Planing our wedding, we provided all the details and she ghosted us. Even after giving her a follow up call she acknowledged she get back to us. And nothing. Horrible communication, I wouldn t trust she would even show up to deliver. Won t ever trust this business. Another thing to add. We had called and left messages before even communicating, with no returned calls. Until a month later I tried calling her again, and they finally answer saying they haven t even heard from us. Either their voicemail is broken or they can t own up to it. No trust.

Charmin was the main provider of the food for our recent wedding. She was wonderful to deal with. She thought of everything and left me with not a care in the world. Planning a wedding is very stressful and having someone you can really rely on is a god send! My guests were all raving about the food. It was excellent. While hosting an 80th birthday weekend family gathering, we selected Charmins to provide the lunches and dinners. We had a variery of food senstivites which Charmin and her team handled effectivey. The food was delivered promptly with instructions, labels and convenient packaging. Most importantly, it was delicious with generous portions. We have been using Charmin for catering workshops and meetings for over a year. Each meal is different, delicious and very generously portioned. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend.

We hired Charmin to cater our wedding. It was a terrible experience. We were left with over 2 hours of dishes to do even though our contract stated that would be all taken care of. They also did not bring enough plates and our guests were eating off of napkins. Very disappointing service. I do not recommend.

Me and the guys from the tattoo shop have been eating from charmins place for over 18 years. The food is amazing and they treat everyone like family that walks through their doors. Thanks for the 18 years and here s to many more.

The beginning of our catering experience was good, we had discussed a number of dietary restrictions and had made plans on how we wanted our wedding catered. A week before the wedding we got a call to add another trip with KMs paid for the appetizers for the cocktail hour. This was extremely stressful as under my impression everything was to be made at the venue we chose and due to the walk through being so late the change was made to have it all brought to us. This causing the expense to be higher and not what was originally discussed. Stressful. Now, after tht was sorted out we had a number of other issues. The late night snack was not placed out, my bridal party and myself placed it. We had 2 hours worth of dishes to do after the dishes that had previously been done happened during speeches and made it impossible to hear. I was left stressed and extremely annoyed especially when I come out from doing dishes at my own wedding to find theres guest eating salad off of napkins when not enough supplies were left. I walked into this with the intention I would have nothing to worry about and was found to be very disappointed.

We used this catering company for my daughters wedding...1 week before wedding my daughter is informed they want more money even though contract has already been negotiated months before.When she called the owner to discuss she was hung up on Now comes the day of wedding...cocktails for 40 people.. 1 vegetable tray....1 fruit tray...1 cheese and crackers. I was informed by my guests there was not enough food. Now dinner..My friend goes up for seconds only to be told she should have kept her plate...one per person..After dinner no one cleared dishes....there was no location set up for guests to take them...so the workers just left it all. At the end of the night the two brides had to do dishes for 2 hours....on their wedding day! At 10 p.m. snacks were to be put out and then staff can leave. Staff put food out at 9 p.m. and took off....Guests were eating couscous salad off of napkins because they left no plates...perhaps they were in too much of a rush to get out. The owner responded to my daughters review on here and has stated that she has received rave reviews from our wedding guests. Not one of those rave reviews are on here and that is not how our guests felt! They all felt the girls were taken advantage of.. So if you are hiring a caterer and want excellent service and professionalism do not use this company!!

Charmins Wholesome Foods has catered many of my family events. They are always extremely professional and reliable. The food is absolutely AMAZING! And the costs are fairly inexpensive. I highly recommend them.

Charmin s Wholesome Foods provides the best catering experience I could have asked for! They catered my sister s wedding last weekend and we couldn t have imagined a more perfect meal. They looked after a cocktail hour with everything you could imagine, then provided a delicious buffet style meal and thought of all the little details for 125 people. Desserts were amazing and everyone raved about the whole meal from start to finish. Charmin and her team were so professional, organized and nice to work with. My mom, sister and I also went to her cafe in Lindsay. The food and service was great there too and we were able to customize a menu that was exactly what the bride wanted. If you re looking for a meal that will satisfy all your guests and service that you don t have to stress about, Charmin s Wholesome Foods is the place for you.

Got great dinners at a reasonable price her for our Mom who is a Senior and lives on her own. Homemade dinners with healthy foods!

This restaurant has excellent food. The staff is very caring and attentive. The restaurant is very clean and has a very relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Almost like being in the comfort of your own home.

Charmin, her son Isaac and her team catered my wedding, Saturday, September 30th -the food was absolutely amazing, we received numerous compliments. Charmin was excellent to deal with and gave me many options to suit my needs. Charmin and the wait staff were very accommodating to my guests needs, professional and they left the venue spotless.
