Need to clean floors kinda dirty especially around the fireplace

Accepted an order via doordash for pickup, doors locked almost an hour before closing time. Refused to serve.

The service today was absolutely horrible. Rushed through the drive thru and we didnt get all three of our items despite it being confirmed at the order taker. I have to say Im appalled. This location has gone downhill the past few times Ive been here.

Got cut off by like 8 people in line. Staff did nothing. This is a common occurrence, and Im probably gonna stop going here. Food

The only good thing is Im saving $30/mth because they dont carry honey-lemon tea any more. I have no need to go there now. Actually, I am saving even more, because it didnt just affect me, it affected all the people that could have been behind me in the drive through, when I felt like paying for their order.

Friendly staff great coffee

Last time I went here one of their staff took my order, 2 LRGE TTs, one LRG three cream, one large iced cap. They took 15 dollars from me, charged me for 2 coffees and an iced capp, and gave me change from 10 dollars. They said they would check their till and the cameras, and swore i only gave them 10 dollars. They said on camera i gave them 10 dollars and didnt check the till. I asked them to check the till and they said they were wrong the camera did show 3 five dollar bills. Extremely shady i would recommend lindsay street tom hortons over this one.

I visit this location on a daily basis and can honestly say that the staff are friendly and the service is typically quick. The down side is I find that my coffee always tastes different maybe thats an indication of putting too much focus on time standards then quality standards but this is not an indicator of staff work ethics as I know theyre pressured on window time.

On April 28th, the staff at the Mount Hope Street, Lindsay location went above and beyond their call of duty to assist me and my husband. I unfortunately had lost something of high value at this location the day before and realized it on April 28th. We certainly were not expecting the staff to assist us in finding the item but they were willingly jumped in to help. I would like to extend full gratitude and appreciation to the following staff for all they did for us that day: Mark (Operational Manager) Nancy (General Manager) Nick (Owner) Sarah (Store front Employee) We are thrilled to say that the item we were looking for was found (shockingly) and the team seemed to be just as excited as we were. We are forever grateful! On a side note, I frequent this establishment and Sarah often works the drive-thru when I am there. She is professional, polite, enthusiastic and efficient with her job. It is always a pleasure. :)

Nice and spacious.

This restaurant is dirty! The floors had old dried food left for who knows how long, there are spiderwebs in the floor corners, the fireplace had food smears like ketchup all over it and the waste receptacles had splatters of food all on the outside. Ive never had an poor cleanliness experience at a Tim Hortons before. Makes me wonder how clean their kitchen is!

Convenient location at the northern east edge of Lindsay. Clean restaurant and restrooms. Expected quality of Tim Hortons in both the food and beverages. Efficient and friendly service.

Busy Sunday morning they were quick and didnt mess up on our coffees

Why is it they cant make coffee the same everyday. Decaf always tastes burnt. They also need to take it easy on the butter

You really need to count your change when paying cash. I have been over charged many times. Usually only by a dollar today it was by 2. I would recommend paying debit when coming here

Great staff, very helpful and polite. Service is fast, accurate and pleasant. Washrooms are always kept clean. The dining area always has seats available and cleanliness is kept up to the mark. Its not a very huge place but people are really nice. A go to stop everytime I visit my customers in Lindsay Parking: The parking is somewhat difficult during peak hours like those of lunch and early mornings.

Very friendly staff. They DONT have English breakfast tea. I wasnt surprised.

My server was super nice and friendly. Most of my experience here has been okay. I refuse to do drive-thru. Its always a long line. AND, not often that they would have the ONLY muffin that I eat. Pecan Banana.

Went in to get a coffee and no one greeted me or acknowledged me at all. I must have waited at the counter for 10 minutes without acknowledgement. I ended up walking out and there were at least 6 other customers in line behind me by then. Terrible!

This is a really busy Tims, but the staff are always friendly and helpful and the baked are always fresh. Tip... Park and go in, its quicker!

The overal quality was good but couldnt understand much through the speaker box. I had to repeat my order a few times and it was still punched in wrong.

Its like they hire the slowest and laziest of the bunch. Cant get orders right, forget about your order while youre waiting, and did I mention slow?

As a retired senior, business owner, I have been a frequent, weekly customer to this location for 3 years....As I approached the order counter at 7:30 am this morning, I was greeted by a new team member CHRISTINA. This well groomed, alert, young lady with a warm, friendly smile is the perfect front person that any employer would desire on their team. Her passion for perfection of customer service was quickly confirmed, starting with the first glance at her perfectly printed name on her name tag. I trust the owner of this franchise will also see the potential with this young lady, and not allow her to be persuaded to join another team elsewhere by a savy business owner customer, noticing the same rare qualities that I did this morning. Keep your passion strong, Christina! Your career potenial is endless.

If the drive thru is busy its usually faster to just go in. Dont be fooled by the lack of parking. A lot of the patrons dine in

It was my first time at this location I was there just after 4 it was quick and fast I was served by a young lady in the window she had a smile on her face dont see that around much anymore so that made my day! Wish I knew the name so I could formally shout them out I believe it started with a K though
