Thaïzone in Levis

Every time I come here I always have the impression that the employees have other things to do than take care of customers... Too bad!

They are mixed up when taking orders. They dont look clean except the cook. Unnecessary comments on our food tastes following a request. Very sticky floor and bathroom. I dont really want to go back there anymore...

It opens at 11:00 a.m. arrived to pick up an order scheduled for 11:15 a.m. we say nothing is open it will take 10 minutes and the employee sat down and text quietly in any case

Usually its good and quick. This evening its not easy, almost 20 minutes of waiting to get our warm wonton soup with long noodles to water three tables nearby - the meal in containers to bring when we eat it (its correct) but still damn burnt vegetables in my chop Suey and my Spouse takes A general tao- a handful of carrots and 5 Chicken balls over warm rice. Disappointed but hey 4 people in the kitchen and one at the cash register is either too much or not enough. Some ask questions, not much response from colleagues. I didnt really like this visit. Even a lady from the drive-thru came in and asked what was going on, she had been waiting for 30 years and there were 4 cars waiting. We were there at 5:24 p.m.

Small visit for dinner. 2 employees still going about their business, apart from the young lady who was texting. We are seated at the table at the entrance. 2 boys came in and asked to speak to the employee. They started talking about dancers and everything they could imagine about it. The 2 young people crossed to the side of the kitchen and started making food. It spoke so loudly. I was talking with my daughter, we couldnt get along anymore. I got up and asked for a lid for my daughters poke bowl who hadnt finished eating. I told them that I work in catering myself and that what was happening was not appropriate. One of the 2 was vaping. I told them we looked like we were in a games room and not a restaurant. I also told them that I had just paid $50 to eat there and I regretted having gone there. They all looked at me without even apologizing or feeling regretful. You can rest assured that I will not return there again.

General Taos chicken is often dry.

We had a red curry with tofu and a general thai with chicken. The meals contained more green vegetables (broccoli) and fewer onions than other fast food restaurants. Obviously its not like Southeast Asia, but I have yet to find a restaurant that serves authentic Thai food in Canada.

The quality leaves something to be desired. Yellow salad in a broth that tastes like old fish. The chicken wrapped in noodle which crumbles and mixes with the broth. The wonton soup was my favorite dish at thaizone. I contacted you because I went there again and thought things had changed.

My friends and I arrived at this establishment around 7pm on a Monday. All the employees looked at us with big eyes and looked at each other. I ordered a red curry in a bowl at the drive-thru at the restaurant near Galeries Chagnon. When I went to the park to eat my meal, I was dismayed to see that they had put it in a box and that my supposed stir-fry had now become a soup because there was so much sauce. I dont understand why the person who closed the box didnt notice this. I soiled my sweater, my jeans and my hand was buttered all over because they provide a fork that is too short for the box. It was the 2nd and last time that this restaurant served me a red curry like that, mud, also disappointing and not good at all. Even the roll didnt taste good and was also thrown into the trash. The Thaïzone of Lévis on President-Kennedy is banned for my part.

The last two times I ordered a soup meal, they forgot to put the noodles in it. The first time they agreed to deliver the missing noodles to me, the second time, since I went through uber, they refused to do anything. Uber has only reimbursed a meager portion of the costs and is refusing more. I do not consider Uber responsible for the situation in any way since this has happened to me twice in a row at the same branch. I do not recommend encouraging this trade at all. Im giving the service three stars only for the time they agreed to come and bring me the missing noodles.

Ive been disappointed before, but now thats in the past. The portions of Thai soups are excellent. It seems they have adjusted the number of chicken pieces, no need to look for them anymore, there are enough. The drive-thru service is fast. Prices are a bit high, but nothing is cheap right now. Ill give them another chance as long as I get what I pay for.

The quality of the dishes has deteriorated over the years. The last General Tao that I ate the rice was not well cooked, now the Thai soup doesnt taste much anymore. To be honest, I really liked the food at Thaïzone, but you lowered the quality of the service. Ive tried different meals each time but theyre never cooked enough... And this time I was almost able to reconstruct the green pepper in my teriyaki dish and the shrimp was totally raw. And when I order over the phone you always forget something in the delivery bag... you no longer ask questions about if we want more spice during the calls. In the restaurant the employees are very nice, but they are often slow and chatting, and Im not even talking about the cleaning inside, the floors and the self-service are dirty... Seriously you dont give more effort for your services... all the other Thaïzone that I have been to give better services
