Only one customer in front of me ordering a single burrito and it took 2 employees about 25mins to make me two burrito bowls that were exactly the same bowls......lack efficiency insisted on making one bowl at a time when they are the exact same.....you have to pay first probably because they know the service sucks and if there were 3 customers in this store they would have left after waiting forever for a place that is never busy......wonder why they are never busy hmm .....

*Update* dont know why Im being told to email you guys if you arent going to respond back to me after I do. Never enough staff. Whats the point of ordering online when I show up after my order is suppose to be ready and told its not even made yet.

Used to be better getting run down, some of the ingredients not fresh asked for fresh lettuce because it looked dead, she said yes then used the old lettuce.

No one spoke to me when I walked in. Its not a cozybor welcoming atmosphere. The floor throughout the entire place, bathroom included was sticky, so I could suddenly hear the squishing of my shoes with every step I made. We went to a different place for lunch, afraid to eat anything from here. Parking: Parking at the mall and walking over rather than trying to squeeze into the very crowded shared lot out front was a much better option.

The staff was really nice and the food was excellent they made it just the way I like it.

Tried the tofu bowl and loaded waffle fries it was amazing, customer service was also good will definitely be back

Went to this location an hour before close and got told it would take an hour to make a batch of fresh waffle fries then my burrito i ordered was lacking of toppings on it and got told there was no such thing as noodle at this location even though i had it a week ago. Asked for money back before order was processed and got told no and was told the employee would get in trouble from the boss if he refunded my order.

The server seemed scared to put too much toppings on the food, and therefore didnt put nearly enough. I dont want to ask every single time for more ingredients on my burrito. Please do better.

Atmosphere is too good and hygiene.. lovely experience while having my huge burrito with quesadillas.

Just finished eating a burrito with my girlfriend that I picked up from this location. The service was great. The gentleman that made my order was very nice and even made a couple of great suggestions. The burritos were great. I would definitely come back, but I would take a gander at the freshness.

Food was amazing and prices were very good, saved with coupons and got a few meals for $30. Tofu burrito is delicious and staff member working later shifts was polite and did a fantastic job preparing and cooking the food. Vegetarian options: Vegan options when adding tofu or just doing veggie

I love this place but am constantly irritated at how short staffed it is. The staff are always amazing. This poor girl working tonight is alone and there are 8 of us customers waiting plus mobile orders. Management needs to get on top of this. This isnt fair to the staff.

Placed online order from website food was sitting waiting when I arrived three minutes before the time specified from order page this meant food was sitting getting cold. Space breaded chicken was nothing better than a low end chicken strip. The black beans were so salty. I couldn t eat them, no customer service when I entered busy feeling sauce bottles and brought Me over my order after waiting for him to fill bottles and move bottles around on counter. No flavour did not see any corn or burrito sauce as ordered enough sour cream for three meals. Space would not recommend will not be returning. There are much better places to get food.

Good price for a bit burrito. I find the ingredients fresh and guacamole isn t extra so that s nice! This is my go to place for burritos in Lindsay.

My boyfriend got food poisoning from the loaded waffle fries with the chicken. I ate the beef burrito and was fine. Definitely recommend staying the f away from the chicken. All he ate that day was the chicken so it s pretty obvious.

The ingredients at my location looked okay and the staff seemed friendly enough, but (please dont take this the wrong way), I couldnt understand the gentleman behind the counter at all. My first time at the Lindsay location had me baffled and confused, as the one taking my order had a very thick accent (putting more emphasis on consenants than vowels) and spoke very quickly with an Indian accent, making it hard to understand him or what he was asking. This is not usually a problem as I have a lot of Indian friends and have never had a problem with accents before, but I could only pick out a few words out of what he was asking me. Even when asking him politely if he could repeat what he said, he would speak just as quickly and without thought. Purely not to be seen as rude or racist, I had to essentially just say yes and no to whatever I could pick out of what he was saying, and got the most jumbled mess of a burrito with almost nothing I wanted on it (they even looked at me like my burrito was odd because of this), and things I didnt want; My girlfriend wanted to treat me to something that she likes, and now I had to feel awful about wasting money and had a horrible experience anyways; I now had to pay somebody back for their kind gesture as I now felt like my experience ruined hers as well. I had to feel bad about this whole experience in the end. I never have a problem with diversity or equal opportunity, in fact I like seeing those things. I just think it is fair to say that if somebody cannot speak a locations native language very clearly and slowly, they should not be taking orders. This would be like me going to Québec and taking orders in my very broken French, it is not fair to those customers that I am doing a job I am simply not ready for; And I would not think it is wrong that I do not get hired to take orders if I cannot speak very clearly in their native language. I think it would be common sense to have the most clear speakers take orders, and those who cant can still have important tasks. Other people may enjoy going here, but my personal experience was awful.

I had an amazing burrito today. I would leave 5 stars but I have had 3 star burritos at this location too. The employees are always great and I wish there was a tip option on the machine since I dont carry cash and they clearly put a lot of focus and attention to assembling my meal right. I think the protein could be better, but this time I got a crispy fish and it was amazing. Keep up the good work! Great food and fast service. Never disappoints.

Service was okay. One of the workers was a lady and she didnt speak very clearly. Also was a bit rude when I was ordering, she didnt have a happy attitude. The pulled beef burrito bowl was okay, I ate it because I was hungry but overall taste had close to none. However the loaded waffle fries was decent. Would I go here again? No but it was alright as a once in a lifetime experience. Definitely not coming back

Very disappointed, went in for burrito bowls. Limited toppings/fresh veggies. When asking if there was anymore sauteed onions and peppers he shook the container showing the sad bottom of the small amount left. When adding toppings very little amount of even lettuce added. Finally asked for a refund when we were told additional sauces were an extra cost. Will not be returning...bar burrito all the way!

This is a tasty chain. Try the cheesecake burrito! Being sensitive to hot spices often poses a problem at all these burrito places. As things like toppings, serving utensils, cooking and heating surfaces, seem to get cross contaminated with spicy scovilles.

Barely put any chicken in my burrito. Went three times in the past couple of weeks and each time got less and less.

In my opinion they make the best burrito and they dont charge you for extra toppings like mucho burrito does.

Bought a big chicken burrito (online order : Ritual). The Burrito wrap was not fresh. the chicken inside the burrito tasted to be old and served the chicken straight from the freezer.

Tasty burrito but lacks size/ingredients. Order smallest burrito for a tasty burrito. The large/huge are only bigger tortilla/they don t upscale the proteins or veggies. The huge burrito is smaller than a regular from other burrito restaurants in my area. 8/10 taste. 3/10 portion size on Large/huge burrito.

A lot of fake reviews.. I stopped going to the waterloo location once the demographic changed from a variety of peoples, to one. Service and quality always go down hill when a certain group of people buy the franchise. Doesnt matter if its subs burritos or burgers. This place is the same.

My husband got food poisoning from this place.

Had the lil classic chicken burrito. The next morning is when it starts. Fever first, diarrhea second. Diarrhea hasn t stopped for three days, can t sleep. I just want it to stop. I m 99% sure it was the Lindsay store. But maybe I m wrong. All I know is I m never going back.

I went here on my lunch break and if I go again, I would definitely order ahead as I only have half an hour (so now Im trying to eat tacos and type - its not going well lol). The food is really good though and the tacos are well and truly loaded up. For value for your money definitely go here instead of Quesada. The staff were very nice and friendly as well. Heres why I give this review only 4 stars. Between masks, Plexiglas shields and really loud music, I could not hear what staff were saying. You may want to think about lowering the volume of your music in the store to accommodate people with hearing issues.

I eat here fairly often, always have a good experience, quick service, fresh and delicious food. Tonight was a little different, my girlfriend picked me up a burrito and it was made quite poorly, the layering was not great so there was a lot of plain rice and bread, HOWEVER this is the first time Ive ever had a bad experience at this location, so I called in to inform the staff that something wasnt quite right with my food and my problem was remedied so quickly I didnt even have time to be upset. TLDR: eat here quite often, had one bad experience but it was so quickly made right that I couldnt help but be even more impressed and satisfied with the service I received, mistakes can happen, but you can rely on these guys to make it right

Ive eaten here a couple if times as its one of the best places to eat when transiting through the Kawarthas. On my most recent visit I had the bean and cheese burrito although skipped on the cheese and it still tasted great. Not a surprise but the burritos are huge and this time around I went for the small size which is still enough for most people. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.

By far one of the best burrito places out there. Everything is fresh and ready made to order. Lots of variety. The tacos are a little pricey for just 3 of them, but they are also really, really good. If you like spicy, ask for 5 or more dots, otherwise stick with 3 or less.
