautiful and all that for $40 heres mine and dont worry these arent the worst

I have rarely seen a restaurant that is unclean, not maintained, dirty toilets, floors completely destroyed, very much lacking in renovation, poor young person who works at this place. Terrible service... forced to tell them what to make a toast stick in the toaster.. they cancel a customers order.. when its my turn I ask him for a plain hamburger he gives it to me garnished.. he forgets a poutine out of 4.. he has the wrong sauce.. unable to coordinate an order.. I understand the lack of staff but there are limits.. very messy place.. ..

Hello, can you put someone in charge of the fds, we went to eat there yesterday, there was no more bbq sauce, no more Italian sauce and they ran out of regular sauce, its not strong, and in addition on 5 customers, 5 errors, we should look into that, have a good day.

Classic club sandwich like you eat at home, not very toasty bread, almost raw but still good. Poutine with good snack-style fries but little cheese for my taste for the size. Pepsi poutine club sandwich +$1 tip = $19.58$$

We called early to order so the order would be ready. To the great dismay of my partner, our order was not ready but also the young girl was alone on the floor serving all the customers. A second person wouldnt have made a mistake...poor her.

I ordered with Uber Eats. Everything was upside down in the bag, the food was generally lukewarm when it arrived, the fries were just disgusting (overcooked and soft at the same time), no effort put into my hotdogs and on top of that they gave me a pepsi instead of orange crush. WOW, I will never order there again...

There were only 2 employees, they were rushing. But the club lacks thickness and the mayo lacks taste
