Shrimp soup is made with rice noodles and broth plus shrimp (sweet) the taste is not bad for fans of sweets! 4. Service a little slow and not very friendly but not bad either. 5. Restaurant is very clean and the decoration is beautiful 6. Dishes are served in plastic bowls and plates! 7. In general the restaurant is good for those looking for new tastes.

A memorable dinner! Thai soup is simply divine. Generous and tasty plate. The flavors are extraordinary. Lunch menu served with soup, meal, dessert and tea or coffee. Cozy and relaxing atmosphere! White tablecloth! Wow!

The food was okay, really a lot of onions, its exaggerated. The service was really slow, 1 hour to get our meal and all evening, I saw people getting up to ask for the bill because it took too long. Also, they dont refill our water glasses. We were there for 2h45min, it was long most of the time.

I found the atmosphere pleasant and the Thai environment was present. However, the service was gold medal worthy of slowness. Even if the taste of the dishes was passable or even good for certain dishes (general Thai) the detour is not necessarily necessary (thaizone does the job) Thanks to Melianne for her good service and a beautiful smile. Very disappointed, its not what it used to be unfortunately. Decrease in quality, vegetables not cooked, the sauce was watery. A waiter and the restaurant practically full. Way too expensive for what we ate.

Ok food, almost non-existent service, maybe it was a bad day or maybe there was a lack of employees... no idea but 50 minutes of waiting to order is endless. Our server still apologized for the poor service...I dont think Ill go back there.

Im really sorry to have to give only 3 stars for my main dish. I ordered the shrimp skewers and unfortunately the shrimp were not cooked. I informed the waiter and he replied that this is their way of cooking them but for me it was not correct and asked him to bring them back to cook them again. He brings me my plate and its still the same thing so I didnt eat them but luckily the plate was full of rice, vegetables and salad. I was accompanied by 2 people who confirmed that the shrimp were not cooked. I found the bill hefty for not having eaten the shrimp.

Terrible service. Yes there were people there but the waiter didnt see us. Arriving a little before 6 p.m. at 9:30 p.m. we left the place without dessert. This is not the first time I visited this place but it is the last time.

Wednesday noon, I arrived at 11:45 a.m., room full, two servers completely overwhelmed, I waited 1/2 hour, no one came to see me? As lunch time is 1 hrs I left without eating first and last visit.

We loved this restaurant. We had our dinner, the lunch menu has a lot of choice. The table dhôte is generous in portion and the 3 dishes tasted were excellent (peanut chicken, shrimp, Thai meal soup). In addition, it is a bring your own wine formula, therefore more economical. Our waitress was nice and efficient but spoke way too loudly! There is a beautiful fireplace at the entrance. The seats and benches are comfortable. To try!

There were only 2 servers during our visit to the restaurant on December 22, 2023 even though the restaurant was full! Parking: Large space in front of the restaurant.

Nous avons vraiment bien mangé, les assiettes étaient bien présentées et contenaient beaucoup de légumes variés (poivrons 2 couleurs, courgettes, carottes, oignons et brocoli). La salade de lentrée était bien fraîche. Nous avons même rapporté de la nourriture. Le service était courtois et efficace; nous navons pas manqué deau. Nous y retournerons sans doute!

This Thai was our favorite...but last Saturday was the worst service we received...we were there 3 hours...after 1 hour the waitress came to take our order after telling the manager that we were waiting with our menu that we did not see a waiter at our table and that without mentioning the bottle of wine was forgotten by the waitress...we asked for our dessert + coffee and we never received it we left before, she served it at the other tables...we were paid and no Tips. ..so we will no longer go to this Thai restaurant

The service, food and atmosphere is very good for Thai. However, extremely long service. It took more than 2 hours to receive our main course and the table next to us was even further away. Its fortunate that the servers are professional since the kitchens were not enough for the customers present and when we reached the desert there was nothing left. Biscuit or tapioca is everything that no one wanted to have for dessert. Congratulations to your staff who keep a smile despite the great, extreme slowness of the kitchens and the limited, non-existent choice of deserts.

Review post covid. Upon returning, the sign indicating the prices increased by $1-2. So far no problem, we have ordered the T11 and the T 12 indicated with shrimp and scallops. Phew the quality has gone down very disappointing per plate 5 frozen shrimp with 2 mini frozen bay scallops the smallest I asked the waiter if it was normal I spoke to the cook and he answered 5 shrimp 2 scallops. $100 2 plates for 10 shrimp 4 scallops very disappointing. When in addition I took the trouble before the meal to ask if these were small scallops otherwise I would have had something else but good last time for me

I went very often pre covid and very satisfied So I was really looking forward to going back there for a simple menu to bring 2 Thai soups. cost $50 before tip ouch!! and it tasted like nothing. The water and salt were really disappointing!

The food is excellent. There is a very wide variety of dishes on the menu. The last time I went there (for a birthday), there was only one server in the dining room, but he was very efficient and attentive. This is my familys favorite Thai restaurant. I love this place.

Strangely the exterior is super ugly. On the other hand, inside it is very large and you have the impression of landing in Thailand. A little kitschy but its part of the experience. The service is impeccable. The menu is imposing. There is something for everyone. The prices are a little high compared to other Asian restaurants. But for me its worth it. Now every time I pass through Lévis, I take this opportunity to return there. It s a BYOB. Right next door there is a grocery store with a choice of more than 300 local beers. Its perfect.

One of my favorite restaurants, the best Thai in Lévis!! From the outside it seems empty and lost in its corner but inside on the other hand the decorations are great, the quality of the food is excellent and the restaurant is always crowded (reservations recommended well in advance for groups) also bring your wine!

We left the restaurant three and a half hours later than our reservation time. Not because we ate slowly or because we took our time, but rather because of the slow service. We took the time to complain harshly to the manager before leaving. He explained to us that the evening had been exceptionally busy. However, it was only a matter of filling the restaurant to capacity. He also explained to us the problem related to requests from servers, who apparently did not want to have more servers on the floor, because that would mean that they would have less tip at the end of the evening. Management therefore finds itself stuck with the problem of recruiting waiters, who will decide to go and work elsewhere if they do not make enough money there. COVID-19 was part of the explanation for the lack of labor. Good points: the decoration of the restaurant, the quality of the dishes and their beautiful presentation, excellent value for money for the table dhôte, bring your own wine formula. Weak points: quality of service, unreliable booking, accountability for poor quality of service.

I love Asian food and as we were passing through Lévis we had it. Chose to try this restaurant. I have never eaten such a good pad thai in my entire life, also a very generous plate. Great service.
