Terrible service, no sugar in the double double steeped tea. Ensure machines have filled of sugar or make sure there’s no clogged sugar dispensing machines. Customer expects what is ordered!

I have visited countless Tim Hortons in my life, both in Canada and in Niagara Falls NY, but this location, Drive Thru at 329 Kent St. Lindsay is without a doubt the very best I have EVER been to. The staff are super friendly, courteous, professional and attentive. They all work together as an outstanding Team who sincerely care about their customers. I ordered a cappuccino in the drive thro. It tasted like strong black coffee with frothy milk on top. When your in your car and on the road there is no way to get this corrected. Before you drive away check to see that your order is satisfactory.
One normal iced coffee, one white cream and sugar that had no coffee that was suppose to be an iced coffee. Anyway, went back in to get it fixed and see this happening right over the food… lol. Some kind of grease trap being poked with something to clear it I think. Right over the food prep lol … 🫠🫠🫠
Co-worker went to get us food and I wanted a BLT sandwich, didn't ask for extra bacon... big presh guys!! Didn't expect that 😂 and also love they way this Tim's makes the drinks more then the other ones in town!!
They gave me burnt chicken sandwich.

Parking: Great parking. Just watch out for the people who come in off the street. They seem to like to drive in thru the drive thru exit going the wrong way. Food
Pretty sure this is managed by same party as another Tims we have issues with not as bad but still some of same issues one being there care for customers is little to none
DO NOT STOP HERE ON YOUR WAY TO WORK! If you are given the wrong item, they wont replace it or give money back unless you drive an hour back to their store and give them the order they messed up. Awful customer service, borderline theft.
Never make it the way you ask for it, and rude if you order more then 1 drink..
Sometimes it has too many people coming in, so one has to wait too kuch and some people left because of too big crowds. However, food and beverages are very good over there.

Stopped for a bite on my travels, usual Tims food. They did mess up my order a bit, but it is a very busy spot. No harm done.

They always make consistent ice coffees and I enjoy going here. But docked a star after today. As I began to drive away from the window after thanking them for my food and some extra napkins I asked for, the lady who handed me my food came back to the window and went OK, youre lucky youre moving as I just began to move away from the window and it sounded...threatening? I have no idea why they said this or what I might have done to warrent it. But now I get to wonder why the older lady decided to say that to me in a seemingly threatening way as I pulled away, as if I had done something wrong. Which I hadnt...was very polite when ordering and receiving my food as usual. Never had anyone be anything but nice here so was very confusing and as I said, sounded threatening.

Be prepared to wait. Also, take a sip of your drink before you pull away, especially if you order black. This location seems to think that Black means 1 sugar. Need to fix that card scanner though.

Thanks to whoever made my farmers breakfast wrap this morning! Delicious in every bite, some days my first bite is all wrap, some days little sauce, sometimes hardly toast , sometimes a hot mess yet most times its good but today it was perfection! keep this up Hard working staff well done.PS my coffee is good too but thats the reason i go to this location its 99% good 1% error and 50% good is fantastic js

I had the worst drive thru experience from this Tim Hortons. I went here around 6 PM today to get coffee before my 1 and a half hour drive back home. The lady at the drive thru handed over the coffee without properly closing the lid. The HOT coffee fell onto my car as well as my left arm and my dress. Tims customer service is the WORST!
Free ice coffee with rewards card. 2 farmers wrap for $5.00. Cant beat that. Everything was delicious!

Every time i go hear i try and use my app and it neaver works it takes my points off but i neaver get the $$ amount down today i went to get a cold brew any size for 2 bucks and my total was 750 and after using my promo coupon it still says 750 a few months ago i went to take 3 bucks off and once again it didnt work when i asked how come they said is there a problem then said i dont know its a question for the higher up not impressed

Convenient drive through. Staff is polite. It would be nice if the flies stay away during the summer. Walked in last summer and there were way to many flies inside. Note, I said inside and not on the food. I will be back because, I understand flies can be bothersome especially in Lindsay.

This is the greatest Tim Hortons I have ever visited, such fast service and friendly staff. If I m having a bad day they lift my spirits honestly they are so fast and so friendly. I go out of my way in Lindsay to get my coffee here, the parking lot can be tough sometimes but it s such great service

Please please PLEASE learn how to make an iced coffee. It would take a minimal amount of time to teach your employees the proper amount of ice, liquid sugar, and cream put in the cup. I have yet to receive a good iced coffee from this Tim Horton s location. If you need help call Tim s on highway 36 they always make good ones. I would like to know WHO thinks it s ideal to put 2 ice cubes in an ICED coffee so it s warm in 2 minutes. Also TIP: if the liquid sugar is EMPTY... refill it instead of not putting any in at all and giving me a bitter nasty iced coffee. Thank you have a good day.
