I ordered the Chefs Combo and it was delicious! . The best sushi Ive ever had. I recommend it 100%

Following a phone call to make sure of the Tigress maki content, I had crappy customer service... I was told: as there arent many ingredients, we fill it with salad..? There is no mention of this ingredient in the online description. I advise you not to take it. Customer service to work, not great to be spoken to as if we were at fault!!! Last time for me!

I had a date night that I had been waiting for for a long time. Unfortunately in the dining room there was an infestation of fruit flies and we spent the whole meal trying to keep them away because there were always 5-6 around us, in the food. We mentioned it and were told that he knew it was a problem but nothing could be done.

I give 5 stars for the restaurant because the sushi is so good, especially the fried ones... but ZERO for the neighborhood! I wouldnt come back there again. We no longer walk around there without being asked for money or even harassed in the street. Its sad and scary!

Yum shushi! Probably the best in Lévis. Ive been taking them here for 10 years in the same place and they are still exceptional. Unfortunately its OVER! The fault of 55 which brought all the human misery onto the streets. I no longer feel safe here, I will go elsewhere. I get begged almost every time by intoxicated freaks when I bring the sushi home, its scary. Its a shame to come to this, but Bégin is over for me.

The reviews are generally good so I trusted them. It was horrible. This was my worst experience in a restaurant in at least 10 years. The girl who seemed to be in charge looked like an ox. His way of speaking and these comments have no place in customer service. She even made derogatory comments out loud against the person ordering them. If that wasnt enough, the employees were arguing with each other in the kitchen. The atmosphere was terrible and it did not spare the customers. As for the food, it was pretty average but I think the cook was new so its really okay, we dont worry about that.

I previously lived in Lévis and now in Montmagny and despite everything, I go back to get my sushi at one of the three LOeil du Dragon restaurants because I like them very much.

We are regulars at your sushi! But in other branches. Since visiting the one in Lévis, we have noticed a big contrast in our experience in terms of customer service! It would be good to review it and discuss it with your employee who does not seem to be at all suited to being in contact with customers! She is condescending and arrogant both on the phone and at reception. A bad day happens to everyone, but this time its been twice in a row.

A real delight, 2nd visit and much appreciated

I have always loved this restaurant to this day. Unfortunately, at the end of the week, I was served sushi which made me sick. Intestinal cramps and vomiting, clearly caused by what I ate. I notified the restaurant by email to warn them that there had been a problem with their supply or their methods and they did not even deign to respond to me, even if only to apologize. Its going to be a while before I eat sushi again and never again in their restaurant! Food preservation is too important in a kitchen where raw fish is served and there, I completely lost confidence.

Incomparable quality of service (Rue de la Faune branch). 20 years of scouring the best sushi shops on the globe and the Eye of the Dragon can easily be compared to what is done in California or New York, at a price that defies the laws of competition. Apart from the exceptional quality of the sushi, it is also the service that cannot be found anywhere else. Fun Fact: I made a sushi reservation for the wrong night. After behaving in an uncomplimentary manner in front of the sushi mistress while maintaining that it was a mistake on their part, I was shown proof that I was at fault. Exceptional attitude on their part, not only was I told that these are things that happen commonly but they prepared an absolutely stunning platter in just a few minutes with the means at hand. Something which I can guarantee you, I did not deserve. Well done to your sensational team!!!

Very disappointed ! Slimy pieces, doused in sauce and lack of freshness... Eat only 5 pieces... disgusting! Ordered a solo box for 5:15 p.m. arrived at 5 p.m.. the box was on the counter, everything was lukewarm if not hot!! Could never, finished for me, grocery store sushi more fresh!

If you have a lot of time on your hands, I recommend L Oeil du Dragon in Lévis. Guaranteed waste of time! If you opt for take-out, they will have you there a good hour before it is ready. By the time you pay, rest assured that your set wont even have started yet. The waitress will tell you that they are running a slight delay, which basically translates to We have no idea what time it will be ready, your time means nothing to us . You will then have an hour, sometimes even more, to twiddle your thumbs and browse the news on your social networks while your spouse waits alone at home. Whats better than Friday night? If you opt for the restaurant instead, your digestive system will have time to consume itself before your dish is in front of you. The smile you showed when you arrived will quickly be replaced by sighs of impatience and a bad mood that will spread across the faces around you. Your waiting time will take you through the different stages of mourning, ranging from denial ( Its impossible to have such bad service! ) to acceptance ( It is indeed a service of shit ). Your evening will go down in the list of worst time wasters of your life, alongside the nights spent in an airport in a snowstorm because of a canceled flight. L Oeil du Dragon in Lévis, for an evening where every minute is wasted.

I went to eat at 5pm and they turned me away even though they had no customers. They said they had too many orders. Dont open a restaurant with dining if you only take orders. I would never go there again, order or not. No way to be a bit more welcoming

I always loved Eye of the Dragon! But there during the pandemic I placed an order online. I was a little disappointed to learn that I couldnt make my choices a la carte for sushi but ultimately by choosing the chefs choices I was very happy with my plate. We can specify our preferences in the allergy section. Hats off to your entire team!

I must have been a customer at Oeil du Dragon for more than 5 years and I must say that, even after having tried a good number of sushi restaurants, it is the best place to eat sushi in Quebec. The sushi is fresh, the flavors are varied and the taste is exceptional. The prices are a little more expensive than other competitors (Yuzu, Sushi Shop etc.), but its worth it if you consider the quantity of fish in the sushi. The employee Cynthia (I think) who has worked at the Lévis branch for a number of years is friendly and courteous. I have had errors in my orders before and on the few occasions that this situation has arisen, I have been politely apologized and added additional pieces to apologize. WOW! I recommend to everyone.

Usually Im not disappointed, I arrive home, I dont have any wasabi, no ginger, I call, they dont offer to come and bring them to me, no discounts or anything or, at the price it cost, I even left a tip when I went to pick up my order. Thaï zone had made a similar mistake and the manager came to bring me the missing dish and even refunded my dish, I expected more from a restaurant of this quality, than one.... I apologize! it disappointed me a lot...... but its good! I will definitely check my order next time! The best sushi in Lévis!
