Always good to eat here, staffs are also great. A must try if youre around Lindsay and craving for some Pho or Ramen (Soup).

The food was very bland, I had been very excited to try this place, the bean sprouts seemed bad and the pho was very bland, we also got fried rice and it had no flavour, I am very disappointed with what I received

Great asian noodle house, the food is the draw here, the atmosphere is still the same as when it was the schnitzel house, the servers are good but are overwhelmed when they have to many clients. But the food is excellent the prices are good so we keep coming back for more.

First time eating here and I wish I discovered the place sooner. Maybe they need to work on their advertising? My experience was great. I m a ramen snob, and chased the best ramen in Toronto in the early 2000s, before ramen exploded into mainstream. The ramen I had here was excellent. Perfectly balanced, rich but not overly, well seasoned, good portion size, fantastic noodles, fresh pork belly, egg cooked to perfection. Can t wait to try their other dishes, especially the fried chicken.

Really good Ramen, Pho etc. in what was a longtime schnitzel restaurant. Decor is very German, but the food is classic Asian soups and noodles.

This place needs to stay in Lindsay. Best and only option for ramen and outstanding korean chicken.

Ate there today, had Gyozas, beef yakitori and noodles. Everything was delicious.

Went here today for the first time to fulfill my ramen craving and was not disappointed. Large servings and flavourful food. Friendly and fast service. Highly recommend!! Will be back soon!! Parking: 8-10 spots Kid-friendliness: Had a high chair for my 7 month old.

Food was good. Im giving one star because the website automatically adds 3 dollars for a tip. I dont tip the parts guy at Canadian tire when I pick up a part, why should take out be any different.....

The food is always amazing!

My partner and I love ramen, so we were so excited to see this place open up! But we were both disappointed. The broth was incredibly flavourless, and the pork belly was tough and bland, not tender like other places- Kenzos for example. The noodles tasted instant or store bought. Honestly could not finish it because it tasted like a bowl of hot water. I put in a good effort, but my toppings were so lacking as well that there was nothing to compensate. We also ordered the Korean fried chicken, which seemed to have no seasoning in the batter whatsoever. We ordered a few months ago when winter started though, and after seeing these good reviews I m wondering if we just had an unusually bad experience

Great location and great seating. Very clean restaurant. Staff are great too. The negative about Noodles Bistro is the foods are too light and seems lack of spices. Chef / Cook are too afraid to spice the food up, maybe this is good for those who are not used to Asian/Chinese cuisine, but for us who do, its borderline tasteless. Asked to make it spicy, they refused too (funny to us)

Excellent place! We had the beef pho & chicken wings with sesame seeds- both great! The fries that come with the chicken wings are very crispy and well done. Will come again when I m in Lindsay!

It was not the first time to go there. Sister and I went there today and yesterday for dinner. We ordered Japanese noodles soup with add on and chicken wings. French fries come with 6 wings( $9.99 ). Food was very fresh and all tasted very good. Staff was polite as well. Super happy to have this noodles place in Lindsay. Thanks!!! Parking: Private parking spaces in front of the restaurant.

They are a small place and jave variety of all Asian noodles and soups. The ramen and the pho are both very good. The spri ng rolls arent bad either. 9/10 for food. Prices could be cheaper

Spur of the moment decision to eat here and did not regret. Cold rolls are good, pho broth is pretty good, vermicelli bowl is okay - the springrolls could ve been bigger. The food would ve been better if they didn t add MSG into the food

Absolutely the worst food my wife and i have ever had from any restaurant. Pork was almost all fat wings tasteless. Noodles slimy and tasteless. Will never order from there again. Sorry to be so negative but must be honest.

Nice place, some parking. Food was good, fresh. I ordered the chicken vermicille with spring roll, and it was a pretty good portion and price. I took my food to go, and the place has lots of seating and a nice environment to it for sit down eating. Definitely prefer dining in here. I really enjoyed my food, and I would definitely go back for Pho, and some of the other food on the menu. Its a nice and calm space, which I definitely appreciate.

I had Vermicelli with beef and fish sauce. It came with a lettuce, bean sprout and cucumber salad and 2 small spring rolls. The fish sauce had a bit of vinegar and some sweetness which made it very tasty. The staff were helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back to try more. Parking: On site parking at the front and south side of the property.

Honestly, great food. Although it would be nice if the owners would have a little chat with the front desk girl. Everytime weve bought food from here, the girl at the front desk has such a bad attitude. Does she not like her job? Its intimidating and makes me not want to come buy food JUST because of the way she speaks back. Really rude

Food and service are both good. We ordered their shrimp rice, fried chicken, and shoyu ramen. The chicken was undone, still has blood on it so we had to ask them to refry it. Once it was refried, it was very tasty!

Started eating the ramen soup. NO FLAVOUR at all. I was very disappointed. However; I always like to try things at least twice before I give a review. This time I ve made an exception , Found long hair in my soup, called them to advise. They didn t offer a refund or anything. Just thanks for telling us Doubt I ll be back.

Had the shrimp fried rice (great egg flavor), shoyu ramen (nice!) And the beef pho (broth was very good) ... It was all super delicious. Being from Toronto where we have access to lots of restaurants, this place is great! Will be going back on our visits

We had tonkotsu ramen, fried chicken and spring rolls during our visit at the restaurant, and it was incredible! A really good delicacy of fusion on Vietnam and Japanese cuisine. Having grown up in a family that makes Vietnamese food, I gotta say the food was nostalgic and a tasty home style cooking. I would definitely come back again. The staff were all very friendly and incredibly nice to us.

Love the food here. Took the whole family here after Dads Celebration of Life. Everyone loved the food. The service was great! This is my favorite restaurant in Lindsay!!!

Amazing Spicy Ramen - authentic and delicious. Got extra pork which probably didn t need as the portion is generous.

We used to come here everytime atleast once a week . We havent seen that girl on front desk atleast says hi to anycustomer.such a rude behaviour she is , atleast interact with customers . Such a bad experience with that front desk girl

Best place to come for a hot blow of soup but the pho is really good just like the city will be back again soon

We ordered 3 phos and a wonton soup tonight. The broth was so delicious and ingredients were fresh. So glad to finally have pho in town.

it was my first time visiting canada so i decided to eat out here and it wasn t a mistake, one of the waitresses that worked here treated me and my family kindly and was a great waitress. she was patient with my family and a seemed like a fun person. i really recommend eating here, the food is good and is for a reasonable price too. it was delicious.

Normally I wouldnt give this place 4-stars, but for what it is and where it is, its decent food. It isnt typical you see a place do both ramen and pho but my wife and I ordered both dishes and they were good. And did I see Korean fried chicken on the menu? Truly a place that sells everything. The broths could have been a bit more flavourful but the shining star was the portions of noodles and the amount of meat we received. The pork in the ramen was perfect. We also ordered the takoyaki which was delicious (and I wish it came with more)! Again, this place is nothing amazing but it beats having to drive to the next biggest town/city to get my ramen or pho fix. Ill definitely be coming back again soon!

Its hard to find a good noodle place, and this place was amazing and the service is excellent. Its a nice atmosphere to dine in! Came twice in 2 days and Im happy to keep coming back! Best place in Lindsey and the food is amazing!

I was worried that this place was trying to cover too many cultures Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Chinese to do anything really well. I m pleased to say that after my first visit I m so happy with this addition to Lindsay. We stuck to Japanese with Ika Geso Karaage, Chicken Gyoza and Ramen. All were good with the highlight being the Ramen. The Tonkatsu broth was excellent, the spicy version I had delivered a pleasant kick and my wife s miso version was even better. The leftover decor from the little schnitzel house reminded me of some of my favourite hole in the wall Korean places from Toronto s Bloor & Christie Korea town. Looking forward to sampling more from the menu especially the Korean fried chicken. The server was efficient, polite and friendly. We don t have to drive to Toronto to get our fix any more!

Went for lunch with my husband and we both got ramen (tonkotsu shoyu and spicy). Both were really good. Not as salty as we were used too at other ramen restaurants, but still really good. Will definitely come back again.

I was thrilled to see that Lindsay finally had a Noodle Bistro. This is THE place to go if youre looking to try some authentic Ramen and Pho. The dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and the flavours are perfect! Definitely will be our to go place for dinner or take out.
