What is it with Tim's that they add 5722 new items but cant even keep sesame seed vagels in stock. Get back to vasic items and actually making sure all the ordered items are in the bag
Went to this location a few days ago, not impressed. We ordered one turkey bacon club and I forgot to ask for no tomato. We finished our order then she says “is that everything” I say oh no tomato on the club and she adds another one, by mistake which I didn’t mind but I said no sorry there’s only one club I just forgot to say no tomato and she deletes it and says “you guys ordered two” rudely. Do better.
Pros: Food and presentation are good Staff are friendly Lots of tables ‘old school’ tim’s style from the 2000s Cons Tables and washrooms always seem to be dirty They always seem to be short staffed Minimal selection of food; they’re out of most options The parking lot in this plaza is a nightmare to walk or drive in with so many crazy drivers speeding around blind corners
At the time of my visit, the store appeared clean and in good order. Communication was clear, service was prompt and product was consistent with other stores. Better than many of their locations in the GTA....
Always polite,courteous service here. I always drive thru no matter what type of day I'm having before I get there always always drive away feeling good about my day which makes me continue to go back... Ty Timmy's staff!!!
Extremely nice service. Friendly staff and amazing presentation of food
This place is always filthy, especially the washrooms, and you can set your expectations of the food super low. The owners of this and other Lindsay locations have been hiring TFWs through the LMIA program, which is supposed to be used for businesses that can't find local applicants. With so many who live in town out of work, you really need to reach out across oceans for government subsidized minimum wage workers who you can abuse because they don't know our labour laws?
EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. Lineup blocks the entrance.
The staff here are the best in class. Really great team. Food is good, but my main thing here is the Americano. Havent been able to get one in months due to the espresso machine being broken. Does the owner not have enough dough to fix it? Should the community come together and raise funds for poor Tim Hortons so they can fix it?
Nice place to order your coffee!
Nothing out of the ordinary that you expect in volume based coffee shop but the staff works hard to have smiling faces of customers.

Probably the fastest Timmys drive thru Ive been to.
This tim Hortons seems to have a line up every time I visit. Probably because no drive thru .
Still the slowest Tim Hortons in the Kawartha, next to the one in Bobcaygeon. Doesnt matter if theres 2 people working or 12 people, still cant seem to forget veany faster. Dont let the nearly empty restaurant and no line fool you - you will still stand at the till for a good 10mins before youre even acknowledged.
One of the better tims in town but long lines and slow service
Honestly, I feel for the staff who try so hard to keep up during the buisy times. They have to deal with the customers who are desperately trying to get thier orders and I have witnesed almost every time I have gone there someone leaving due to the long linups. I myslef have left for the same reason. More staff are needed for the busy hours.
I feel bad for the staff that have to deal with the absolute nut-jobs that frequent this location. The full-fledged arguments between patrons are wild. Good Iced Capps.
Ordered an earl grey tea. Was given bagged orange pekoe tea after clarifying when ordering it was to be earl grey. The. Their buzzers started going off. Went off for at least half an hour with several customers asking about it. Never attempted to turn it off. Really made it hard to enjoy conversation with the people I was with.

Messed up 2/3 orders, when the girl was making my drink she turned to one employee and made a disgusted face at my drink when concerned me because ???? Is there something wrong with what you re serving to customers??? She then proceeded to bring it to another employee and also show her my drink with the same disgusted face, again, is there something wrong with what you re serving to the customer? And if you feel compelled to make such a face at the food you re producing, should you really then proceed to give customer said drink? And they are extremely slow in there, took over 35 minutes to get out a lemonade, iced capp, and two donuts, which were also incorrect.. not sure the girls name who I dealt with, but hopefully if she sees this she will recognize herself and maybe learn that the facial expressions and comments you re making about the food/drink you re serving can fully be seen by the customer & your customer service is lacking in that aspect. Safe to say I won t be returning to this location, and I would be very weary of what you order as clearly even staff don t see it as fit to be sold but still are selling it anyway:)

This is an old tim Hortons location. Its unfortunately becoming dated and does not get enough traffic durring the evenings to stay open late. Standard food and drink.

Staff was friendly but wait time is a bit much. 1 person working in the entire place. Also probably one of the dirtiest Tim Hortons I ve been in .. nothing clean about it. This location definitely needs some TLC and quickly. Food

The staff is great, but the wait times are just ridiculous. One person ahead of me in line, yet it takes 10 minutes to get 2 simple coffees. They just dont have any pep in their step and its really unfortunate. Its like this all the time. I keep hoping next time will be different, and it never is, no matter the time of day.

Went to get iced coffee, they informed they dont have for the rest of the day, it was only 5 pm. Requested little ice but the cashier Amol wanted to charge me. Thats ridiculous to charge for some ice. What a shame. Parking: Fine

Tim hortons manager was really rude. French vanilla i ordered taste did not even taste like the usual ones. I tried replacing it but she rejected in such a rude way. Such a bad customer service. I know loosing a customer does not matter to them but still disappointing a regular customer should not be accepted at all cost

Pretty nice place overall. Service was friendly and swift. They didnt have four cheese bagels when I went, but Id assume it was only temporarily. Lots of old people, no one on phones which was nice to see some sense of community. Bathrooms were not very clean, but thats alright.

No drive thru here hence the 4 star rating but staff are friendly even while dealing with pandemic related employee shortages. Washrooms were clean and patrons did their best to social distance. Layout of the store allows a separate entry and exit location to help keep things as safe as possible.
They could make the line faster
Dont have certain items on regular basis such as London fog reason always is the machine is down.
Service was slow. Couldnt have a full breakfast because the store had run out of several ingredients.

Timmies here is usually better than most in town. You have people who are experienced and not teenagers who wont give you the same kind of service.. example, teenager will press sugar button fast than more experienced people and Bam, not so sweet of coffee.
Asked for a green tea with 2 sugars no sugar in the tea no sleeve on the cup both maple doughnuts were maple to maple meaning facing each other. And this is not the first time.

Not pleasant to my 10 year old on more than one occasion. Kids are people too. Some of the staff become agitated if the kids have questions or havent fully decided what they want. Thats what kids do. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Rude and impatient with my 10 year old.

Cant live without my tims
The Staff is very efficient and our order was perfect. The seating area was very clean, as well as the tables and restroom. There was quite a lineup, but we didnt have to wait more than 10 minutes for our order. Parking: There is a lot of parking around the Tim Hortons. So parking is not a problem.
This place was fast clean and the food was hot and tasty I found a bank card on the ground when I visited and turned it in and the staff they where quick to deal with me handing it to them straight to the office it went good honest staff at this location

This Tims always serves the best coffee because its made hot
They ran out of sausage for the breakfast sandwich at 9, :30 in the morning and handed me my sandwich just with egg and bacon but I had paid for the sausage, it was so busy. Otherwise I might have argued for money back or a different sandwich.
