Subway in Levis

Arriving at Subway at 8 p.m., the young man at the counter informed me that he had just 1.6 inches left, and there was little left in terms of vegetables. Very unpleasant when it closes in 1h30 NOT STRONG

Disgusting cold table. Hygiene to be reviewed..I asked the clerk if he was ready for constructive criticism. So I told him that it was really not attractive and they justified it by saying that they had a lot of people.and told me to go see Ayeure and ran away. Lack of stock. Impolite. Being a chef by trade I allowed myself to say but his ego came to his head. Poor customer service and politeness to be reviewed as well as stock management in the cold table to be reviewed for sure. For me, no more subway president kennedy. You lost me.

I went to this subway restaurant, he served me a torn loaf of bread, it gave me a utensil to eat a submarine, he no longer had a fountain drink, the lady stood back, this fly and played in the nose after touch feeds them without even this disgusting hand washing

He didnt want to serve me coffee, always the same problem, lack of stock, no soup or no coffee at supper time.

I come home this morning at 7:41 a.m., it opens at 7:30 a.m. and the Open is on. The girl tells me that it opens at 8 a.m. and that she cant serve me before that? Why then is the door unlocked and the open sign lit? I sometimes go there on Sunday morning, but it wasnt the girl I like who often serves me. I went to Tims next door! Disappointing..

I stopped by during dinner time on Friday May 19, 2023. The 2 employees who served me were perfectly coordinated and efficient. I am impressed by their speed and accuracy despite the traffic. I will definitely come back several times! Congratulations to the whole team ! Good day :)

It says on the door and on Google that they open at 8:00 a.m. but I was let out pretty sharply because it opened at 8:30 a.m. What a welcome !!

My recent experience at Subway was rather disappointing. The service was slow and not attentive. Despite the fact that there werent many customers, the team seemed disorganized and unmotivated. The staff did not seem very knowledgeable in preparing the sandwiches correctly which resulted in lower quality. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant left something to be desired. The tables were not cleaned and there was trash lying everywhere. This gave the impression of negligence and a lack of attention to hygiene. As for the food, I found the ingredients to be stale and the vegetables looked wilted. The portions were also quite small compared to the high price I paid. The flavors werent really exceptional and the whole meal was pretty bland. Overall, my experience at Subway was disappointing. The unprofessionalism of the staff, the unsatisfactory cleanliness and the poor quality of the food gave me a negative impression. I think there are definitely improvements needed to be made to provide a better experience for customers.

We went to this subway at 8:45 p.m., Sunday June 26. There were 4 people in front of us. While finishing the two people before our tour, the employee on site told us that she closed in 5 minutes so she would not serve us, even though we returned 15 minutes before closing and waited 10 minutes for our tour. .. really ordinary service! On Google the restaurant is open until 9:30 p.m.! I understand the lack of staff but this type of sea service** should not be allowed! Employee with dark skin, very long hair and braids... (sorry I dont have her name). Also condescending throughout with the customers in front of us.

The submarines are good as usual, but the toilets are disssssgusting, it must have been a month since it was washed, the toilet bowl has turned pink all over. Dirty dust all around, dont sit there youll get leprosy.

One of the employees invited these friends to the restaurant, we came to eat and we couldnt hear each other talking when we were sitting face to face at the same table. So instead of serving customers she FaceTimes with her friends and goes to the table with there were 7 of us waiting and during this time she spoke with her friends .

We paid $28 for 2 x 6 inches as a trio!!! Its 2 damn submarines with a few pieces of meat, its completely ridiculous. The only positive point is that the paper napkins are self-service, so I dont have to get on my knees to ask for them!
