I was at this Tims, asking for ice water, their supervisor said that they are charging for cup for ice water; In the POS system > Cold beverages > Ice water cup. It should come 0.00 CAD. This is not right way of earning money.

I ordered an extra large coffee with 2 cream 3 sugar and when i leave i noticed the coffee was not hot at all and the sugar was missing from my coffee. This is the 1st time this has happened at this store. The service could be faster as well. A couple visits prior i waited 30 mins before being able to place my order

Quick prompt service, and the bathrooms were the cleanest i have seen in a long time

The density of the coffee is way too less compared to other tim hortons. Service is good most of the time. However, many times some people comes in and shouts and behave inappropriately with the staff and people dining. So, if you are going to this tim and its very late be careful with the people they are not safe sometimes.

This place is bad for service a long line at the front of the store and it takes 30 minutes to put a order in because a group of workers off to the side talking knowing there is a long line

Slowest Tim Hortons I ve ever been to

My husband and i have visited this location several times but only the last two visits did we go inside to order as opposed to drive thru. Both times my husband tried to use the bathroom and was mortified. Disgustingly dirty. We have decided that we will move on to another in town.

They messed up my order and pretty much told me too bad. They said I would have to wait 15 minutes to get what I actually ordered. Id avoid this location if you can.

I am a regular customer of this Tim Hortons. I always had great experience from the staff especially a bearded guy called Anand, he was really nice in behaving.

Fast service, good food and drinks, friendly staff. Have to be careful parking as people are also using driveway when leaving the drive thru!

It used to be a decent location but has continually been on a downhill slide. Most of that is due to certain staff members and their level of ignorance, discrimination and gossip with certain cliques of customers that frequent there.

My girlfriend and myself were at this location recently. We ordered about $25 worth of snacks and beverages over a period of three hours. It was late, and we were waiting for our bus to Toronto after a long day of travel, so we decided to rest our heads on the table. After about 20-minutes thereafter we were met by two police officers who said an employee wanted us out and if we didnt leave we would be charged with trespassing. We were stunned and completely caught off guard. We had done nothing wrong. We purchased coffees, teas, muffins and bagels. We argued our case a little and decided to leave. Again...we were/(are) absolutely stunned and caught off guard. We are now considering what steps we are to take next in order to rectify the situation. Will never go back. PS. We are going to assume that the employee who called the police on us - if thats true and the police arent lying - was/is the same employee who had his music cranked all the way up while serving customers.

Fast service through drive thru

Store is very slow and extremely dirty inside. I live down the road and have stopped going as it s disgusting inside especially the bathrooms

I was in today and the man on cash was a East Indian man couldn t quite see his name but I was standing at the counter waiting to order but all he did was stand off to the side staring at me until finally another worker took my order. But I will say the girl on drive thru I believe her name is Alisha she is very hard working and I had noticed she was doing everything she could to keep the drive thru moving quickly even though most of the other coworkers were just wandering around.

Drive thru for quick lunch. They were out of plain bagels but helped us pick an alternative. Croissant was a hit. Line up was quite significant but line moved. Order was not 100% correct but food was still good.

My husband and I often get a breakfast egg and bacon English muffin at this location. It started off only once and awhile and then over the last year has been a regular occurrence in which every sandwich I have had has contained egg shells. It was so frequent I told my husband to stop buying me sandwich if he was using the Lindsay Street Tim Horton s. Today after of weeks he did use it and nothing has change large egg shell in my sandwich. REALLY HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO CRACK AND EGG! Apparently for one of your staff members at this location it s extremely difficult!

Probably the least clean Tim hoftons i have ever been to. The young lady seemed pissed that she didnt read the instruction before making the sandwich and that she had to make changes to the sandwich. She basically slammed the sandwich on the counter for me and walked away. Quite an unusual behaviour for Tim hortons staff.

Very standard Tim Hortons. Staff was nice and I found them very polite. I did find their cool times to be a bit slow, but given that they did warn me that eggs would take several minutes which delayed my order. Sounded strange to not have some eggs ready at breakfast time. But otherwise, I recommend!

Not so clean . I talk to one of the cashier about the women washroom the toilet was very gross . I sit there for awhile to see if it was going to get clean and it never did. The worst tim hortons I ever been. Will never return back to that location. Even the windows and fire place window was dirty. Everything was nasty

By far the most disgusting tims Ive ever been in. At this point shut the place down and hire a professional cleaning company to disinfect the entire building inside and out. If I was the franchise owner/management I would be so embarrassed. The word disgusting isnt enough for how bad that place is

I walked to this tim Hortons while getting an oil change I ordered and sat down and was eating the young man came to me asking for a QR code which I said I ll show you once I m done my bagel. He said I need to see it now which I answered again once I am done my bagel. Then the manager came and I told them the same thing. She then replied she was calling the police I told her to go right ahead. If you would train your employees properly and asked if I was dining in or not the whole situation could of been avoided. She was absolutely rude and threatening while all I asked is that I finish my dam bagel. Whoever owns this tim Hortons should talk with there staff on how to treat those who are eating in. To call the police because I had my QR code is rediculous I showed her on my phone and she didn t even scan it in the end so what the hell was the point of harassing me trying to eat a bagel. It was a terrible experience and I would not go to this tim Hortons there are many others in Lindsay

One of my favorites Tim Hortons in Lindsay Ontario. The staff here are quick to serve your orders and are friendly and really gets to know repeat customers well. There drive through service is fast, however as many would agree it would be nice to see a revamp of the drive through, this Tims Hortons can get extremely busy, but fully understand with limited space. Overall great Tim Hortons!

Stopped on my way home around 11:45 pm. Used the bathroom which smelt like sewer. Waited for the girl to serve me. Was very Rude, I m not the type to be rude back and normally always leave a tip. Gave me my 2 coffees then hands me my 2 bagels without a bag or ask if I wanted one. I asked her for one which she didn t seem impressed to give. She talked sarcastic so I did as well. Her name is Angie. She totally needs to learn customer friendliness or find another job holy smokes.

Busy place

Very friendly drive through staff. Sat in the parking lot watching the poor flow of traffic. LOL Had a TimShake, delish! Bagel with cream cheese was just okay. Not sure how it could be toasted but still cold so the cream cheese didnt soften.

This place is at the junction of Victoria Street and Kent Street. Easy access from downtown, staff are friendly and not much crowded Sitting space is limited due to the location.

One of the slowest locations in Lindsay!! Beginging to think there should be a bit of a limit to how much can be ordered through a Timmys drive through!! The drive through is ment to be a quick grab!! It wasnt made for nearly five (5) minute orders (yes that is an over exaggeration but three (3) minutes for one car is still crazy!!!!).

They never stir the coffee or give us what we ask for promptly. The slowest service in town. Update- it has become way worse because it appears that everytime Im trying to request my order they are still trying to give me my drink with milk after telling them 5 different times and returning my drink 4 of those times its supposed to be with cream. 3 of those times giving me coffee instead of my actual order. Time to revamp the staff and hire people who actually want to work and what ever happen to service with a smile.

They forgot my jalapeños

I just went to the washroom before ordering and it was so disgusting that I walked out. If the washroom is that bad I can t imagine what the food prep area is like.

I went to Tims on a Thursday june 30 at 9:20 in the evening and I waited half an hour to place my order in side cuz they were 3 staff working a they were all atvthe drive thru window and when I did place my order they made my coffee wrong I asked for a triple triple with a vanilla shot and I they gave me a coffee with 1 sugar and 1 malk and no vanilla shot Im extremely disappointed in the service

Line is getting to long, need more staff, but so do other places. I wonder if they hire older people?

I go to tims on lindsay st. South all the time like 4 times a day sometimes more, i like a lot of people there Lorne stands out a lot her quick and friendly service is one of the reasons i like coming to this tims.

They used to be the best location in town. Over the past year they have become the worst. I dont know what happened, what changed, but its now not unusual to spend 30 minutes in the drive thru lane. A lot of the time they dont have what I want. A lot of the staff Ive seen just standing around while its busy. Just a disaster. Whoever is running this place needs a serious wake up call.

My son got out of my car and walked across the parking lot only to trip in a massive pot hole in the middle of the bloody parking lot scrapping his knees and hands only to be embarrassed by over a dozen people staring at him, but not one person would see if the pour child was OKAY except for a very nice young lady who is an employee her name was Mariah thank you for being the only person to care about this poor child.

The manager is extremely racist and refused to acknowledge me despite me waiting in line for over five minutes, and there were no other customers being served. She would rather acknowledge the lady behind me in line because she has white instead of me who is brown.

After over 20 min in drive thru with only 7 cars ahead of me. The attitude I received at the window was less than gracious to say the least. I use this Tim s daily. However have to rethink my route to work not the first time the service has been horrendous and likely will not be the last

My husband remarked the singular poor girl doing counter and sandwiches today (Sun of long weekend) was amazing, but unfortunately she had no help! She apparently had to ask more than 3x for one of several staff over by drive-thru (some just standing around, he said) to put my muffin in the microwave for her, and about 5x for someone to take it out - the last having to be quite loud: could someone take the muffin out for this gentleman!?! How many people does it take to make the coffees for drive thru? She was trying to make the previous customers sandwich, THEY SHOULD HELP HER!! Im sure he was about to yell at them FOR her by that point. PLEASE commend her, she was trying so hard - and tell the others to stop socializing and do their jobs...!!

This is the slowest Tim Hortons in Lindsay I don t even know how they are open. I don t know if it has to do with lack of employees or management but very very bad. Waited 30 mins in line watched 10 customers leave

Good experience, quick service, clean restaurant. From where I was sitting I could hear staffs entire conversation. Not once were they unprofessional. The young man training the new girl was fantastic!

I have been using this location for over 5 years, during that time timing and service were great. Over the past few months+ the timing in the drive-thru has increased to a 20 - 30 minute wait and miserable employees at the window. I have seen, through the drive-thru window, employees standing around chit chatting, lollygagging, just no sense of urgency. I am very disappointed with the service here and will never go again. The manager needs to shake everyone up, or maybe the manager needs replacing, not sure.

The drive thru layout is terrible, it took over 20 minutes to get a coffee with only 5 cars ahead in line. There also seems to be a ton of people hanging out in the parking lot, one of which asked me to step out of my vehicle to fight. Terrible location.

Horrible experience. I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. I watched other cars pick up their orders and they didnt even order a lot, some people were just getting a drink so I have no idea why it took so long. I thought about leaving the line and going inside but I saw other people go inside and wait just as long before they came back out. Not to mention how bad my food and drink was. They did not fill up my drink all the way, about 1 inch was missing. And there was WAY too much sauce in my wrap. It was so bad! I chatted with some friends about this and theyve had similar experiences at this Tim Hortons. What an absolute mess!!

Good friendly service

They gave me hot water instead of French vanilla. I drove back to Tim Hortons and the behaviour of the guy on the drive thru was so bad. He doesnt even know how to say sorry for the mistake he made. He threw that hot water cup in front of my car.

I ordered online for an in-store pickup but order was 15minutes late. It was disorganized, I hope this location can improve.

How long does it take to get a coffee ? 15 minutes so far still waiting. Cars are pretty much waiting on the road took a picture too Once I got to the window they tell me there is no iced coffee during lunch rush after already waiting not to mention my wrap wasn t ready, and they had to offer me another drink which wasn t ready and would take more time so I had to leave without anything Called and spoke to the manager worse customer service I ve received in my life she needs training to serve customers better ! You don t hang up on a customer and have them call you back going really you hung up ?! The manager would rather argue that I wasn t there for 15 minutes then to solve the issue at hand. All of the staff are super friendly and doing the best they can. Its frustrating to read 1 star reviews about wait time when im pretty sure were all aware of the massive labor shortages here in Canada. Everyone here is doing a great job !
