Food not ready at lunch time had to wait for them to cook the wings.

Excellent chicken as always, thanks for great service.

Decent place with helpful staff serving makes it a good place to have a quick meal.

I cant believe how disgusting this place is now. The chicken is rotten, everything tastes off and often things that are supposed to be hot, come cold. After seeing the disgusting pictures going around, Im shocked and sickened that this place is still running.

This is an amazing location I use them about 4 to 5 times per month. Love there chicken fingers and fries Food

I ordered 8 piece family meal , asked for all dark, they told me they only had 6 dark, would two white be ok, I said yes asked for fries they said it came with it. Asked for the mac and cheese as the side. Got home and I got 4 dark and 4 white, all dry as hell, even the biscuits and the mac and cheese was mush and tasted like plastic. Going through the order 3 times and they still got it wrong. Wont be going back.

The customer service was very poor the food was not hot and the guy seems to be very rude and they made me wait for 20 minutes for a sandwich

Chicken fil a had nothing on these guys. Just a better chicken sandwich. Yum. Quick, accurate. Thats all there is to it.

It s the first time I visited Popeyes Chicken - Lindsay Location and the experienced was amazing. Good tasty food in a shortest time. Customer service was also above standard and the place is so clean. Owner even brought me a special thank you dish. I will be bringing my family and friends here very soon. Thank you guys

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich; got a ghost pepper chicken sandwich and the bun and lettuce were soaked and soggy. Ordered 3 piece spicy chicken tenders, they asked if it was okay if I got 2 spicy and 1 mild, I said sure: got 2 mild and 1 spicy. Pulled up to the window and waited 20 minutes to get the food too, and didnt get a receipt :( They did do a good job keeping the place clean though, so theres that. Love Popeyes! ... But not the Lindsay location.

Very slow service even in slow time with hardly any customers in the restaurant and chickens were fried in old oil.

Honestly Popeyes is always my favourite fast food place but this place is awful stale food. Had the wings and the bones were black, the meat tough and sure indigestion. All signs the food was refried. Also there when the owner was there, chastising his employee in a very undignified and threatening way.

Usually this place is pretty good, but Ive had a couple of bad experiences here. Previously, I was waiting in the drive thru for my order with one car in front of us. We waited over 20 minutes and when we got our order and without any dialogue, the girl at the window pretty much threw my food bag at me. At least I never saw her again afterwards. On this trip, I was alone. The store wasnt busy with having one person in front of me waiting for his order and one guy at the drive thru window. I placed my order at 12:05pm which was a butterfly shrimp combo with mashed potatoes and a drink. The pop machine didnt have ice. I told the girl behind the counter and she indicated that she still needed to do that. So I started with a semi warm drink. At about 12:15 the front counter girl yelled for my shrimp a second time. At 12:20 she told the guy in the kitchen Is the shrimp down? At 12:25 she angrily yells to the kitchen that she needed the shrimp yesterday and where was it. At 12:35 I got my order. The food was good, the front counter girl was good, everyone else was horrible.

The chicken pieces are always generous. Their coleslaw is the best.

They dont even give you a bag! Just handed a carboard container of food out the drive thru. And their staff needs to open thier ears and listen and be more patient.

Ive ordered from here a couple of times through the drive-through. I had an item forgotten the one time, and the next time I went, they very kindly gave it to me and included a couple pies as an extra.

I came from Toronto and had one of the best chicken sandwiches in my life. It took me back to the old Popeyes days, I had a tear in my eye and nearly broke down on the floor in happiness. Will be making sure this location is part of my Lindsay commute from now on. Edit: let them know ahead of time if you want it halal

I was in there today and the young lady was working both the drive through and front counter and the store had a few customers both at the drive through and in store. She was pleasant and kept everything organized while her associate kept the food cooking. Food came out fresh and with a smile. Good job team!

Amazing experience with them. I have been going there since i came to canada and yet I can t find better food tastes and services in others.it is also halal so, i preferred to go there every week with my kit and kins and I recommend others as well.

When they actually sell it, they close at 10pm but wont cook food after 9pm, Ive gone multiple times after work to get food but they always tell me they stop cooking at 9pm and wont serve anything else, clearly management doesnt care cause Ive brought it up multiple times and it never changes, employees are rude and dont care about their customers.

This location prompts for tip in drive thru. Otherwise standard Popeyes

Meh. They forgot to put the shrimp in the shrimp platter but, to their credit, replaced it the next day. The chicken was not great and the rice and beans were mushy and little flavour. The coleslaw was on point and gets a . 6/10

went in the drivethrough . order was taken quickly. need another sign with the menu before you get up to order so we can see what you have!!! including the specials ! we waited yet again for over 15 minutes for our order. Its a drive through not sit and wait through. Wont be back just because its soooo slow.

Visited this location about a dozen times. Food has always been top notch. Portions good (sometimes a lil extra) and always properly served, no missing items. Staff friendly and respond in kind to being treated with respect. Manager offered me a special no longer listed last time, made my day. Young lady working tonight said she was kinda new but served me like a seasoned veteran. I watched and she didnt miss a beat. Worth the drive to the west end.

Hubby surprised us last week with a chicken take out he brought home. Chicken was greasy, fries were soggy, didnt attempt more than one bite of the rock hard tea biscuit (scone). Plus, for takeout, I nearly fell off my chair when he told me the cost for 3 meals, $40! What???!! The best part was the refreshing bottle of water. Will not patronize this establishment.

Wow what an incredible experience this evening! We ordered dinner from this popeyes tonight a 16 piece dinner for everyone and a side of 8 chicken nuggets for my little brother as his birthday dinner request. The doordash app missed the nuggets on our order so I called and asked to have them add them added to the order and pay over the phone. Unfortunately they couldnt do that but the guy on the phone offered to add them free of charge for the birthday boy. Even gave him 9 chicken nuggets and wrote happy birthday on the box! My brother was so very happy. The gentleman at popeyes even called to make sure my brother enjoyed his birthday chicken nugget dinner. The food is all so crispy, spicy and soooo delicious! Thank you for the amazing customer service. You really made our night. :)

While the staff was nice and helpful, my chicken sandwich (which they got right other than the pickles and no mayo) was extremely salty. I dont eat a lot of salt in my diet anymore. Today was the second time in 2 weeks and both times my sandwich was too salty and I couldnt finish it. At all. Which is sad because I do like their food. I guess I will have to either try something else or eat elsewhere...

I love popeyes but not this location . I ordered a Chicken sandwich and it was drowning in Mayonnaise . I mean l pulled the sandwich out and mayonnaise poured out . So I used the app they advertise. I was 10 minutes away. I arrived in the drivethru line . Once I got to the speaker which was not working. When finally got to the window to be told they hadn t even started cooking my chicken nuggets. A total of 20mins since I placed my order on the app. I had asked for a refund but was told no one was available to issue a refund. I said well I ll come inside to wait for my food since they told me it would only be 5min. After 20 min I went ti the counter. They had completely forgotten about me. What a joke. Emailed corporate one to be send a generic email back telling the manager of the restaurant will reach out. It s been over a week now and no response. This place is a joke.

If I could leave half a star, I would. Ordered 2 meals with white meat and one came all dark. Had it corrected with a large spicy breast piece. This didn t smell right and was actually spoiled. Like left in the sun all day spoiled - then cooked. How someone wouldn t know being close up is beyond me. While we did get a full refund - the very least I d expect - I ll never, ever eat Popeyes again after this. Absolutely horrendous. By far the worst experience at any fast food chain.

literally waited a half hour for 12 chicken tenders that costed $37 with a side of no joke 6 small onion rings. also mentioning the fact that every piece of chicken i was given, was clearly uncooked and very pink. don t recommend this place even the slightest.

Waited 27 minutes in drive thru for lunch and was the first one at the window. Not one person came to tell me what was happening, no apology, no discount and to top it off, got to work and opened my lunch up. No gravy! There were 12 vehicles behind me that probably had the same conversation.

Probably one of the most positive customer oriented fast food locations Ive ever seen. A few months back we were in the drive-through here. It was taking a bit longer, but thats often the case with chicken places. When we got up to the window they apologized and offered us all free drinks. A few weeks back we ordered via skip the dishes. We had a large order of over $70 for our family of 5. The order that arrived was a single small meal. We talked to the driver to advise the order was wrong. Had to go through Skip the Dishes who had no other offer but to cancel the order and re-order another one. With 3 hungry young kids that was not an option and Skip the Dishes would offer no other solution. The driver let the Popeyes know and 20 min later there was a knock on our door with the original full $70+ order (just cooked) brought to us no charge. Mistakes happen. Its how you handle them and this place does well.

Went for supper tonight at Popeyes. We walked in to order and the first red flag I saw was a cook leaving the restroom with his apron on. This is a no-no in the foodservice industry. Not sanitary. The second issue we had was what seemed to be the manager. He believed that it was appropriate to discipline a coworker in front of us. She was very embarrassed. He must run the restaurant this way because he continued to discipline another employee in the same belittling manner. It was quite upsetting. When he left, we encouraged the two female employees for their efforts. The food was good, but the experience left a bad taste in our mouth.

It is an awesome place to sit down to eat a delicious chicken burger and fries with a slight crunch that tops the meal off the rite way

Horrible customer service and wait times. I ve been in the drive through line at the window for the past 10 minutes. No one has come to the window to say there is a wait time even though I placed my order already and am still currently sitting in the drive through waiting as I type this. This isnt the first time, or second time! You guys really need to hire better staff and train better! There aren t many food options in Lindsay especially with drive-through your business should be providing the best service to attract the customers, but who will want to go there when you have to wait ridiculous wait times.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I pick up deliveries from this Popeyes location frequently for a delivery service I work for. I have to say Ive never seen and employer treat their employees worse then the owner treats his. He is arrogant, condescending, and has no respect for the people that work for him. I was in there today and he grabbed one of the female employees and said when I tell you to do something you do it then a few minutes later he would periodically say to one of the female employees when I say jump you say what? And the employee would say How high? And I seen him do this 3 times. Ive witnessed many other things including him telling new hires that he has 17 cameras in that place and they cant hide from him. Ive witnessed all this and Im only in there for 2 or 3 min every other day. There is plenty of other businesses in Lindsay that have great food. you dont need to support this business.
