I had a terrible experience at Cage aux Sports. I ordered a chicken burger, and it was one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and lacked any seasoning or flavor. The bun was stale, and the toppings were sparse and wilted. For the price I paid, I expected something much better. The service was slow, and when I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the staff, they seemed indifferent. I won't be coming back here anytime soon.

The pepper steak came out raw, twice. The rest of the food was well done. The staff was attentive and pleasant. Someone kept messing with the lights and eventually we were eating in the dark. The place has some potential.
An easy and relaxed space to hang out after work, with friends or to watch whatever game is your pick. Fun and large appetizers, which are great for sharing and entrees that are quite tasty and more than one would usually expect from a sports-themed social. Decent beer and wine selection, with specials depending on the night and the usual selection of spirits, when the mood strikes. Would gladly return next time I'm in the area!
The food was so good and the service was great. The ambiance is so nice. I would come again and again.
Food was pretty good but overpriced for what you get. Even worse was the service. We were seated in the bar section directly beside the bar and the server made us feel like we were not even there. After taking our drink orders and dropping them at our table, we waited almost 20 minutes before we asked the hostess if someone was going to take our food order. During this time and for our entire visit, we watched our server spend all of her time socializing with some patrons seated at the bar making it impossible to get her attention. After being told, she finally came to our table to take our order, but never returned until we were finally able to request our bill. Meanwhile, my husband's order was wrong and we were never asked if we wanted our drinks replenished or if our food was okay. We left her a $5 tip for a $130 bill and she had the nerve to ask us what was wrong with the service. Please note that we are usually large tippers (20-25%) for good service. We have just recently moved to the area and will never return to this restaurant.
Great sports bar in new development area of Levis. The restaurant had great decor and was brand new urban industry modern vibe. The burger was fantastic with flavor like it was fired grilled over charcoal. Poutine was very good, with perfectly fried fries and fresh curds with savory gravy. The beef tartar was also very good and is always in of my favorites at Le Cage restaurants. Great variety of local ciders and good selection of craft beer on draft.
Good food selection, reasonable cost. Variety of beers very good and good info of each type. Acoustics good for conversation. No shortage of large TV screens to watch sports.

La Cage, I only go there to accompany my father because he likes the atmosphere. However, I must admit that this is a restaurant with unacceptable value for money when you add alcohol to the bill. Bottles of wine are ridiculously high prices for very cheap wines with super-ordinary taste. I dont mind paying $70-80 for a bottle, but it has to be good. They have a limited and not even thoughtful menu that starts at $50 (at La Cage...). Im used to going to more upscale restaurants like La Légende, Orygine, etc. and with it you can be sure that all the wines there are excellent. In short, the service is usually good but with alcohol you leave there with a bill for more than $100 per person for nothing extraordinary. My recommendation: stop spending $100 at La Cage to eat decent food with cheap wine and spend $150-200 to go to a real restaurant like La Légende.
The atmosphere is great. Didnt eat, so no food review. On the other hand, the alcohol was at a completely crazy price!!! More than $40 for two glasses of wine! Be ready to take out your wallet!

We went to the restaurant last Sunday. The food was very good. Too bad there are no more 911 ++++ wings.
It took us 45 minutes to have a Caesar salad and 8 wings as a starter. 1h15 after our arrival, we received our meals. My daughter had very cold mashed potatoes as a side dish. Me medium-rare steak which was well cooked, a salad with bits of very soft salad (like not fresh), pepper sauce which was not peppery and which tasted downright soapy. The waitress named Amy or emy not very sure. No charisma, no smile even when we tried to make jokes to make her smile a little. The guy who brought us the dishes. He was excellent and very polite. Super nice, funny... Next time I promise you that Barbies will be a much wiser choice.

The customer service... misery... I often go to this place and I often ask myself the following question: do they want to be there? I dont really think Ill go back because it doesnt seem to be improving in general. Its a shame because there arent many places like this with a bar counter in Lévis.

Excellent service from Océane Sunday January 8
Ordered 2 medium steaks. They only had 1 left so replacement for a medium minion net. Received perfect minion fillet but overcooked steak it was dry. The waiter and the manager were laughing behind the bar because my husband spoke English and he didnt understand anything, instead of coming to talk to us, he communicated together by looking at us and laughing. Not a very good experience. They decided to give us free chicken garlic, my husband refused because it was a steak he wanted!

Worst restaurant Ive ever been to, ordinary food. Me and my friends waited an hour to get our food and then the girl who took care of us never came back to see us again so we waited an hour and a half to get the bill. If you want to wait like in the hospital you will be served. They say that the customer is king but at the cage the customer is the female dog. In any case, first and last experience with this restaurant chain, especially since the food was quite ordinary for the price and the wait.

When I visited, my meal was good, but perhaps a little pricey for what they offer. The person who served us was not particularly cheerful. It was quite early when I went there so in terms of atmosphere, it was rather calm. The clientele was becoming more numerous when I left given the line forming at the entrance. Parking: Rather large, easy to access and free.
1 star for closing anytime you feel like it and wasting our time.

The atmosphere is great when you go in a group! Or hockey game days on Thursdays! Parking: Parking is very large no parking problems at this location. Kid-friendliness: A childrens menu is available with a nice variety of dishes Wheelchair accessibility: Access from the rear of the building is correct. Once the vehicle is parked, you have to return to the parking lot, take the sidewalk and climb a good concrete slope, the inclination is sustained for more than 10 meters, but not impossible with a motorized chair. The problem is more at the exit because this same slope is still present and causes a lot of speed to be gained without controlling the engine on a decent slope.
What an unfortunate experience. In the middle of a Monday afternoon, service is non-existent. The Waitress is busy talking to other waitresses instead of taking care of her few customers. Soft, undercooked and tasteless chicken wings. Almost no cheese in the nachos. A big 0. The duplessis cage is 10X better!

The place is very nice, however we had the feeling of being disturbed. On the website it says that the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. and when we arrive, a waiter walks past us without saying hello. We wait around ten minutes before being greeted to tell us that the restaurant closes at 9 p.m. The staff is not smiling and barely asks us what we want. Having worked in restaurants as a waitress, I find this unacceptable, because we are supposed to welcome the customer with politeness and helpfulness until they leave. I do not recommend for table service in the evening.

me and my girlfriend ordered two poutines with 16 coated sausages and when we received our order we received no sauce for our poutine and no condiment for our sausage either we asked for a refund since we cant eat a poutine without sauce and supposedly netais sauce is not included with poutine.... SINCE WHEN IS POUTINE SAUCE NOT INCLUDED IN AN ESTI POUTINE... I finally try to contact the sports cage and he There is never anyone to answer the phone, the service is completely rotten, never seen before!
Unfortunately the restaurant is not up to standard and all the staff there are arrogant and they dont satisfy all customers, for example ordering a meal online here they dont care about the order and it takes more time one hour and when the meal arrives they still ignore the sauce or drink and you have paid a decent amount for an incomplete meal Unfortunately I wont ask them again because the treatment is so bad I waited over two hours to eat my meal.

Sunday October 15 we placed an order online at 4:50 p.m. for pickup at 6 p.m. When we got there we waited 30 minutes before someone came to bring us our order. Once home, our food was cold which meant that our order had to hang around somewhere while it was brought to us, the burger was not the right one nor the sauces requested. really disappointing. Room for improvement in the online ordering and restaurant pick-up service, the goal of doing this is not to wait long on site!

Heure du midi un dimanche, service incroyable, repas enfant: portion adéquate et prix plus que raisonnable, ne toucher pas au pétales doignons gras et sans saveur, payer pour un café cest tout a fait normal mais se faire offrir un refill et cest charger comme un deuxième café ces un peu nimporte quoi. Ambiance paisible pour un diner en famille.

UPDATE: I need to review my rating. I booked November 1st for 20 people for December 7th. I arrive and they dont have my reservation! Nothing can be done for me. Thanks to Barbies who welcomed us last minute. Very good service. Very good food. Although I have been dissatisfied with an order in the past, the way they handled my dissatisfaction is exemplary. I highly recommend.

J ai beaucoup apprécié mon experience, je vous recommande de visiter la Cage pour sa nourriture, mais surtout pour son équipe de travail passionnée. Le serveur, Mathieu, était souriant et serviable. Celui-ci est venu à la table plusieurs fois pour s assurer quon ne manquait de rien. Le service était rapide. La nourriture était chaude et à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous allons revenir c est certain!

The food was good, good service, interesting presentation of the dishes. The only negative point was that the music was quite loud, I had difficulty hearing the person in front of me. I went there at lunchtime and there werent that many people, the volume could be adjusted accordingly.
Noisy and terrible service
As a person from out of province that doesnt really speak french, I struggle when traveling through Quebec to communicate in a restaurant. Our experience tonight was incredible! Jessica was our server and she worked with us to ensure everything was what we wanted even though she didnt speak much English. Everyone from the hostess to the young man that ran our food went out of their way to makeour experience exceptional.
Forgotten for several minutes for table service. Quite expensive dishes. Thunderous music. Unpleasant experience. I just received a response from the manager to contact him to make arrangements. Pathetic and manipulative. Avoid at all costs. When an ordinary customer tells you that you werent good, try to improve for others to come. You dont change a bad experience by giving discount coupons. What would I do with it anyway? I will never return to this place.

We took the trouble to reserve 2 places at the bar to watch the hockey game and despite the two places indicated being reserved, the hostess told us that she had no place for us. Disappointing considering we had booked in advance and two places were available. We left to go elsewhere.
Food was really great, we had ribs, wings, fries and Salmon with mashed potatoes. Enough of a portion to fill you without making you overly full. Enjoyed our experience. Price was similar to other restaurants. Servers were very nice.
I used to go to le Cage quite often but this one gave me a very different impression! Very nice and the food is the same menu but quit much better quality! I don t know how you did that but I really enjoyed it!
