Usual Tom Hortons. Some clientele are a little sketchy, taking up tables inside and begging for money outside.
Please give this place a good cleaning - doesn't look like has been cleaned in some time....the bathroom is gross as are all the windows and doors and the general restaurant....
Incredibly busy, I felt stressed for the team in here. They had smiles on, but the line up was out the door and they understandable couldn’t keep up with the amount of customers.
Went in for coffee at 8:30 am. Floor in dining area was absolutely disgusting filthy. Will not be returning.
I genuinely love this place, but I've noticed that the workers often seem tired, and it's understandable given the circumstances. This location is constantly busy, yet there never seems to be enough staff to handle the volume. Tonight, there were only two workers, and even on a Tuesday night in the summer, there are just too many customers for them to manage efficiently. It would greatly improve the experience for both employees and customers if there were at least four people working at all times. I would have bought more items from the menu if there were more staff available, but with a long line, I didn't want to be the person holding things up by ordering a sandwich or the promo items. It's unfortunate because I love the variety offered here. I hope the management can address this staffing issue soon.
I really like the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. "Mom" the lady that was there both visits is great, she's a hoot, and part of the reason I would go to this Timmies.
Great place to stop, stretch, and get a meal. The food was as it is supposed to be and better than some. The service was friendly and with a smile. That always makes the place seem nicer and food better
The location is clean, convenient and the staff is helpful and nice to deal with, I like this location on Taunton and Harmony it is with Windy as well, but I am dark-roast with one cream guy and farmers wrap with egg, cheese and has brown only 👍

The girl in the cashier was very rude & she forget to tell to make egg & cheese English muffin, I were standing their for 2-3 mins she asked me y Im standing & I said for my muffin & she said she forgot to tell!

This Tim s is a rip off, gives you 4 pieces of bacon on a blt extra bacon, but cuts in half so you have 8 pieces, rip off
I was in there the other night and this older lady that works in there gave me a hard time over reaching over the counter to grab a sleeve for my coffee. I have been a regular customer of many Tim Hortons for years and never once have i ever gotten chewed out for grabbing a sleeve. This woman should not have a job in a customer service related field if she is going to act the way she does. Definitely wont be returning to this Tim Hortons location

If i could rate no stars for this location i would. I used to love stopping here for the go to tims in town but after what i had experienced tonight i wont be back here i came inside to keep dry while i waited for my mom to come and pick me up she was running late and she was coming to give me some money for a hot drink but Because just sitting inside keeping dry is a problem to them they kicked me out a lady with glasses and brown hair middle aged told me i could not sit inside because i did not buy anything she told me to leave i will never come back to this location again i always see people sitting inside without buying anything but if its someone like me its a problem i am disgusted with this Location and there staff total discrimination this not only happened to me but to some of my family members aswell the owner is also to blame for this as well
Its iconically located at Kent Street, friendly and experienced staff. Mostly crowded by p of neighborhood.
Coming to this Tims is always delightful, I love it when they do small talk while making my coffee it makes it feel like Im part of the community there and not just grabbing my coffee in silence and leaving. Its a nice part of my day coming and having the workers recognize me, Morgan, Angie, and Colette are some of the people I think of very fondly due to them recognizing me when I come in and creating small talk and just overall creating a warm atmosphere whenever I stop in for a coffee!

How hot do you need to make your coffee! Left it for 30 minutes and it was still above room temperature and tasted like brunt caffeine.

TO the owner managers ect. You obviously dont care that your customers satisfaction rating is very poor this would explain why your hot water machine HAS NOT BEEN FIXED in over a week ..Tell me Sir are customers exoected to drink tea with room temperature water. I have a friend that owns TWO Tims locations and the No.1 issue is finding good staff but l am not sure this is the case here.Staff cannot work and provide GOOD service if your equipment is NOT working. This is Tim Hortons Canada right ? Not Bobs coffee stop . FIX YOUR MACHINE !!! Ill be expecting a complimentary tea or two this week when l return Put some EFFORT into your business

Just wanted to let you know about this.If you cant provide coffee for the final 15 minutes, I strongly advise you to move the store closing time from 11 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. and give 15minutes for them to close.Being a restaurant manager myself, the only establishment I am aware of that does it is yours. I stopped at the Tims on the way back home to have a coffee. Even before I entered, a night shift worker wearing glasses started shouting at me that they were about to close and that she was no longer serving. I can see the struggle with the closing duties, but even if she had said it politely, I wouldnt have shared this. This is not we as a customer expect from a reputed franchise like yours.
It wasn t even too busy, they don t even have drive through and yet I couldn t help but notice everyone scrambling and almost fighting, it felt so awkward, I even told them to have a good day and was just left to talk to myself. Thanks
Busy coffee shop, like all Timmies, very busy
Got to show my son his first drug deal in the parking lot at this location. He got to see his first drug addict and he couldnt use the washrooms in the restaurant because... You guessed it, drug addicts using drugs in the washroom. Then I got attitude from the employee at the cash because she charged me for the wrong donut and I had already paid. My suggestion before thinking of coming here with your family, DONT!

Terrible service
The worst drinks we have ever had at Tims. We bought earl gray tea latte and mocha. Both drinks were so watered down and sicking, we drank may be 2 sips and we both felt sick. Not sure if the people working didnt have training or they didnt really care. But unfortunately our experience was ruined.

Somehow they always manage to put sugar in my coffee or tea. Order coffee with Milk only and tea with milk only. Get in the car and drive away and taste my coffee it has tons of sugar in it. The wife also has sugar in hers. Tried this Tim Hortons again with same order as always the did it again Went to different Timmies for almost a year. Went back again and order my usual coffee with milk and what do you know yet again they had put at least 4 sugar in it.
The only Tims in Lindsay to never mess up our ridiculously easy order. Plus they often have doughnuts you wont find anywhere else such as maple dips & eclairs!
22 min only 4 customers ahead of me, lots of chatting going on (6 min stretch not one order taken and only one of the 4 in front of me got something other then coffee) 22 MIN to serve 5 customers 1-2 coffees each amd one sandwich (Wednesday April 27th 1pm ish)

Very disappointed in the way I was treated and also no greetings to the customers when I was there. The attendant was very rude, she rolled her eyes when I asked her to repeat the question. I felt like i was bothering her.
Super slow service, staff wandering around not serving customers
I was 1 of 3 customers that were ahead of me and I only ordered a coffee. To have the multiple people behind me that came in afterwards to be served and able to leave before my 1 coffee was made. Very slow service but quality of the coffee was very good.

i am very upset. BIRTHDAY CAKE TIMBITS. how much more clear can one be?? there were birthday cake timbits there. i got TWO timbits that i like (chocolate glazed) and NO OTHER GOOD ONES. IF THERES NO TIMBITS OF THE ONES THAT SOMEONE ORDERED, JUST TELL THEM THAT. very angry and sad and upset. :(

Went to the Tims tonight with my mom for a Turkey Bacon Club. The young girl serving was miserable and the food was the worst Ive ever had at a Tims. Ill never go back.

Staff are nice & they listen to order unlike the one on Lindsay st south where they have 6 employees @ drivethrough window & a girl on cash that messes up orders as she is busy talking to her friends. I walked out half way through my order as did the person ahead of me.

Lindsays ORIGINAL Tim Hortons. Believe me it looks like it. Original 80s look and feel. Lindsays downtown get together spot for regulars. Busy place. Closes at 10 pm. Odd considering it is DOWNTOWN and busy. Did I mention it can be BUSY during the day. STILL LOVE THE PLACE. I SHOULD GET A FAT YEARLY DIVIDEND CHECK.

Very unhappy with the service here. I ordered online assorted donuts because I have company over But all the donuts were the plain dipped and and plain sugar glazed and a sugar coated one with ONE Boston cream so its like who gets the only donut people want and was told I had to take what they gave me :( I think part of the issue is ordering on the mobile app which I did send a message to Tim hortons that there needs to be a comment section for people with preferences or allergies. So I can state no plain. Only giving 3 stars because they could have corrected the issue.

Have you tried their baked goods in the last year? Chewy, tasteless, lifeless garbage, dont get me started on the state of the once good dark roast, it hast the taste of cardboard and is watery thin, Canada needs an option to step up and take over from this garbage chain.
