Went there today and ordered a bagel with hash browns, lettuce, tomato and chipotle sauce with 2 small coffee and ended up paying 13$ and the coffee was okay but the bagel was not so fresh. There was one person ahead of me and the girl working there did not even say "Thank you or have a good day!"(That's basic" and while handing out coffee to that customer was asking me "what do you want"?! Would not recommend
Come here every morning, always fast, and the staff is always friendly
Got in line with 1 person a head of and had walk out after 10 mins without placing an order. Due to the good service. Shut down the franchise before you embarras a good name
Tried to order by going in, but the server was really slow. So I went through the drive thru and had a much better service. Was in a pissy mood after waiting over 10 mins inside, but the drive thru lady ensured she turned it around without me having to say anything, just by being polite. The extra star is for her!
Me and another patron were waiting in line because a cashier stated she would only be a moment and then would take our order. Another customer entered and waited in the line beside us and was immediately taken by a cashier. I’m disappointed that cashier didn’t wave us over and take our orders first as we clearly arrived before her. Disappointing service.
Orders are on average decent and CS is usually rather pleasant. Today, I actually got a pretty well put together and tasty sandwich but they forgot to include the napkin, which are ALWAYS needed & a side of mayor attitude🙄 I addressed that with the manager and she appeared apologetic, but beware that you could get it without asking for it 🤨That is not good customer service or a good look for TH. I go through this location on weekly basis, so it’ll interesting to see how she behaves next time. SMH. Since my last review, I have gone through few more times and the same situation with the same kid and I won’t be going back. This is the worst drive through in the Lindsay region.
I was disappointed as there was no seating available. Just to advise you guys this Tim Hortons is inside the gas station. The staff was right as felt like the guy was in rush and kept asking him when there was no nobody behind me. It wasn’t that crazy busy still the food was like the quality of the food at the temp is going down. I asked for cinnamon raisin bagel with extra butter toasted. It was cold and I didn’t feel like that was enough butter and it even asking him for extra butter. I asked for medium iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar and that was dark don’t know the reason maybethe guy at the counter did listen to me appropriately. Make sure when you buy food from the Tim Hortons check and there the food is right or not. Otherwise you know thank you
I don't know who's making sandwiches at 3:30pm on Jan 31st , but this is ridiculous. Looks like two raccoons were fighting over the bun before you snatched it from them, ripping the bottom into two pieces and smooshing it. Update: After multiple back and forth via e-mail, nothing was resolved. Just wasted a lot more of my time.

We have had multiple problems at this location often we ask for 2 or 3 combos sandwiche side and drink im very specific about my orders and very clear a few times we were missing sides or they did not put it in order after asking Ive gone back and asked for my side and they try and charge me for it I was very polite about explaining situation and they rudely blame me even know Ive been very specific to try to avoid this happening multiple times also often are beverages are either wrong or just gross not sure how they mess up simple coffee they do give me a new one if I notice right away but one time we were to far and my wife got another coffee at next timhortons on way back thru we stopped with coffee still intact and explained it tasted like soap even compared to my coffee and they wouldnt refund it and said I was rude and wouldnt deal with me at this point i did get rude cause it has been one thing after another with this location.

Nick is by far the best that works there , he always has my order ready with a smile . My husband even calls him my boyfriend lol . The morning ladies are just as helpful and are quick to get to everyone on time

Needs a good cleaning
Doughnuts fried in vegetable oil are probably the most unhealthy thing that a person or animal can put in their digestive tract. Add fiber to top it off. Next would be muffins with fiber and vegetable oil inside. Please, Get something healthy on the menu! I cant go near there with family.

How hard is it to toast a tea biscuit and put a piece of cheese on it? Apparently an impossible task for this location Got in the drive through, cut dry and cold. Parked went inside asked the man at the front counter to have them remake it properly toasted with butter and cheddar Got another one toasted, dry, no cheese. Really?

Grouchy old women bullying the young employees in-front of me, the customer. So awkward. Also my bagel was covered in fine hairs I ll go to the one up the street from now on.
Nothing against the restaurant specifically just feel Tim Hortons has lost all quality over the years
Busy and not the freshest food
At this Tim Hortons location on our visit there was no hot coffee available, due to lack of pressure according to store worker. The apple fritter served was old and soggy. The toasted cheese sandwiches did not have cheese in it. When it was brought to the store staffs attention instead of correcting their error they wanted charge extra. What???

Just moved to town been using this location for my morning fix and the service has been friendly and they carry a decent selection for an On the Run location sometimes they run out baked goods.
Ive been coming to this Tim Hortons now for quite a few weeks an they have truly never disappointed! Highly recommended!

The ladies make my day every morning, always know me by my order and are super friendly. This is my fave Tims location. The audacity for people to leave 1 star reviews about $2 beverage mistakes and an un-forseeable circumstance like having no water pressure. Grow up. If youve ever worked at any food service establishment you would know mistakes happen and are easily rectified.

15 minutes for an ice cap and donut. Over 5 minutes to make ice cap as guy kept trying to put milk in when i said chocolate milk.
Wont be going back. 3 times I was disappointed in the service. Got an icecapp from here with whipped creme which you need to pay extra for. The amount of whipped creme I paid for could fit on my pinkie finger it was so small. Second time I ordered a chilli and I had no salt, pepper,spoon,knife or butter. It was literally just the chilli, bread and napkins.When I went into ask staff for help I was met with people who could barely understand me. When I asked for whipped cream they gave me coffee creamers...Third strike was I ordered their holiday candy can hot chocolate. Every other establishment ive gone to puts the whipped cream and candy cane pieces in this drink. This one did not give me what I was paying for as it was just the hot chocolate. I highly suggest the one down town by the Lindsay mall avoid this one!

Nancy was incredibly rude at the window. Had no respect for her customers. The way she treated myself and my roommate in the car was absolutely unacceptable. She made a comment nearly immediately to rolling up to the window. If you ever go to this tims and see an older lady with a bun and under eye eyeliner, please just go home. The way we were treated made us both super upset as we were both former Tim hortons employees who would never DARE of speaking to customers like that. Also called us mean while we were walking out ????

I consistently go through the drive-thru I have called and complained numerous times about having an extra large coffee neverfull consistently one inch 2 in and sometimes even 3 inches from the top. I would not recommend this particular Tim Hortons to anyone whoever trains these people should be fired

20% of the time I go there they get my order correct . Ask for bacon ...get ham . Ask for mayo ..get ranch .. the worst Tims you could possibly go , they basically throw the food at you! You get dirty looks and sighs if you attempt to put your card away before catching your food. All they care about here is drive-thru times . No quality of service
Worst Tim Hortons in lindsay! Orders are always wrong, or somethings wrong, Today was burnt bagels, and 3/4 filled French vanilla, and no vanilla in the ice Capp that was requested, and the attitude of the order taker.

The staff here were hilarious and usually Tim Hortons coffee is Tim Hortons coffee but it was really fresh here or something.

I always love going to Tims. Hwy 35 and 7 great customer service, friendly faces and very quick drive thru. Not sure why my rating Show 1 star before but it should not have been so this is why when I just noticed I wanted to edit immediately. Love you guys.

Terrible customer service if I could get away with zero stars I would. Went to get two ice capps what I got was a ice capp that was pure java mix not made with chocolate milk and a caramel shot then a small that was supposed to be regular with a shot of chocolate but they made that one a creamy chocolate chill and continued to argue saying it was a ice capp and everything was fine very rude what happened to the customer is always right. So I went to the one down the road they apologized had excellent customer service and replaced the drinks that the other one screwed up on and it was one of the best ice capps Ive had the other Tim Hortons agreed that it was a chocolate chill and said they shouldnt have argued it.
We always come here to go through the drive through. Weve had Jocelyn several times and shes amazing! Always the best service. Thank you Jocelyn!
Morning staff are so terrible. Always very rude, I once found a napkin at the bottom of my drink when I got to work (30 minutes away)and was told that I probably put it there. Pretty insulting. There is this Ethan employee, I don t know how he has a job, his protocols during this pandemic are very poor. Resting hands on all the kids of my drinks, when inside him for new lids and explained why, he gave me attitude and threw new kids at me. At least use sanitizer in your hands or change gloves every interaction. I called and made a complaint but, no action was taken. Very disappointed.
Very terrible service.. i ordered 2 wraps and they give us 4 wraps.. and told me to find by myself which one is veggie and which one is chicken.. and staff are not polite at most of the times..
Stale cold bagel when asked for toasted.
My husband and I went through the drive through. We asked to buy a $10.00 Tim Hortons gift card that we would pay cash for. Then on our Tim Hortons card that s we have we ordered two coffees and 10 plain Tim bits ... They repeated the order correctly. We went to the window. First my husband gave them the cash of $10.00. for the Tim Hortons card. Then he gave them our card for the separate coffee order. They handed us our coffee order put an extra $10. On our card. No gift card which we wanted for our friends birthday today. We backed up and repeatedly and I mean 10 times had to explain we needed the birthday card for $10:00. They spent 20 minutes arguing being rude and yelling at us that they were instructed to put the add the $10:00 on our card. And their head sets were not working so they didn t understand what we were talking about. Mean while it was clearly on their screen as the card for the $10:00 was a separate or from our coffee order. Plus my husband said he was paying cash for the Tim Hortons card. Which he gave them $10:00 in cash for. After explaining this to now 4 people there. The girl beside the gentleman who was on the til told us not to come back!!!!!! Wow I now want and will be talking their owner and manager. Horrible customer service experience. Sad thing is I have worked in the past for Tim Hortons and was always proud of my experience. Now not so much.
Find the next Tim Hortons. They got the wrong order for a cold drink 2 times and were rude about it to the point of us giving up and just leaving with the wrong order. Boston cream had almost no cream in it
This location always seems to change the prices. I have now caught on to this treatment!! 6 times in one month. I will never go back to this Tim Hortons. Be aware of what they are changing you.
Always go through here and always good.until today..ordered a med reg coffee and a steep tea double double with milk..They had no steep tea so settled for reg tea with bath taken out...Coffee had cream and the tea was just a cup of warm milk...Disgusting....

They dont even know how the rewards program works at this location. Im allowed to save up to 5 free rewards at a time. I do not have to use them as soon I make my next purchase. Employees should know what they are doing! Also, according to their own rules, you can collect rewards when redeeming a roll up rim, if you are also making a purchase at the same time. This location needs better training on how the new rewards program works!
