Staff provides a fantastic and outstanding customer service. When they remember your name as a customer and greet you with a smile on their face, it means you are truly valued as a customer. Fast service, excellent food.

Sign says open until 10.pm, walk in at 8.15 and nothing available. If you want to wait 20 mins they can make your order. Not good business.

Bathroom door was locked, because of line I was unable to ask them to unlock and wasn t able to use it

Ive been there 4 times asking for 2 wings only everything I get a wing and a thigh which I dont eat the staff is very young ive given them plenty of chances wont be giving them a 5th time

I preordered a pretty large order online ($110) and not only was it made on time, everything was made as I requested. The staff was super friendly and got me and in out upon pickup with no issues. I took advantage of the tip option when presented as I was super happy with everything :)

I was working late came I at 9:30 . I knownthey close at 10 and was told I could not stay to ear. They had to clean up. I said you dont close until 10???? Lindsay location

This is just great chicken hands down. Better than the competitor (my opinion ) seriously, just try it and see for yourself.

This is not KFC, if your looking for big plump chicken, go to KFC, on the other hand, if your not interested in growing a third leg, then go to Marry Browns. They threw in an extra soda when I bought three sodas, great service.

The owner Peter (Indian Server) was very disrespectful and needs to get training. I was using the bathroom and I m a regular customer because I work in the city of Lindsay. He banged on the door and said you must get out because there is another customer waiting I told him I was finishing and told me he is calling the cops . What is this service ? He was acting like the owner but didn t have any expertise or professionalism. Please don t ever treat a customer like Peter. DONT USE THIS RESTAURANT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Girl came in saying someone is outside overdosing and she needs to call 911 they told her there phones don t work so I proceeded to call and they picked up that s absolutely disgusting.

Way to expensive for what you get

Food was great. It wasnt too busy and the service team kept things moving along nicely.

I got the chicken sandwich, my mom got chicken tenders. Both of our chicken was nice and tender. Lost one star because they forgot my gravy. I wouldve drove all the way home if I hadnt looked before I left.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Learn to run a business! My family and I have our Christmas on boxing day and decided to get Mary browns chicken. My husband called early to inquire when they close, he was told 6. We called at 3 to order and were told that they are closing. So thank you very much. Way to run a business.

Ordered the deep fried dill pickles ..coating fell off in the pkg and theyre a choking hazard..seriously..

Terrible place, ordered chicken through the app, apps says its ready, I got there to pick it up, they first tell me its ready and going to bring it to me from the back. However, looking in, the guy in the back seems confused and have no idea about my order. 5 minutes later, they tell me it needs another 10 minutes as chicken hasnt been cooked yet. Asked me either wait or give me a refund, no compensation or sorry for their mistake. Meanwhile, people ordered behind me in person picked up their orders. Been to other Mary brown location before and this experience is by far the worst experience I had.

Well food is tasty I love the new vegetarian chicken combo and I think its great that lady at front desk even has memorized my name she has only served me a handful of times it shows they really care.

Called ahead to pick up. Was told it would be ready right away. Still had to wait. If they needed more time, they could have just said give us 30 minutes. Not nice to make someone wait when ordered ahead, and told to come right away. Typed all this while still waiting.

Would not order from this merry browns again ordered a big Mary got strips on a bun , also on the same order ordered strips with frys got 4 piece meal, popcorn chicken was way overcooked, Peterborough Marys is 100% better then Lindsay

15 bucks for a 3 piece meal, chicken must have been sitting under a warmer for hours, was like rubber and very dry. Certainly not worth the money, not recommended at all at this location.

Big mary Monday

Normally this is my go to place, in Lindsay for my chicken fix. But this time not happy with the product. Ordered 3 big Marys, taters, drinks. When we got them home they we terrible, over cooked almost like they were reheated., dry Not very impressed. Like I said this is my go too for chicken. Disappointed for sure.

Bravo to MARY BROWNS My wife picks up two 4 piece chicken plus taters and 2 creamy Cole slaw once a week and have yet to find another fast food store that can come up to the delicious quality Mary Browns! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who desires a very delicious meal. To the owner and the very courteous staff I congratulate you all for your individual hard work!! Lee

They had a big waiting line up waiting for rhier orders.. a backlog. but still taking orders. turns out they had a printer mishap but rather than communicating the problem they decided to just let everyone wait. Well the food was fine and everyone eventually got their orders. Will return because its the only Mary Browns in town.

Horrible service in Lindsay ont tonight . Out of chicken order was 15 mins late . Had no clue how to refund my money . 2 hours before close . I will never go back again

The service was friendly and quick as always. The food was not as good as usual. The gravy was like water, the coleslaw had a strong vinegar taste and the chicken was over cooked. Not what Im used to from this Mary Browns, but I will give it another try in the future.

Super slow taking orders. It looks like you should be able to pick up online orders but they will just ignore you. I recived my order 10minutes after they said it would be done. Peterborough location is better because they know what that line up is for.

Terrible service. The girl at the counter was fine but the guy in the back doesnt know what hes doing. We asked for 2 orders. One for white meat which he said was extra. Then he wanted extra for dark meat on the second order which Ive never heard of. So we said we would just take the second order as it came out and we got 2 backs (white meat) and 1 tiny little leg. We wont ever go back. Someone needs a better understanding of customer service.

Well thats just some tasty chicken done right for a pretty decent price. Middle of a.heatwave and grabbed a couple combos for the family - dinner was sorted out with zero hassle. Nice!

The staff is very friendly. I had lunch here and the flavor was just the way I remember it years ago in Newfoundland. This location has just become my favorite location in Ontario.

This location is never prepared with chicken ready to go. Ive had to wait twice for 25 mins for chicken. Ridiculous! I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and got my food faster.

I will never go back here again solely on the employees! Very unprofessional. I can except a teenager to be unprofessional but not a manager!! (They are very rude especially to the little girl that snatched my $100 bill out if my hand! Im guess that plexiglass makes you brave) and to the manger I applaud you on how not to be a manager! Even other customers were saying you were wrong and you were rude! And still no apologies!!

Normally have a great experience At this location. The food is always fresh and hot. And for the most part the employees are very friendly. Today at 11:50 AM the young girl that was managing the cash register had quite the attitude. Not with just myself but other people in there as well. When people rolled her eyes at me tell you put me in a bad mood. Maybe this is her normal tone of voice I don t know but if it is she needs to go work in the kitchen where she doesn t have to deal with customers

Was there 20 mins ago...toilets overflowing under the walls into the kitchen... but yet still taking orders...this place should be shut down....not 1 person washed there hands...4 people dealing with the problem... Kawartha lakes health inspector has been notified

Never had an issue with service except for the bathrooms being closed. I understand covid is still an issue but its nice to have a place to wash your hands before you eat. And since I was travelling thru Lindsay. Tbh it was quick and I got all of my orders right. The chicken tastes like Mary Browns. The accoutrements were on par so nothing to write home about.

Messed up my order a month ago and forgot to put my 2 pieces of white chicken in the bag. They promised to make it up me when I returned with 3 pieces of white chicken. Upon eating my chicken didnt realize by paying extra for white chicken that a wing is considered an upgrade now lol....wow things have really changed for the worse
